SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — LifeVantage Corporation® (Nasdaq: LFVN) continues to lead the next generation of healthy aging with its latest in vitro research study examining how five modern environmental toxins—pollution, microplastics, ultra-processed foods, hormone disruptors, and pesticides—affect cells and the role Protandim® Nrf2 can play in helping protect against their impact.† These findings further reinforce LifeVantage’s position as a pioneer in nutrigenomics and the science behind its products that ignite the human body’s natural defense systems.

“Modern life exposes people to things they cannot always see or avoid. Our work begins with a powerful belief: the body has remarkable systems designed to defend itself,” said LifeVantage CEO, Terrence Moorehead. “This research advances our understanding of how Protandim® Nrf2 can support those natural capabilities so people can continue living fully.”*

Making Cellular Stress Visible
A two-part cell study was designed to further evaluate the beneficial effects of Protandim® Nrf2 on oxidative stress associated with modern toxins encountered in everyday life: microplastics, pollution (fine particulate matter), hormone disruptors (phthalates), pesticides (glyphosate), and ultra-processed foods and diet (methylglyoxal).

Three cell types—from the liver (HepG2), skin and connective tissue (Fibroblasts), and intestinal lining (Caco-2)—were selected to create a multi-tissue exposure platform based on their roles in the body’s defenses against toxin exposure. Each cell type was evaluated under three conditions: without toxin exposure, with toxin exposure, and with toxin exposure combined with Protandim® Nrf2.

“When people hear ‘oxidative stress’ or ‘environmental toxins,’ they often picture something far removed from their own lives like industrial factories or farming equipment,” said Lisa Barnes, Vice President of Research and Development at LifeVantage. “We wanted to study exposures that feel familiar and modern: the air around us, the foods we eat, and the products we use. What excites me about these findings is the possibility of empowering the human body to meet those everyday challenges by activating the powerful defenses it already has within.”*†

The Results
The researchers evaluated cell viability and used fluorescent imaging to make oxidative stress visible, with more green indicating a higher oxidative stress signal and less green indicating a lower signal.

The viability data showed that all five tested environmental toxins adversely affected the three cell types: higher exposure levels caused cell death, while lower levels caused considerable cellular damage. Across all five categories, cells exposed to the toxins and then to Protandim® Nrf2 showed significantly lower oxidative stress signals than cells exposed to the stressor alone. In some cases, these signals returned to levels comparable to those observed in unexposed cells.*†

Example: Microplastics in HepG2

Example: Microplastics in HepG2

These findings suggest that Protandim® Nrf2 can help support cellular defenses against oxidative stress associated with the tested environmental toxins.*† The research does not demonstrate that the product removes toxins or prevents exposure but shows how cells responded under controlled laboratory conditions.

The new findings add to previous human clinical research showing that Protandim® Nrf2 reduced a marker of oxidative stress by an average of 40% after 30 days.††*

Bringing the Science to Everyday Life
Alongside the research, LifeVantage launched Cell Care, a new campaign designed to make cellular health more personal, visible and easy to understand. As part of the campaign, the new Cellular Stress Quiz asks 15 simple questions about everyday habits and potential exposures. Participants receive an educational Modern Life Exposure Score and information about supporting the body’s natural cellular defenses.*

“Cell Care turns complex science into a simple, personal question: What is your everyday routine asking of your cells?” said Wendy Freedman, Vice President of Global Marketing at LifeVantage. “The quiz helps people recognize exposures they may never have considered and gives them an easy way to start a conversation about supporting their bodies from within. Ultimately, it is about helping people make proactive choices and live healthier, longer.”*

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Covenant Logistics Group, Inc. (NYSE: CVLG) (“Covenant” or the “Company”) announced today financial and operating results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026. The Company’s conference call to discuss the quarter will be held at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on Friday, October 30, 2026.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer David R. Parker commented, “We were pleased with our third-quarter earnings of $0.40 per diluted share, or $0.50 per diluted share on a non-GAAP adjusted basis. This marked the first time since the second quarter of 2022 that adjusted earnings per diluted share increased both sequentially and year over year.

“The third quarter reflected strong coordination between our Truckload and Managed Freight segments as we continued to re-allocate assets to customers that are seeking long-term capacity for their needs and are willing to offer a reasonable return on our meaningful investments in professional drivers, new equipment, and advanced technology. Exiting the third quarter, approximately 80% of our fleet assets were under long-term contracts, and we continue to receive inbound demand from our customers on growing our committed capacity. I’m proud of our team’s execution, as repositioning hundreds of drivers, tractors, and trailers, and starting up several new operational and administrative systems during the quarter was a big accomplishment. Repositioning for new contracts created some disruption to utilization and added cost to the Truckload fleets. This was more than countered by higher revenue and operating income in Managed Freight, as our historical brokerage operations successfully sourced capacity for overflow Expedited freight, and the brokerage operations we acquired in the fourth quarter of 2025 had their best quarter as part of Covenant. Margin improvement reflected customer rate increases implemented during the first half of the year and lower purchased transportation costs as spot rates eased during the quarter. These improvements followed three consecutive quarters of margin compression.

“From a market perspective, freight demand is adequate in most sectors and strong in specific sectors that are aligned with U.S. economic growth. Driver capacity is tight, and the cost of recruiting, retaining, and compensating drivers is increasing significantly. Cost inflation is weighing on nearly every significant line item in our business, including wages and benefits, equipment ownership and maintenance, and technology. In this environment, rate increases have been largely offset by cost increases. However, we expect sequential improvement to continue in the fourth quarter as a higher percentage of our fleet operates under committed arrangements and we incur less repositioning cost.

“Our goal is to place substantially all of our asset-based business under long-term dedicated or other committed contracts by the end of this freight market upcycle. Consistent with our strategy, which reduced volatility during the recent freight market downturn, we intend to remain disciplined and patient in pursuing customers and markets that support sustainable long-term value creation.

“Our 49% equity method investment with Transport Enterprise Leasing (“TEL”) exceeded our expectations for a second consecutive quarter by contributing pre-tax net income of $5.7 million, or $0.16 per share, compared to $3.6 million, or $0.10 per share, in the 2025 quarter. TEL’s results benefited from the combination of equipment leasing growth, as well as higher equipment sale gains.”

Combined Truckload Revenue

Paul Bunn, the Company’s President, commented on Combined Truckload operations, “For the quarter, total revenue in our Truckload operations increased 2.5%, to $204.6 million. The increase in total revenue consisted of $10.8 million more fuel surcharge revenue, which varies with the cost of fuel, offset by $5.8 million less freight revenue. The reduction in freight revenue is largely attributable to a 8.9% decrease in the average fleet size, offset with the improvements to pricing and freight mix discussed earlier.

Expedited Truckload Revenue

Mr. Bunn added, “Freight revenue in our Expedited segment decreased $9.6 million, or 12.0%. Average total tractors decreased by 184 units or 21.4% to 677, compared to 861 in the prior year quarter. Average freight revenue per tractor per week increased 12.0% compared to the prior year. During the quarter, our Expedited fleet continued to transition to multi-year committed capacity agreements. By the end of the quarter, approximately 58% of our Expedited tractors were serving under committed capacity agreements, compared to approximately 40% three months ago. As we progress throughout this cycle, our focus for our Expedited fleet is to serve customers who truly need our teams and are willing to agree to multi-year agreements as a sign of their commitment.

Dedicated Truckload Revenue

“For the quarter, freight revenue in our Dedicated segment increased $3.8 million, or 4.2%. Average total tractors decreased by 30 units or 1.9% to 1,509, compared to 1,539 in the prior year quarter. Average freight revenue per tractor per week increased 6.2% as a result of the expansion of our agricultural protein-related business and exiting non-specialized dedicated business that has struggled to meet profitability thresholds.”

Combined Truckload Operating Expenses

Mr. Bunn continued, “Truckload freight revenue per total mile increased approximately 19.7% year-over-year, and Truckload operating expenses increased approximately 20.8% year-over-year, each on a non-GAAP adjusted basis. Elevated expenses during the quarter reflected a combination of ongoing inflation (wages, benefits, equipment depreciation and maintenance, and technology) and quarter-specific costs (equipment repositioning, driver hiring in new locations, costs and lower utilization associated with start-ups for a large number of contracts, and the effects of extreme heat on certain Dedicated operations). As mix continues to shift toward more committed capacity contracts, we expect the repositioning and start-up costs to moderate as a percentage of revenue and for ongoing rate increases to more than outpace general inflation.

“For the quarter, Managed Freight grew freight revenue by 68.4% year over year, primarily as a result of the integration of assets acquired during the fourth quarter of 2025. The segment operating ratio and adjusted segment operating ratio improved compared to the same quarter last year due to the combination of customer rate increases obtained during the first half of the year and sequentially easing capacity costs experienced during the quarter. As supply continues to exit the freight market, our ability to source quality carrier capacity below contractual freight pricing can be challenging at times, leading to periods of margin compression. Additionally, higher insurance and claims expense has become a greater risk in Managed Freight.

“For the quarter, Warehousing’s freight revenue increased $1.9 million, primarily from onboarding a significant new customer in the fourth quarter of 2025. Segment operating income and adjusted segment operating income fell short of the prior year as a result of the combination of operational inefficiencies at new customer locations and general labor inflation. Looking ahead, our focus will be on returning this segment to high single digit margins through the combination of rate increases and cost reductions.”

Capitalization, Liquidity and Capital Expenditures

Tripp Grant, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, added the following comments: “At September 30, 2026, our total indebtedness, comprised of total debt and finance lease obligations, net of cash (“net indebtedness”), decreased by $12.4 million to approximately $283.9 million as compared to December 31, 2025. In addition, our net indebtedness to total capitalization improved to 40.2% at September 30, 2026, from 42.3% at December 31, 2025.

“At September 30, 2026, we had cash and cash equivalents totaling $5.1 million. Under our ABL credit facility, we had $35.0 million in outstanding borrowings, undrawn letters of credit outstanding of $19.8 million, and immediate available borrowing capacity of $75.2 million.

“At the end of the quarter, we had $0.2 million in assets held for sale that we anticipate disposing of within twelve months. The average age of our tractors increased to 26 months compared to 23 months a year ago. Given the mix change between our high mileage expedited fleet and lower mileage dedicated fleets, going forward, we anticipate the average age of our tractors to range from 25 to 28 months.

“Our net capital expenditures for the first three quarters of the year were approximately $18.4 million, as proceeds from fleet downsizing and selling excess used equipment kept pace with the investment in new replacement equipment. For the balance of 2026, our expectations for net capital equipment expenditures range from $35.0 million to $40.0 million.”

Outlook

Mr. Parker concluded, “Based on our growing customer pipeline, we expect Dedicated fleet growth and a stable Expedited fleet with a higher proportion of capacity under dedicated or committed contracts. We are also focused on reducing overhead and other controllable costs as a percentage of revenue, which we expect will support gradual margin expansion. For the fourth quarter of 2026, we expect a modest sequential increase in earnings per share, with anticipated operating margin improvement from our asset-based operations partially offset by lower income from our equity method investment, TEL. Longer term, we believe our strategy can materially improve Combined Truckload operating margins through continued world-class customer service and disciplined asset reallocation to operations offering higher margins and returns.”

(1)   See GAAP to Non-GAAP Reconciliation in the schedules included with this release. In addition to operating income, segment operating income, operating ratio, segment operating ratio, net income, and earnings per diluted share, we use adjusted operating income, adjusted segment operating income, adjusted operating ratio, adjusted segment operating ratio, adjusted net income, and adjusted earnings per diluted share, non-GAAP measures, as key measures of profitability. Adjusted operating income, adjusted segment operating income, adjusted operating ratio, adjusted segment operating ratio, adjusted net income, and adjusted earnings per diluted share are not substitutes for operating income, segment operating income, operating ratio, segment operating ratio, net income, and earnings per diluted share measured in accordance with GAAP. There are limitations to using non-GAAP financial measures. We believe our presentation of these non-GAAP financial measures is useful because it provides investors and securities analysts with supplemental information that we use internally for purposes of assessing profitability. Further, our Board and management use non-GAAP operating income, segment operating income, operating ratio, segment operating ratio, net income, and earnings per diluted share measures on a supplemental basis to remove items that may not be an indicator of performance from period-to-period. Although we believe that adjusted operating income, adjusted segment operating income, adjusted operating ratio, adjusted segment operating ratio, adjusted net income, and adjusted earnings per diluted share improves comparability in analyzing our period-to-period performance, they could limit comparability to other companies in our industry, if those companies define such measures differently. Because of these limitations, adjusted operating income, adjusted segment operating income, adjusted operating ratio, adjusted segment operating ratio, adjusted net income, and adjusted earnings per diluted share should not be considered measures of income generated by our business or discretionary cash available to us to invest in the growth of our business. Management compensates for these limitations by primarily relying on GAAP results and using non-GAAP financial measures on a supplemental basis.

Our ABL credit facility and other financing arrangements contain certain covenants, restrictions, and requirements, and we may be unable to comply with such covenants, restrictions, and requirements; In the future, we may need to obtain additional financing that may not be available or, if it is available, may result in a reduction in the percentage ownership of our stockholders; Our indebtedness and finance and operating lease obligations could adversely affect our ability to respond to changes in our industry or business; Our profitability may be materially adversely impacted if our capital investments do not match customer demand or if there is a decline in the availability of funding sources for these investments; Increased prices for new revenue equipment, design changes of new engines, future uses of autonomous tractors, volatility in the used equipment market, decreased availability of new revenue equipment, and the failure of manufacturers to meet their sale or trade-back obligations to us could have a materially adverse effect on our business, financial condition, results of operations, and profitability; Our 49% owned subsidiary, Transport Enterprise Leasing, faces certain additional risks particular to its operations, any one of which could adversely affect our operating results; We could determine that our goodwill and other intangible assets are impaired, thus recognizing a related loss; Our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and his wife control a large portion of our stock and have substantial control over us, which could limit other stockholders’ ability to influence the outcome of key transactions, including changes of control; Provisions in our charter documents or Nevada law may inhibit a takeover, which could limit the price investors might be willing to pay for our Class A common stock; The market price of our Class A common stock may be volatile; We cannot guarantee the timing or amount of repurchases of our Class A common stock, or the declaration of future dividends, if any; Changes in taxation could lead to an increase of our tax exposure; If we fail to maintain effective internal control over financial reporting in the future, there could be an elevated possibility of a material misstatement, and such a misstatement could cause investors to lose confidence in our financial statements, which could have a material adverse effect on our stock price; and The effects of a widespread outbreak of an illness or disease, or any other public health crisis, as well as regulatory measures implemented in response to such events, could negatively impact the health and safety of our workforce and/or adversely impact our business and results of operations. “We delivered 7.7% organic sales growth and double-digit adjusted earnings growth in the quarter,” said Kevin A. Lobo, Chair and CEO. “While, in absolute terms, this reflected good overall performance, it did fall short of our expectations. The underlying fundamentals of the business remain strong, and we expect a solid performance in Q4 and good momentum heading into 2027.”

Sales Analysis

Consolidated net sales of $6.5 billion increased 7.7% in the quarter on both a reported and constant currency basis. Organic net sales increased 7.7% in the quarter primarily driven by increased unit volume.

MedSurg and Neurotechnology net sales of $3.7 billion increased 9.2% in the quarter on both a reported and constant currency basis. Organic net sales increased 9.1% in the quarter primarily driven by increased unit volume.

Orthopaedics net sales of $2.9 billion increased 5.7% in the quarter and 5.9% in constant currency. Organic net sales increased 5.9% in the quarter from increased unit volume.

Earnings Analysis

Reported net earnings of $753 million decreased 12.3% in the quarter. Reported net earnings per diluted share of $1.96 decreased 11.7% in the quarter. Reported gross profit margin and reported operating income margin were 65.2% and 15.9% in the quarter. Reported net earnings include certain items, such as charges for acquisition and integration-related activities, the amortization of purchased intangible assets, structural optimization and other special charges, goodwill and other impairments, costs to comply with certain medical device regulations, recall-related matters, regulatory and legal matters and tax matters. Excluding the aforementioned items, adjusted gross profit margin(1) was 65.4% in the quarter, and adjusted operating income margin(1) was 26.2% in the quarter. Adjusted net earnings(1) of $1.4 billion increased 10.1% in the quarter. Adjusted net earnings per diluted share(1) of $3.52 increased 10.3% in the quarter.

Share Repurchases

We repurchased $1.0 billion of our common stock in the third quarter of 2026.

In October 2026 our Board of Directors approved an increase of $3.0 billion to our existing share repurchase program. The manner, timing and amount of repurchases are determined by management based on an evaluation of market conditions, stock price, and other factors and are subject to regulatory considerations. Purchases may be made from time to time in the open market, in privately negotiated transactions, accelerated share repurchase programs or otherwise.

2026 Outlook

We are updating our full year 2026 guidance and now expect organic net sales growth(2) in the range of 6.5% to 7.0% and adjusted net earnings per diluted share(2) to be in the range of $14.80 to $14.90. Our sales guidance includes a modestly positive pricing impact. Additionally, foreign exchange is expected to have a slightly favorable impact on both sales and adjusted net earnings per diluted share(2) should rates hold near current levels.

(1) A reconciliation of the non-GAAP financial measures: adjusted gross profit margin, adjusted operating income and adjusted operating income margin, adjusted net earnings and adjusted net earnings per diluted share, to the most directly comparable GAAP measures: gross profit margin, operating income and operating income margin, net earnings and net earnings per diluted share, and other important information accompanies this press release.

(2) We are unable to present a quantitative reconciliation of our expected net sales growth to expected organic net sales growth as we are unable to predict with reasonable certainty and without unreasonable effort the impact and timing of acquisitions and divestitures and the impact of foreign currency exchange rates. We are unable to present a quantitative reconciliation of our expected net earnings per diluted share to expected adjusted net earnings per diluted share as we are unable to predict with reasonable certainty and without unreasonable effort the impact and timing of structural optimization and other special charges, acquisition-related expenses and the outcome of certain regulatory, legal and tax matters. The financial impact of these items is uncertain and is dependent on various factors, including timing, and could be material to our Consolidated Statements of Earnings.

Note: In the first quarter 2026 we announced a change in our organizational structure. Our new Ortho Tech business combines the orthopaedic instruments portfolio (Orthopaedic Instruments) from Instruments with Other Orthopaedics. In addition, Neuro Cranial and the spine enabling technologies portfolio (Enabling Technologies) from Other Orthopaedics were combined with the remaining Instruments business to align with our internal reporting structure. Ortho Tech includes sales related to Orthopaedic Instruments of $535 and $492 and Other Orthopaedics of $219 and $159 for the three months 2026 and 2025. For the nine months 2026 and 2025 Ortho Tech includes sales related to Orthopaedic Instruments of $1,547 and $1,477 and Other Orthopaedics of $570 and $440. Instruments includes sales related to Neuro Cranial of $670 and $637 and Enabling Technologies of $28 and $45 for the three months 2026 and 2025. For the nine months 2026 and 2025 Instruments includes sales related to Neuro Cranial of $1,957 and $1,816 and Enabling Technologies of $82 and $108. We have reflected these changes in all historical periods presented.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION – RECONCILIATION OF GAAP TO NON-GAAP FINANCIAL MEASURES

We supplement the reporting of our financial information determined under accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (GAAP) with certain non-GAAP financial measures, including: percentage sales growth in constant currency; percentage organic sales growth; adjusted gross profit; adjusted selling, general and administrative expenses; adjusted research, development and engineering expenses; adjusted operating income; adjusted other income (expense), net; adjusted income taxes; adjusted effective income tax rate; adjusted net earnings; and adjusted net earnings per diluted share (Diluted EPS). We believe these non-GAAP financial measures provide meaningful information to assist investors and shareholders in understanding our financial results and assessing our prospects for future performance. Management believes percentage sales growth in constant currency and the other adjusted measures described above are important indicators of our operations because they exclude items that may not be indicative of or are unrelated to our core operating results and provide a baseline for analyzing trends in our underlying businesses. Management uses these non-GAAP financial measures for reviewing the operating results of reportable business segments and analyzing potential future business trends in connection with our budget process and bases certain management incentive compensation on these non-GAAP financial measures.

To measure percentage sales growth in constant currency, we remove the impact of changes in foreign currency exchange rates that affect the comparability and trend of sales. Percentage sales growth in constant currency is calculated by translating current and prior year results at the same foreign currency exchange rate. To measure percentage organic sales growth, we remove the impact of changes in foreign currency exchange rates, acquisitions and divestitures, which affect the comparability and trend of sales. Percentage organic sales growth is calculated by translating current year and prior year results at the same foreign currency exchange rates excluding the impact of acquisitions and divestitures. To measure earnings performance on a consistent and comparable basis, we exclude certain items that affect the comparability of operating results and the trend of earnings. The income tax effect of each adjustment was determined based on the tax effect of the jurisdiction in which the related pre-tax adjustment was recorded. These adjustments are irregular in timing and may not be indicative of our past and future performance.

Because non-GAAP financial measures are not standardized, it may not be possible to compare these financial measures with other companies’ non-GAAP financial measures having the same or similar names. These adjusted financial measures should not be considered in isolation or as a substitute for reported sales growth, gross profit, selling, general and administrative expenses, research, development and engineering expenses, operating income, other income (expense), net, income taxes, effective income tax rate, net earnings and net earnings per diluted share, the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures. These non-GAAP financial measures are an additional way of viewing aspects of our operations that, when viewed with our GAAP results and the reconciliations to corresponding GAAP financial measures below, provide a more complete understanding of our business. We strongly encourage investors and shareholders to review our financial statements and publicly-filed reports in their entirety and not to rely on any single financial measure.

The following reconciles the non-GAAP financial measures discussed above with the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures. The weighted-average diluted shares outstanding used in the calculation of adjusted net earnings per diluted share are the same as those used in the calculation of reported net earnings per diluted share for the respective period.

 – Phase 2 pancreatic cancer follow-up extended as patients on atebimetinib combinations live longer than projected –

– Updated Phase 2 atebimetinib + mGnP pancreatic cancer data (N=55) expected in the first half of 2027 –

– Phase 3 MAPKeeper 301 enrollment ahead of schedule; enrollment target expanding from 510 to 570 patients; potential to accelerate current mid-2028 topline data guidance –

NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Immuneering Corporation (Nasdaq: IMRX), a late-stage clinical oncology company focused on keeping cancer patients alive and helping them thrive, today reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, and provided business updates.

“We are thrilled to share that follow-up in our Phase 2 trial in first-line pancreatic cancer is being extended because patients are living longer than projected. We now plan to provide an update on topline data from the atebimetinib + mGnP arm of that trial in the first half of 2027. We are also excited to report that enrollment in our pivotal Phase 3 MAPKeeper 301 trial is ahead of schedule. This strong momentum enables us to expand the enrollment target and potentially accelerate our expected mid-2028 topline data readout. We have updated our cash runway guidance to the fourth quarter of 2028 to reflect our Phase 2 extension, accelerated and expanded Phase 3 enrollment, and commercial readiness activities,” said Ben Zeskind, Ph.D., CEO of Immuneering. “We are seeing growing recognition within the medical community of atebimetinib’s differentiated mechanism of action as demonstrated by the strong engagement with our presentations at recent medical meetings, including the 2026 AACR Conference on Pancreatic Cancer and ESMO Congress 2026. The 17.3 months median overall survival with excellent tolerability that we reported at ASCO is unprecedented among agents targeting this pathway, and we are excited to share updated clinical data in the first half of 2027.”

Corporate Highlights

  • Phase 2 Pancreatic Cancer Trial Extended; Topline Data Update Expected in 1H 2027. The Company plans to share further data from the mGnP arm of its Phase 2 PDAC trial (N = 55) in 1H 2027. Follow-up has been extended as patients are living longer than projected.
  • Phase 3 MAPKeeper 301 Enrollment Updated. Enrollment is ahead of schedule for Immuneering’s Phase 3 MAPKeeper 301 trial, enabling the Company to expand the trial to approximately 570 patients and potentially accelerate its current mid-2028 topline data readout guidance.
  • Publication in Cancer Research Detailed Atebimetinib’s Unique Attributes as the First/Only Third Generation MEK Inhibitor, Including Broad, Durable Preclinical Activity and Favorable Tolerability Across RAS- and RAF-Mutant Tumors via Deep Cyclic Inhibition. In October, atebimetinib was featured on the cover of Cancer Research in a paper entitled “Dual-MEK Inhibitor Atebimetinib Displays Broad Activity in RAS- and RAF-Mutant Tumors via Deep Cyclic Inhibition and Resisting RAF Bypass” and also described in a spotlight commentary entitled “MEKing Room: On the Quest for New Sources of Therapeutic Index in RAS/MAPK-Driven Cancers” both highlighting the Company’s publication in the same issue, which included data showing broad antitumor activity across KRAS-, NRAS-, and BRAF-mutant models, including colorectal, lung, and melanoma, by counteracting the RAF-mediated bypass signaling that has constrained other MEK inhibitors.
  • Presented Data at the 2026 AACR Conference on Pancreatic Cancer Supporting Atebimetinib’s Mechanisms Designed to Extend Survival in Pancreatic Cancer. In September, the Company presented data showing that stable or increased weight was twice as common among pancreatic cancer patients in an atebimetinib + mGnP trial, compared to those in a benchmark study, and that patients with stable or increased weight at three months had significantly longer overall survival than patients who lost weight at three months.
  • Presented MAPKeeper 301 Trial Design at ESMO Congress 2026. In October, Immuneering presented the design for its pivotal Phase 3 trial evaluating atebimetinib in combination with modified gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel versus standard-of-care chemotherapy in first-line metastatic pancreatic cancer at ESMO.

Near-Term Milestone Expectations

Immuneering is planning for several near-term anticipated milestones, including:

  • 4Q 2026 (SITC): Preclinical data for atebimetinib in combination with anti-PD-1 in lung cancer to be shared at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) Annual Meeting.
  • 4Q 2026: Dose the first patient in Phase 2 trial of atebimetinib + anti-PD-1 (cemiplimab) in lung cancer, with a preliminary data readout expected in late-2027.
  • 1H 2027: Updated 1L PDAC Phase 2 atebimetinib + mGnP data (N=55).
  • Mid-2027: Begin IND-enabling studies for our next DCI product candidate program.
  • Late-2027: Preliminary data readout expected from Phase 2 trial of atebimetinib + anti-PD-1 (cemiplimab) in lung cancer.
  • Mid-2028: Topline data readout from the MAPKeeper 301 trial.

Third Quarter 2026 Financial Highlights

Cash Position: Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities as of September 30, 2026 were $166.1 million, compared with $217.0 million as of December 31, 2025.

Research and Development (R&D) Expenses: R&D expenses for the third quarter of 2026 were $20.7 million, compared with $10.9 million for the third quarter of 2025. The increase in R&D expenses was primarily attributable to higher clinical costs related to the Company’s lead program and increased personnel to support ongoing research and development activities.

General and Administrative (G&A) Expenses: G&A expenses for the third quarter of 2026 were $5.1 million, compared with $4.5 million for the third quarter of 2025. The increase in G&A expenses was primarily attributable to an increase in the Company’s stock-based compensation costs and employee-related costs in connection with general and administrative functions.

Net Loss: Net loss attributable to common stockholders was $24.2 million, or $0.37 per share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, compared to $15.0 million, or $0.38 per share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025.

Financial Guidance

Based on cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities as of September 30, 2026, and current operating plans, the Company expects its cash runway to be sufficient to fund operations into the fourth quarter of 2028. The updated cash runway reflects the Phase 2 trial extension, accelerated and expanded Phase 3 enrollment, and commercial readiness activities.

About Immuneering Corporation

Immuneering is a late-stage clinical oncology company dedicated to keeping cancer patients alive and helping them thrive, with an initial focus on patients with RAS, RAF, and other MAPK-driven cancers. The Company is developing an entirely new category of cancer medicines, Deep Cyclic Inhibitors, designed to improve overall survival by three mechanisms: shrinking tumors durably with less resistance, preserving body mass by countering cachexia, and minimizing side effects to maximize performance status and combinability. Immuneering’s lead product candidate, atebimetinib, is an oral, once-daily Deep Cyclic Inhibitor of MEK, designed to improve survival across many cancer indications. The Company is conducting a global randomized pivotal trial, MAPKeeper 301, evaluating atebimetinib in combination with chemotherapy in first-line pancreatic cancer patients. The Company’s development pipeline also includes additional combination opportunities and preclinical stage programs. For more information, please visit www.immuneering.com.

Forward-Looking Statements

This press release contains forward-looking statements, including within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. All statements contained in this press release that do not relate to matters of historical fact should be considered forward-looking statements, including, without limitation, statements regarding: the treatment potential of atebimetinib, alone or in combination with other agents to treat cancer, including modified Gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel (mGnP) in first-line pancreatic cancer and its potential to deliver overall survival with both durability and tolerability; expansion of the enrollment target enabling the Company to maintain or potentially accelerate the timing of the Phase 3 topline readout of the MAPKeeper 301 trial in mid-2028; the timing of a data update in the Phase 2a atebimetinib + mGnP trial in first-line pancreatic cancer; the timing of dosing and preliminary readout of the planned Phase 2 lung cancer trial; the timing of beginning IND-enabling studies in a second DCI program; our operating plans and anticipated cash runway, and the potential ability of the three design mechanisms of atebimetinib to shrink tumors durably, improve overall survival and overcome the limitations of conventional MAPK inhibition and provide a more sustained clinical benefit for patients.

These forward-looking statements are based on management’s current expectations. These statements are neither promises nor guarantees, but involve known and unknown risks, uncertainties and other important factors that may cause our actual results, performance or achievements to be materially different from any future results, performance or achievements expressed or implied by the forward-looking statements, including, but not limited to, the following: we are a late-stage clinical oncology company with a limited operating history and have not completed any registrational clinical trials; we have incurred significant losses, are not currently profitable and may never become profitable; limitations on our cash runway and potential increases in expenditures; our need for additional funding; our unproven approach to therapeutic intervention; our ability to address regulatory questions and changing regulatory standards, and the uncertainties relating to regulatory filings, reviews and approvals; the lengthy, expensive, and uncertain process of clinical drug development, including the uncertainty of whether positive preclinical or early clinical efficacy and safety results are confirmed in later-stage trials, potential delays in activation of trial sites or enrollment of trial participants, or failure to obtain regulatory approvals; our reliance on third parties and collaborators to conduct our clinical trials, manufacture our product candidates, and develop and commercialize our product candidates, if approved; failure to compete successfully against other drug companies; protection of our proprietary technology and the confidentiality of our trade secrets; potential lawsuits for, or claims of, infringement of third-party intellectual property or challenges to the ownership of our intellectual property; our patents being found invalid or unenforceable; costs and resources of operating as a public company; and unfavorable or no analyst research or reports.

These and other important factors discussed under the caption “Risk Factors” in our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2026, and our other reports filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, could cause actual results to differ materially from those indicated by the forward-looking statements made in this press release.
