No fractional shares will be issued as a result of the Share Consolidation. Instead, any fractional shares that would have resulted from the Share Consolidation will be rounded up to the next whole number. Immediately prior to the Share Consolidation, the Company has a total of 16,060,000 Class A ordinary shares and 4,640,000 Class B ordinary shares issued and outstanding, respectively. As a result of the Share Consolidation, the Company will have approximately 1,606,000 Class A ordinary shares and 464,000 Class B ordinary shares issued and outstanding, respectively, subject to the rounding up of any fractional shares. The Share Consolidation affects all shareholders uniformly and will not alter any shareholder’s percentage interest in the Company’s outstanding ordinary shares, except for adjustments that may result from the treatment of fractional shares. The Share Consolidation was approved by the Company’s board of directors on August 5, 2026. The Company has elected to follow home country practice in lieu of the shareholder approval requirements of Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5635 in connection with the Share Consolidation. Accordingly, no shareholder approval of the Share Consolidation was required.

COLUMBIA, Md., Oct. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Tenable® Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TENB), the exposure management company, today announced the appointment of Charlie Bell to its Board of Directors. A seasoned technology executive with nearly four decades of hands-on software engineering and operational leadership, Bell brings deep expertise in building and scaling complex cloud systems to Tenable’s board as the company continues to advance its AI-powered exposure management platform.

Bell’s appointment comes at a crucial inflection point for the enterprise cybersecurity industry. As organizations navigate the convergence of AI integration, cloud infrastructure and an accelerating volume of software vulnerabilities, Bell’s engineering-first perspective and extensive background in cloud-scale product architecture will reinforce Tenable’s strategic direction.

“Charlie Bell is one of the foundational architects of modern cloud computing and enterprise security,” said Mark Thurmond, Co-CEO of Tenable. “His track record of engineering resilient, large-scale software platforms and leading world-class product teams is phenomenal for our business.”

“Charlie brings deep experience leading organizations through major technology shifts, from the rise of cloud computing at massive scale to the security transformations that followed. He’ll bring that same judgment to Tenable as we lead the security market into this next era of AI-driven exposure management and proactive risk reduction,” said Steve Vintz, Co-CEO of Tenable.

Bell spent over two decades at Amazon Web Services (AWS), playing a central role in building its cloud infrastructure from its inception into a global, multi-billion dollar business. As a Senior Vice President at AWS, he led core engineering, utility computing and operational teams responsible for scaling cloud platforms used by millions of enterprises worldwide. Most recently, Bell served as Executive Vice President of Security, Compliance, Identity and Management at Microsoft, where he oversaw the company’s enterprise security strategy, product engineering and threat intelligence operations.

“Tenable has established itself as the pioneer in exposure management, helping organizations focus on the risks that actually matter before they’re exploited,” said Bell. “Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a conviction that great engineering is the foundation of effective security. Tenable’s vision, backed by its massive data lake and advanced exposure intelligence, positions it uniquely to address the complexities of today’s AI attack surface. I look forward to working alongside the executive leadership team and the board to help guide the company’s next phase of engineering-driven growth.”

With Bell’s appointment, Tenable strengthens its board’s technical depth, ensuring the company remains positioned to help global organizations reduce risk across AI, cloud, identity, OT and traditional IT environments.

AerSale® Leases 757-200PCF Freighter to Mister Air for Its Specialized Cargo Network

AerSale Corporation has announced that it has leased a Boeing 757-200PCF aircraft to Mister Air Transport S.R.L., a Romanian-based cargo carrier that will manage the freighter operations for significant shareholder AerCommerce. The aircraft is expected to enter revenue service in October 2026.

MIAMI, Oct. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AerSale Corporation (NASDAQ: ASLE), a leading global supplier of aftermarket commercial aircraft, engines, and proprietary engineered solutions, today announced that it has leased a Boeing 757-200PCF aircraft to Mister Air Transport S.R.L., a Romanian-based cargo carrier that will manage the freighter operations for significant shareholder AerCommerce. The aircraft is expected to enter revenue service in October 2026.

The 757-200PCF freighter marks the launch of Mister Air’s own flight operations, flying under its certificate and crews rather than chartering capacity from other carriers. It is among the first units the carrier plans to introduce as it builds a dedicated medium-haul freighter fleet. Operating under a Romanian Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and based at Lódź Władysław Reymont Airport (LCJ), Mister Air will deploy the aircraft on behalf of AerCommerce’s established cargo customer base.

Mister Air’s strategy targets the “middle-mile” markets, connecting major production and e-commerce gateways with airports across Central and Eastern Europe, alongside parcel programs and worldwide special missions. The Boeing 757-200PCF freighter’s combination of long range, payload capacity, and operational reliability is well suited to these routes, allowing frequent, right-sized service where larger widebodies are uneconomic. The carrier intends to grow its freighter fleet over the coming years to meet contracted and anticipated demand.

“We are proud to support Mister Air as it launches its own freighter operations with this Boeing 757-200PCF,” said Craig Wright, AerSale’s Senior Vice President & Head of Asset Management. “The 757 remains one of the most capable and sought-after platforms in its segment, and this transaction reflects both the strength of that asset class and AerSale’s ability to deliver flight-ready aircraft to operators pursuing ambitious growth. We look forward to supporting Mister Air’s fleet as it expands.”

“This Boeing 757-200PCF marks an important milestone in Mister Air’s growth and the launch of our own flight operations,” said Ireneusz Dylczyk, Chief Executive Officer of Mister Air. “The 757’s range and payload make it the ideal aircraft for our customers. AerSale proved to be a professional and responsive partner throughout the process. This aircraft lays the foundation for the additional freighters we intend to introduce as we scale our network.”

The transaction extends AerSale’s leasing presence in the European cargo market and underscores the company’s ability to deliver leased flight equipment to operators worldwide.

New marketplace lets teams browse, size, and allocate capacity credits across managed AI agents from a single console

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Oct. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Netskope (NASDAQ: NTSK), a leader in modern security and networking for the cloud and AI era, today announced the AgentSkope Marketplace, which gives security and network teams a single console to browse, deploy, and manage AgentSkope AI agents. The Marketplace replaces per-agent procurement with one catalog, one pool of capacity credits, and one view of consumption, so teams can rapidly scale agentic operations without restrictive administrative overheads for every new agent they seek to deploy, and with capacity based on actual usage insights instead of guesswork.

Already-stretched security and network teams face growing alert and ticket volumes, and many deploy AI agents one product at a time, restarting procurement and justification for every new request to avoid security risks. In a recent survey of security and network operations leaders, 42% said alerts, cases, or tickets went uninvestigated, with 51% naming scattered context and signals as a leading obstacle to faster resolution. Asked what an agent platform must provide, a majority put shared context first, and nearly half want one governance model that covers vendor-built, internally built, and managed-service agents alike1.

Launched in early 2026, Netskope One AgentSkope was designed for the agentic SOC and the agentic NOC, allowing the teams using the Netskope One platform to deploy managed AI agents that execute end-to-end security and networking workflows within the policies, controls, guardrails, and compliance frameworks they already have in place. Netskope One AgentSkope brings efficiency to daily security and networking workflows, productivity to teams, and the addition of the Marketplace provides agility to quickly adapt as business priorities change. Every agent operates within the policies, controls, and compliance frameworks Netskope customers already have in place, governed through the same Netskope Zero Trust Engine and Netskope One platform they use today.

AgentSkope Marketplace provides the following:

  • AgentSkope Marketplace catalog: a single console where teams browse, size, and deploy AgentSkope Agents.
  • Credit allocation: controls that distribute one pool of committed capacity credits across agents.
  • Credit calculator: estimates how many capacity credits a given level of agent use will require, before any commitment.
  • Usage monitoring: a dashboard that shows utilization and capacity credit usage, with alerts and insights to help plan future requirements.

“Until now, teams have typically bought agents one product at a time, with every new request restarting a procurement cycle before it delivers any value,” said John Martin, Chief Product Officer at Netskope. “AgentSkope provides one set of policies, controls, and compliance frameworks, to which Marketplace now adds one catalog, one pool of capacity credits, and one view of consumption, so security and networking teams can deploy the agents they need today and size next year’s investment on real usage data instead of a guess.”

The AgentSkope Marketplace is available today to all Netskope customers with more agents coming to the marketplace soon. Find out more on the blog.

About Netskope
Netskope (NASDAQ: NTSK), a leader in modern security and networking for the cloud and AI era, addresses the needs of both security and networking teams by providing optimized access and real-time, context-based security for the AI ecosystem inclusive of agents, applications, tools, LLMs, people, devices, and data. Helsinki hotel project expands the reach of LiqTech’s ceramic membrane filtration technology

BALLERUP, Denmark, Oct. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — LiqTech International, Inc. (Nasdaq: LIQT) (“LiqTech”), a clean technology company that manufactures and markets highly specialized filtration technologies, today announced its first commercial Aquatics order in Finland for the swimming pool at Original Sokos Hotel Presidentti in Helsinki. Secured through the Company’s Pool4You partnership, this order extends LiqTech’s commercial pool presence into a new market and advances its strategy of expanding adoption of its proprietary silicon carbide membrane technology.

LiqTech’s QlariFlow™ Aquatics platform combines silicon carbide ceramic membranes with a compact, modular system design to address the water quality and operating requirements of commercial pools. The technology is designed to deliver consistent filtration while helping operators reduce water, energy and chemical consumption compared with conventional filtration approaches. Its space-efficient configuration also supports installation in facilities where plant room space is limited, making it suitable for both new pool projects and upgrades to existing facilities.

These capabilities are central to LiqTech’s Aquatics growth strategy. By bringing its membrane technology and filtration systems to more commercial pool applications, the Company aims to meet demand for reliable water treatment and more efficient facility operation. The Helsinki project, which specifies a 2 × 2 membrane configuration plus AutoCIP, will bring LiqTech’s filtration technology to a commercial pool in Finland and serve as an example for other pool operators considering similar upgrades.

“This first order in Finland reflects our progress in bringing LiqTech’s ceramic membrane technology to more commercial pool markets,” said Fei Chen, CEO of LiqTech. “Our value starts with the technology and the system we deliver. We combine precise filtration with a compact design to help pool operators maintain water quality while using resources more efficiently. The Original Sokos Hotel Presidentti project is another step in expanding the reach of these capabilities, with Pool4You providing the local expertise and customer access to support our growth in Finland.”

The order follows the September 1, 2026 expansion of LiqTech’s Pool4You partnership. With more than four decades of pool water treatment experience, Pool4You provides established local relationships and project support that complement LiqTech’s technology. Its work encompasses over 80% of Finnish public swimming pool water treatment systems.
