Veteran asset finance executive with more than three decades of enterprise software experience joins NETSOL’s expanding Americas leadership team

ENCINO, Calif., Oct. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — NETSOL Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTWK), a provider of AI-enabled solutions and services powering OEMs, dealerships and financial institutions to sell, finance and lease assets, today announced the appointment of Michael Ramsey as Vice President of Sales, Transcend Finance, Americas, based in Austin, Texas. The appointment strengthens the company’s U.S. sales and leadership team as it pursues growth in the Americas. Ramsey reports to Faizaan Ghauri, President of NETSOL Technologies Americas.

Michael Ramsey Headshot

Ramsey will lead U.S. growth for Transcend Finance, NETSOL’s finance and leasing platform for auto captives, banks and asset finance companies. His responsibilities include converting the company’s enterprise opportunities into signed agreements, developing new business and instilling a disciplined sales operating model. Ramsey will represent NETSOL at industry events across the U.S., including the ELFA Annual Convention, the Auto Finance Summit and the AFSA Vehicle Finance Conference.

The appointment follows a year in which NETSOL deepened its presence in the U.S. market, including BMO Equipment Finance’s decision to upgrade from LeasePak to Transcend Finance, and reflects the company’s focus on transitioning its long-standing North American install base to Transcend Finance and converting its growing pipeline.

Ramsey brings more than thirty years of leadership across enterprise sales, pre-sales, solution consulting and strategic alliances, specializing in asset finance across leasing, loans, rental, fleet and equipment. Most recently, he was Vice President of Global Sales and Solutions at FIT-Global, an SAP-certified partner, where he led global sales and pre-sales organizations for enterprise transformation programs across fleet, equipment, rental and leasing.

Before this, Ramsey served as Senior Director of Sales and Alliances at Odessa Technologies, where he built seven strategic alliances. Earlier, as Vice President of Global Solutions at LeaseAccelerator, he led the company’s solutions strategy for the regulatory finance market.

His enterprise software foundation includes eleven years at SAP America, where he led global business transformation programs across the banking and financial services sector, and an earlier role at Oracle Corporation, where as Director of Finance Consulting he directed delivery worldwide for Fortune 1000 clients.

“The U.S. is the largest asset finance market in the world and we are investing aggressively in it,” said Faizaan Ghauri, President of NETSOL Technologies Americas. “Michael has sold into this market, built alliances across it and delivered for large lenders for more than three decades. He will lead our U.S. sales effort for Transcend Finance, working with our existing LeasePak customers on their upgrade path and with new lenders who want a single platform for origination and servicing.”

“The asset finance industry is at a turning point and NETSOL is one of very few companies with the platform, the domain depth and the customer relationships to lead it,” said Michael Ramsey, Vice President of Sales, Transcend Finance, Americas. “Transcend Finance gives lenders the modern, connected foundation they need to move beyond legacy systems. I look forward to working with the team to build on NETSOL’s momentum in the U.S. and to deliver measurable outcomes for our customers.”

Mr. Gryska brings decades of strategic and financial leadership experience to Celcuity’s Board

MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Celcuity Inc. (Nasdaq: CELC), a biotechnology company focused on developing and commercializing targeted therapies for the treatment of multiple solid tumor indications, today announced the appointment of David W. Gryska to its Board of Directors. Mr. Gryska is a seasoned executive who brings over 35 years of strategic and financial leadership experience in the life sciences industry to Celcuity, including advising early-stage biotechnology companies.

“On the heels of our first FDA approval for REVTORPYK™, we are pleased to welcome David to our Board of Directors as we transition into a commercial-stage company,” said Brian Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Celcuity. “David’s extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer and board member of a number of pharmaceutical companies, through periods of significant clinical development and commercial growth makes him an outstanding addition to our Board. We are confident he will provide valuable expertise as we execute the launch of REVTORPYK, advance our clinical development programs, and continue building the capabilities needed to support long-term growth.”

Prior to his retirement, Mr. Gryska served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Incyte Corporation; and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Celgene Corporation. Mr. Gryska also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer as well as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Scios, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gryska served as a partner at Ernst & Young LLP in California.

Throughout the past 25 years, Mr. Gryska has served on the Boards of eight public biotechnology companies and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Definium Therapeutics. He previously served on the Boards of Directors of Seagen Inc. for more than 15 years, Forte Biosciences, Aerie Pharmaceuticals, and GW Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Gryska holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Loyola University and an MBA from Golden Gate University.

“Celcuity is entering an exciting new chapter, with the company poised for significant growth over the next few years following the FDA approval and commercial launch of REVTORPYK in advanced breast cancer,” said Mr. Gryska. “I look forward to supporting Brian and Celcuity’s experienced leadership team as we build on this momentum, advance gedatolisib in additional solid tumor indications, and work to bring meaningful benefits to more patients.”

About Celcuity
Celcuity is a biotechnology company focused on developing and commercializing targeted therapies for the treatment of multiple solid tumor indications. The company’s first FDA-approved product is REVTORPYK (gedatolisib), a potent, pan-PI3K and mTORC1/2 inhibitor that comprehensively blockades the PAM pathway. Its mechanism of action and pharmacokinetic properties are differentiated from other currently approved and investigational therapies that target PI3Kα, AKT or mTORC1 alone or together. A Phase 3 clinical trial, VIKTORIA-1, evaluated gedatolisib in combination with fulvestrant, with or without palbociclib, for the treatment of patients with HR+/HER2- ABC. Data from this trial is the basis for FDA approval of REVTORPYK for use in adult patients with HR+/HER2- ABC without a PIK3CA mutation detected following progression on or after treatment with at least one line of endocrine therapy in the metastatic setting. Results for the PIK3CA mutant cohort of the VIKTORIA-1 study have been released. Our Phase 3 clinical trial, VIKTORIA-2, is an ongoing trial incorporating two independent studies, Study 1 and Study 2, in two separate cohorts of patients with ABC who are treatment-naive in the advanced setting. Study 1 is evaluating gedatolisib in combination with palbociclib and fulvestrant as first-line treatment for patients with endocrine-resistant HR+/HER2- ABC. Study 2 is evaluating gedatolisib in combination with palbociclib and letrozole as first-line treatment for patients with endocrine-sensitive HR+/HER2- ABC. A Phase 1b/2 clinical trial, CELC-G-201, evaluating gedatolisib in combination with darolutamide in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, is ongoing. More detailed information about Celcuity’s active clinical trials can be found at ClinicalTrials.gov. Celcuity is headquartered in Minneapolis. October 1st Launch Places Company on Track for Daily Global Remapping in H2 2027

NEW YORK, Oct. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Satellogic Inc. (“Satellogic”) (NASDAQ: SATL), the infrastructure company for Persistent Global Intelligence (PGI), today announced the successful satellite launch of its first Merlin.01, two NewSat Mark VIs, and one NewSat Mark V. The satellites were delivered into sun-synchronous low-Earth orbit from Vandenberg Space Force Base, California onboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 on October 1st. They have made contact with Satellogic’s ground station network with good health reports for all subsystems.

Merlin.01 is the first satellite in Satellogic’s Merlin constellation, designed to provide a global detection layer for theater-scale monitoring. Merlin satellites carry 10-band payloads aligned with Sentinel, with 1m-class imagery and an effective swath of 170 km, making the constellation capable of remapping the Earth daily. Merlin is also designed with onboard AI processing to deliver alerts within 30 minutes.

Merlin takes Satellogic’s work with Aleph Observer from known-site monitoring to whole-world continuous awareness and detection. Using edge computing along with inter-satellite link (ISL) technology, Merlin is designed to recognize change and deliver quick insights. It is also built to cue NewSat Mark VI satellites in real time for 50cm follow-up to provide confirmation and context where needed, all without first needing to route through a ground station.

“Merlin is designed to process every pixel with AI directly onboard, then use inter-satellite links to direct NewSat VIs to capture what it finds in higher resolution,” said Alan Kharsansky, Chief Technology Officer of Satellogic. “That means governments and organizations will no longer need to know where to look. The constellation will find change for them so they can act with confidence and speed.”

Merlin.01 is now in its Launch and Early Orbit Phase (LEOP). Payload testing and commissioning will begin once LEOP completes, in mid-October 2026. Merlin is on track to reach full operational capacity in H2 2027.

“This is the start of a new chapter for Satellogic,” says Emiliano Kargieman, Chief Executive Officer of Satellogic. “Governments and organizations need to see change across an entire theater, not just the sites they already monitor. Merlin is built to deliver that view at a scale and cost that make routine country-wide monitoring practical.”
