Forward-Looking Statements
This press release contains statements and information which constitute “forward-looking statements” or “forward-looking information” (within the meaning of applicable securities legislation). Such statements and information (together, “forward-looking statements”) relate to future events, including the Corporation’s future performance, business prospects or opportunities. Actual results may differ materially from those expressed or implied by forward-looking statements. The forward-looking statements contained in this press release are expressly qualified by this cautionary statement. Forward-looking statements speak only as of the date of this press release, unless otherwise indicated. IPC does not intend, and does not assume any obligation, to update these forward-looking statements, except as required by applicable laws.

All statements other than statements of historical fact may be forward-looking statements. Any statements that express or involve discussions with respect to predictions, expectations, beliefs, plans, projections, forecasts, guidance, budgets, objectives, assumptions or future events or performance (often, but not always, using words or phrases such as “seek”, “anticipate”, “plan”, “continue”, “estimate”, “expect”, “may”, “will”, “project”, “forecast”, “predict”, “potential”, “targeting”, “intend”, “could”, “might”, “should”, “believe”, “budget” and similar expressions) are not statements of historical fact and may be “forward-looking statements”. Forward-looking statements include, but are not limited to, statements with respect to: the intention and ability of IPC to acquire common shares under the NCIB, including the timing of any such purchases; the number of common shares to be cancelled and the timing of such cancellations; and the return of value to IPC’s shareholders as a result of any common share repurchases.

The forward-looking statements are based on certain key expectations and assumptions made by IPC, including expectations and assumptions concerning: the duration and impact of tariffs that are currently in effect on goods exported from or imported into Canada, and that other than the tariffs that are currently in effect, neither the U.S. nor Canada (i) increases the rate or scope of such tariffs, reenacts tariffs that are currently suspended, or imposes new tariffs, on the import of goods from one country to the other, including on oil and natural gas, and/or (ii) imposes any other form of tax, restriction or prohibition on the import or export of products from one country to the other, including on oil and natural gas; prevailing commodity prices and currency exchange rates; applicable royalty rates and tax laws; interest rates; future well production rates and reserve and contingent resource volumes; operating costs; IPC’s ability to maintain its existing credit ratings; IPC’s ability to achieve its performance targets; the timing of receipt of regulatory approvals; the performance of existing wells; the success obtained in drilling new wells; anticipated timing and results of capital expenditures; the sufficiency of budgeted capital expenditures in carrying out planned activities; the timing, location and extent of future drilling operations; the successful completion of acquisitions and dispositions and that IPC will be able to implement its standards, controls, procedures and policies in respect of any acquisitions and realize the expected synergies on the anticipated timeline or at all; the benefits of acquisitions; the state of the economy and the exploration and production business in the jurisdictions in which IPC operates and globally; the availability and cost of financing, labour and services; IPC’s intention to complete share repurchases under the normal course issuer bid program, including the funding of such share repurchases, existing and future market conditions, including with respect to the price of IPC’s common shares, and compliance with respect to applicable limitations under securities laws and regulations and stock exchange policies; and the ability to market crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids successfully.

Although IPC believes that the expectations and assumptions on which such forward-looking statements are based are reasonable, undue reliance should not be placed on the forward-looking statements because IPC can give no assurances that they will prove to be correct. Since forward-looking statements address future events and conditions, by their very nature they involve inherent risks and uncertainties. Actual results could differ materially from those currently anticipated due to a number of factors and risks.

These include, but are not limited to: general global economic, market and business conditions; the risks associated with the oil and gas industry in general such as operational risks in development, exploration and production; delays or changes in plans with respect to exploration or development projects or capital expenditures; the uncertainty of estimates and projections relating to reserves, resources, production, revenues, costs and expenses; health, safety and environmental risks; commodity price fluctuations; interest rate and exchange rate fluctuations; marketing and transportation; loss of markets; environmental and climate-related risks; competition; innovation and cybersecurity risks related to IPC’s systems, including costs of addressing or mitigating such risks; the ability to attract, engage and retain skilled employees; incorrect assessment of the value of acquisitions; failure to complete or realize the anticipated benefits of acquisitions or dispositions; the ability to access sufficient capital from internal and external sources; failure to obtain required regulatory and other approvals; geopolitical conflicts, including current and potential future conflicts in Ukraine, the Middle East, South America and elsewhere, and their potential impact on, among other things, global market conditions; political or economic developments, including, without limitation, the risk that (i) the tariffs that are currently in effect on goods exported from or imported into Canada continue in effect for an extended period of time, the tariffs that have been threatened are implemented, that tariffs that are currently suspended are reactivated, the rate or scope of tariffs are increased, or new tariffs are imposed, including on oil and natural gas, (ii) the U.S. and/or Canada imposes any other form of tax, restriction or prohibition on the import or export of products from one country to the other, including on oil and natural gas, and (iii) the tariffs imposed or threatened to be imposed by the U.S. on other countries and retaliatory tariffs imposed or threatened to be imposed by other countries on the U.S. will trigger a broader global trade war which could have a material adverse effect on the Canadian, U.S. and global economies, and by extension the Canadian oil and natural gas industry and the Corporation, including by decreasing demand for, and the price of oil, and natural gas, disrupting supply chains, increasing costs, causing volatility in the global financial markets, and limiting access to financing; and changes in legislation, including but not limited to tax laws, royalties, environmental and abandonment regulations. Readers are cautioned that the foregoing list of factors is not exhaustive.

Additional information on these and other factors that could affect IPC, or its operations or financial results, are included in IPC’s annual information form for the year ended December 31, 2025 (See “Cautionary Statement Regarding Forward-Looking Information”, “Reserves and Resources Advisory” and “Risk Factors”), in the management’s discussion and analysis (MD&A) for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 (See “Risk Factors”, “Cautionary Statement Regarding Forward-Looking Information” and “Reserves and Resources Advisory”) and other reports on file with applicable securities regulatory authorities, including previous financial reports, management’s discussion and analysis and material change reports, which may be accessed through the SEDAR+ website (www.sedarplus.ca) or IPC’s website (www.international-petroleum.com).

  • Flyte’s Value Proposition: Privacy, Comfort, Reliability, and Convenience – at a highly competitive price

NEW YORK, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —  Flyte Aviation, Inc. (NYSE American: VJET) (the “Company” or “Flyte”) today revealed its new corporate identity as it launches a historic new chapter in what it believes is a disruptive technology company.

Effective today, the Company changed its corporate name from Catheter Precision, Inc. to Flyte Aviation, Inc. and its NYSE American ticker symbol from “VTAK” to “VJET.” The changes highlight the Company’s growth trajectory as a leading private, regional jet aviation business.

The rebranding of the Company reflects a fundamental repositioning around aviation, technology, and the Flyte brand. Its strategy is to accelerate the growth of its proprietary, scalable, AI-driven platform designed to modernize how consumers discover, access, and book private aviation.

Commenting, David Jenkins, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Flyte Aviation, said: “Today is a historic milestone for our company and the official launch of our AI tech-driven aviation platform anticipated to reshape how consumers access private aviation – all while building long-term value for our shareholders.”

Marc Sellouk, who founded Flyte in 2018, said, “Commercial air travel often leaves passengers facing last-minute schedule disruptions and cancellations as they are herded like sheep into tiny seats at seemingly ever-increasing fares amid reduced schedules. Conversely, private aviation is increasingly travelers’ go-to solution, especially for short-hop last minute flights, that can be booked rapidly on-demand.

“We analyzed and determined that within our fragmented industry, a primary challenge of travelers is the frustrating complexity they face when seeking to book private jets at competitive prices with ready availability,” Mr. Sellouk added. “We believe Flyte has addressed those challenges with its integrated suite of proprietary, AI-enabled technologies, and our laser focus on the customer experience. In the months ahead, we will be further upgrading and advancing our network to capture market share and widen our competitive moat.”

Disrupting a Fragmented, Rapidly Growing $11.6 billion Industry

Private aviation remains a highly fragmented industry, with aircraft owners, operators, and brokers serving customers across disconnected systems, legacy processes, and traditional sales channels. Flyte Aviation believes its newly built AI-technology stack can fundamentally transform that traditional model, much of whose legacy systems were built upon upgraded but fundamentally decades-old technologies.

According to a report by Fortune Business Insights, dated September 14, 2026, the U.S. private jet charter market represents an approximately $11.6 billion market in 2026 and, at an estimated 6.9% annual growth rate (CAGR), could exceed $14 billion by 2029 and $16 billion by 2031.

The Company has built a consumer-focused digital booking platform that combines technology, data, and an expanding aviation network to make discovering, pricing, and booking private aviation simpler, faster and more transparent. Flying in and out of quiet private airports — without the traffic jams surrounding commercial airports — with easy parking and ride-share access, is an ideal choice for travelers who value their time and comfort.

Flyte’s longer-term strategy is to build a robust technology platform capable of further disrupting its marketplace by connecting participants across the entire private North American aviation ecosystem.

Technology + Data + Network

Flyte is building an expanding digital network in which technology and data analytics play an important role across pricing, aircraft sourcing, customer acquisition, aircraft utilization, expanding geographical footprint, and the customer experience.

Each interaction with the Flyte platform strengthens the broader network by providing additional data-driven insights into customer demand, travel patterns, pricing, aircraft availability and market activity.

Near-Term Growth Catalysts

During the fourth quarter of 2026, which began October 1, Flyte plans to invest in an upgraded website, a mobile application, digital marketing, social media, public relations, AI data analytics, and customer acquisition, which the Company believes will provide customers with a significantly improved digital experience.

Exemplifying its brand building, last week Flyte announced it has established a partnership with the Hamptons International Film Festival (“HIFF”), in which Flyte has been named the ‘Official Air Travel Partner’ of the prestigious, 34th annual HIFF taking place October 2 through October 12, 2026. Flyte will have a prominent presence throughout the festival, which brings together leading filmmakers, actors, artists, executives, and audiences from around the world for screenings, conversations, and events across the East End.

Built to Scale

Listed on the NYSE American, Flyte believes its public-company structure, prominence, liquidity, and lower cost of capital provide important strategic competitive advantages within the private aviation industry.

The Company may utilize these advantages to pursue growth through a combination of organic expansion, strategic relationships, technology development, and acquisitions as it identifies high value-added opportunities. The strategy is not growth for growth’s sake; it is to deploy capital where it can generate the highest ROI with the goal of ultimately achieving per-share profitability and free cash flow.

Life Sciences update

It’s important for the company’s LockeT and VIVO customers to note that while the company is focusing its capital utilization to grow its private jet aviation business, its Life Sciences operations will not be capital constrained nor downsized. Current and prospective customers should not be concerned that any disruption to the operations of the Life Sciences subsidiary will occur. Furthermore, the Company is committed to continue to fund its multiple ongoing research trials and studies.

About Flyte Aviation

Through its Flyte brand, the Company operates a growing fleet of Cirrus Vision Jets and is building a scalable aviation platform designed to connect customers, aircraft, operators, and aviation services.

Flyte’s simple value proposition: privacy, comfort, reliability, and convenience – at a highly competitive price.

Through its direct-to-consumer booking platform, standardized pricing on select routes, strategic partnerships, and FAA-certified Part 135 operating subsidiary, Ponderosa Air, LLC, Flyte is focused on delivering what it believes is a faster, safer and more convenient private aviation experience while expanding its technology, customer network, and geographic footprint. Approval enables AVT02 drug substance for U.S. commercial supply to be manufactured in either of Alvotech’s two Reykjavik drug substance suites

Further confirms resolution of FDA inspection-related matters at the Reykjavik site

REYKJAVIK, Iceland (October 5, 2026) – Alvotech (NASDAQ: ALVO; ALVO-SDB), a global biotechnology company specializing in the development and manufacture of biosimilar medicines for patients worldwide, today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved a supplement to the Biologics License Application (BLA) for AVT02 (adalimumab-ryvk), marketed in the U.S. as SIMLANDI®, enabling drug substance for the product to be manufactured in a second production suite at the company’s Reykjavik facility. This approval further confirms resolution of inspection-related matters at the Reykjavik site.

“This approval is important both operationally and as a further regulatory milestone for our Reykjavik facility,” said Lisa Graver, Chief Executive Officer of Alvotech. “The addition of DSM2 effectively doubles the drug substance manufacturing capacity available to support U.S. supply and provides greater flexibility for commercial supply of AVT02 to the U.S. market. It also reflects the significant progress our teams have made in strengthening quality systems and manufacturing operations at the site.”

The second suite, DSM2, supports the complete drug substance manufacturing process, including cell culture and purification, and doubles Alvotech’s manufacturing capacity available to support U.S. supply. DSM2 is already approved for the manufacture of commercial drug substance for European markets, including for AVT02, AVT03, and AVT05. Following the FDA approval, Alvotech can now manufacture AVT02 drug substance for U.S. commercial supply in either DSM1 or DSM2, providing additional capacity and greater flexibility across its manufacturing operations.

The approval follows the FDA’s July 2026 closure of its most recent inspection of the Reykjavik facility with a Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI) classification. Alvotech therefore expects the FDA to be able to take action on other pending applications associated with the facility according to their respective goal dates. These include BLAs for AVT05, Alvotech’s proposed biosimilar to Simponi® and Simponi Aria® (golimumab), AVT06, Alvotech’s proposed biosimilar to Eylea® (aflibercept), AVT03, Alvotech’s proposed biosimilar to Prolia® and Xgeva® (denosumab) and AVT16/AVT80, Alvotech’s proposed biosimilars to Entyvio® (vedolizumab). Each application remains subject to the FDA’s individual review and regulatory decision.
