Augsburg / Huddersfield (West Yorkshire, UK), November 02, 2026 – RENK Group AG, a leading provider of propulsion solutions for the military sector, has completed the acquisition of David Brown Defence (DBD) from Stellex Capital Management. The agreement was signed on July 3, 2026 in London. All required regulatory clearances have now been obtained. As of today, DBD is part of the RENK Group and operates under the name RENK UK Huddersfield. Effective immediately, the Huddersfield site will serve as a center of excellence for submarine propulsion systems.

DBD complements RENK’s existing portfolio in three areas: main propulsion systems for naval vessels, low-noise and low-vibration propulsion technology for submarines, which is being added to RENK’s portfolio for the first time, as well as powerpacks and transmissions for wheeled and tracked vehicles. Together, these capabilities contribute to the characteristics of a defense powerhouse.

“We are pleased to welcome David Brown Defence to the RENK Group today. With the closing of this acquisition, we are bringing together outstanding technological and operational capabilities – and taking on responsibility for critical defense programs and the customers behind them. We take that responsibility seriously: they can rely on RENK to continue to deliver. As a European partner, we are committed to Huddersfield and to the UK defense industry, and together we will strengthen our ability to provide armed forces with the reliable propulsion solutions they need,” says Dr. Alexander Sagel, CEO of RENK Group AG.

Through this acquisition, the RENK Group gains access to long-term naval programs in the United Kingdom, Canada, Norway and Australia, as well as a broader presence in the Five Eyes countries. With the acquisition the RENK Group will support the delivery of Global Combat Ship (Type 26). The GCS is a key component in this regard, offering long-term program and aftermarket potential. In the land systems segment, RENK will expand product offering of armored vehicles to include British programs such as the Challenger 2, 3 and Boxer.

David Brown Defence’s substantial order backlog and robust pipeline, valued at over 700 million pounds from 2026 to 2030, demonstrate the company’s significant involvement in these programs. Additionally, there are operational and technological synergies arising from the shared use of manufacturing capacity, procurement, engineering and market access.

“Our 530-person team brings more than a century of engineering expertise to the table. As part of RENK Group, we can build on that heritage with an international network and a shared commitment to quality and reliability for our customers. We are pleased to embark on this next chapter together,” said Mike Helme, CEO of David Brown Defence.

The parties agreed not to disclose commercial terms. Barclays served as financial advisor and Linklaters as legal advisor to the RENK Group in connection with the transaction.

FFO is computed in accordance with the definition adopted by the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (“NAREIT”). NAREIT defines FFO as GAAP net income or loss adjusted to exclude net gains from sales of certain real estate assets, real estate impairment losses, depreciation and amortization expense from real estate assets and other specified items, including the pro rata share of such adjustments of unconsolidated subsidiaries. FFO and FFO per diluted share are non-GAAP financial measures used by management, investors and analysts to facilitate meaningful comparisons of operating performance between periods and among our peers because it excludes the effect of real estate depreciation and amortization and net gains on sales, which are based on historical costs and implicitly assume that the value of real estate diminishes predictably over time, rather than fluctuating based on existing market conditions. FFO does not represent cash generated from operating activities and is not necessarily indicative of cash available to fund cash requirements and should not be considered as an alternative to net income as a performance measure or cash flow as a liquidity measure. FFO may not be comparable to similarly titled measures employed by other companies. A reconciliation of net income to FFO is provided above.

Kodiak

Lorie Boyd joins Kodiak as Chief People Officer.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kodiak AI, Inc. (“Kodiak”) (Nasdaq: KDK), a leading provider of Physical AI-powered autonomous driving technology, today announced the appointment of Lorie Boyd as Chief People Officer. Boyd brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership at some of Silicon Valley’s most recognizable technology companies, including Turo, Salesforce, Oracle, Zendesk, and Plume.

In her new role, Boyd will oversee Kodiak’s human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, employee development, organizational effectiveness and company culture, as Kodiak continues to scale its team.

Boyd succeeds Zsuzsanna Major as Kodiak’s Chief People Officer. Major led Kodiak’s people operations since the company’s inception and played a vital role in the company’s growth and success.

“Lorie understands that our people are every bit as important as our technology,” said Don Burnette, Founder and CEO, Kodiak. “Lorie’s ability to bring out the best in employees, strengthen leadership, and build a culture of collaboration will be critical as we enter our next phase of growth. We want to thank Zsuzsanna for all that she has built over the last eight years. Her leadership and dedication have helped shape Kodiak’s culture and laid a strong foundation for our continued growth.”

Most recently, Boyd served as Chief People Officer at Plume, where she led efforts to strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement during a period of leadership transition. Previously, she spent nearly eight years at Turo, the world’s largest peer-to-peer car sharing marketplace, serving first as Vice President of People and later as Chief People Officer. During her tenure, Boyd helped guide the company’s people strategy through significant growth, the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and preparations for an initial public offering.

Earlier in her career, Boyd served as Director of Recruiting at customer service platform company Zendesk, where she built and led the company’s global recruiting team, helping grow its workforce from approximately 100 to nearly 900 employees worldwide. She also served in leadership roles at Salesforce and Oracle. Boyd joined Salesforce as its 90th employee, prior to the company’s IPO, and helped establish its human resources operations during a critical period of early growth. Boyd holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University.

“Autonomous trucking is changing how freight moves, and the opportunity to help build the organization behind that transition is incredibly compelling,” said Boyd. “I’ve spent my career helping companies navigate growth and change while creating environments where people can do their best work. From my first conversation, the quality of Kodiak’s team and its deep commitment to Kodiak’s mission really stood out. I’m thrilled to join the team at this exciting moment, where Kodiak is scaling its technology on the road.”

Boyd joins Kodiak as the company prepares to launch long-haul driverless operations on public highways with shipper launch partner IKEA, while expanding its commercial relationships with some of America’s leading trucking fleets. The Kodiak Driver, the company’s vehicle-agnostic autonomous driving system, is already operating in commercial driverless service in the Permian Basin. As of the end of the second quarter of 2026, the company had deployed its technology in 35 driverless trucks with no humans in the cab.

  • Skyline and Cove Kaz have mutually terminated their previously announced business combination agreement, and Cove Kaz now expects to list on a major U.S. stock exchange via a direct listing during 1H 2027.
  • Cove Kaz has secured a new capital commitment of $32 million at $8/ share implying an equity valuation of approximately $2 billion for Cove Kaz, with approximately 26% of Cove Kaz owned by Skyline.
  • Skyline expects to expeditiously distribute this value to its shareholders in the most tax efficient manner possible. Having completed this distribution, Skyline will seek potential candidates for future M&A transactions.

GEORGE TOWN, Cayman islands, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Skyline Builders Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: KAZR) (“Skyline” or “the Company”), a holding company seeking to become a highly strategic supplier of critical minerals and nuclear fuels prioritizing the security of supply for US customers, today announced that it and Cove Kaz Capital Group LLC (“Cove Kaz”), have mutually agreed to terminate their previously announced business combination agreement, originally announced on April 30, 2026. Skyline has also agreed to change its ticker symbol and release the “KAZR” symbol within fifteen days. Cove Kaz has announced that it now intends to direct list its Class A common stock on a major U.S. stock exchange during 1H 2027.

Skyline, Cove Kaz and Kaz Resources LLC (“Kaz Resources”) have agreed that prior to the Cove Kaz listing, Skyline will receive an aggregate of 63,994,955 shares of Cove Kaz Class A common stock through a series of private transactions, including (i) the distribution of Cove Kaz shares held by Kaz Resources in exchange for the redemption of 100% of Skyline’s equity in Kaz Resources, and (ii) an issuance by Cove Kaz of shares in exchange for cancellation of all amounts due under the outstanding convertible loan made by Skyline to Cove Kaz. Skyline’s management has concluded that this will likely be a substantially faster route for Skyline shareholders to realize their value in Cove Kaz than the previously announced business combination.

Cove Kaz has also announced that it has secured a new capital commitment of $32 million for four million shares, at $8.00 per share, implying an equity value for Cove Kaz of $1.97 billion. Following the closing of this equity funding commitment, Skyline’s 26% equity stake in Cove Kaz will be valued at over $500 million. Skyline expects to distribute this value to its shareholders in the most tax efficient manner. On an as converted fully diluted basis, Skyline has approximately 147 million shares outstanding which would value the Cove Kaz investment at approximately $3.40/ share.

According to Cove Kaz, the new capital commitment represents a 76% uplift in the Cove Kaz valuation compared with the prior funding provided by Skyline, demonstrating investor recognition of the progress Cove Kaz is making towards developing a generational tungsten project in Kazakhstan and the structural need for new primary tungsten production to the global economy.

After realizing the value of its Cove Kaz investment, Skyline then expects to acquire another entity in the critical minerals sector and is in discussions with many potential targets. The combination of these two proposed transactions means that Skyline shareholders should now benefit by holding shares in Cove Kaz whilst continuing to own their shares in Skyline and ultimately, one or more additional critical minerals businesses.

“We strongly support Cove Kaz’s proposed listing strategy,” said Paul Mann, executive chairman of Skyline Builders Group Holding Limited. “The assets owned by Cove Kaz are extremely valuable and are critical to many customers in the United States, who currently rely on foreign imports from countries that are not necessarily aligned with the United States. We look forward to a successful listing by Cove Kaz and its shareholders, including Skyline.”

ENEOS Oil celebrates V8 power at SEMA 2026 with two engine-swapped Porsche 911s from Jimmy Oakes and Faruk Kugay. Both car will be on display at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas from Nov 3-6, 2026

Las Vegas, NV, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ENEOS – Japan’s largest oil company and supplier of motor oil and transmission fluids to the majority of Asian vehicle manufacturers – returns to SEMA and AAPEX this year. ENEOS will be part of a special activation with leading Japanese manufacturer RAYS Wheels, which is making its first official brand display in the Silver Lot in front of the Las Vegas Convention Center. RAYS has invited select industry partners – including ENEOS – to activate within their space, and ENEOS ambassador Jimmy Oakes will display his Ferrari V8-swapped Porsche 911 in the ENEOS pop-up booth, outfitted with a set of classic Volk Racing VRX-10 wheels, produced by RAYS in the ‘90s.

The V8-swapped Porsche theme continues with ENEOS ambassador Faruk Kugay performing drift demos at the Optima driving exhibition in SEMA Bronze Lot using his ENEOS-sponsored Porsche 911 GT3. Attendees may remember the car from 2023 when it debuted in the ENEOS booth with a Subaru STI motor, which has now been replaced by a monstrous 458hp LS2 V8.

Additionally, ENEOS will present its new Import CVT S High Torque lubricant, along with its entire catalog of products in AAPEX booth # V3665.

JIMMY OAKES PORRARI V8
After debuting his insane Porrari – a widebody 1978 Porsche 911 SC fitted with a Ferrari-built Maserati F136 V8 – with ENEOS at Formula DRIFT Round 4, automotive content creator and engineer Jimmy Oakes will display his creation in the ENEOS SEMA pop-up booth located inside the RAYS Wheels Takeover in Silver Lot.

Since its YouTube build series and public debut, the reception to the Porrari has been incredible, so it made sense to bring the 911 to North America’s biggest automotive event. SEMA attendees will get to see the incredible attention to detail by the Oakes Garage crew, restoring and transforming the 48-year old “narrow” body into a widebody that blends raw Italian performance with German engineering and Japanese motorsport heritage in one cohesive package.

The engine swap was far from easy but the team improvised with Link ECU G5 Voodoo Neo 6 engine management, custom Stainless Bros headers and fabricated exhaust to ensure the F136 flat-plane crank V8 would fit the tight 911 engine bay. To help the engine climb to its 8000rpm rev limit, custom ITBs were fitted using parts from the E90/92 BMW M3 S65 engine with 3D-printed custom adapters/trumpets.

Cog-swapping is provided by a 996 Porsche 911 transmission mated to a Kennedy Engineered Products bellhousing and supported by a fabricated cradle.

Additional space in the engine bay was created by removing the torsion bar suspension and fitting Stance Suspension coilovers in the fully restored and braced bodyshell. And while replacing many of the exterior body panels, the roof was scrapped and replaced with a carbon fiber panel to add rigidity and contribute to a lower center of gravity.

Central to Jimmy’s vision was a set of period-correct Volk Racing VRX-10 mesh wheels, fitting perfectly into the RAYS Wheels takeover theme and boosting the Japanese-inspired aesthetic.

“From the beginning, my vision was clear; to create a JDM-influenced Porsche that blends the performance and design with the unmistakable influence of Japanese tuning and motorsport culture,” Oakes said. “From the iconic ENEOS livery to the overall stance and presentation, every part was carefully selected to give the car an authentic, purpose-built feeling, details that have defined Japanese performance culture and influenced American tuning for decades.”

SEMA attendees can see the Jimmy Oakes Porrari in the ENEOS booth # 22811 in the RAYS Wheels Silver Lot Takeover.

FARUK KUGAY PORSCHE 911 GT3 V8
Making a return to SEMA is ENEOS drift ambassador Faruk Kugay, bringing a project he debuted at the 2023 show in the ENEOS booth: a 2007 997 Porsche 911 GT3. Discovered as a damaged bodyshell, the car was revived at Faruk’s DEVSPEED workshop. They started by adding a VAD Design GT3R widebody conversion and installed a Subaru STI EJ25 four-cylinder boxer engine. But since then, the GT3 has undergone another makeover with the goal of drifting the German sports car.

Taking lessons learned from competing in Formula DRIFT competition, the team installed a 6.0L LS2 V8 engine equipped with LS3 cylinder head, which he felt was better suited to the demands of drifting. Helped by the work already done to accommodate the STI engine, a Chavis Performance & Engineering installation kit made the V8 swap a breeze. The kit also included a mounting plate for a sturdy 996 Porsche 911 Turbo transmission. All it then needed was a Link ECU and wiring harness to get the engine running.

One of the most distinctive features of the new swap is the exhaust system: designed by German engineer, Christian Koegler at Maisteer, the header tubes were CNC-bent at CageKits and the stainless steel collector was before the final pieces were meticulously welded by Stewie Brown at Rennstufe. You can see them poking out from the engine cover and you’ll definitely hear Faruk arriving!

“We deployed our extensive vehicle development and fabrication experience to rethink every major system of the Porsche,” Faruk told us. “We were able to deliver improved performance, driveability and reliability on track without losing the character that makes the 997 GT3 such a distinctive platform.”

Witness Faruk throwing down in his LS2-powered GT3 at its first large-scale public demonstration in the Optima driving experience in the Bronze Lot. And if you’d like the opportunity to sit beside him for a SEMA ride to remember, visit instagram.com/eneosusa for an opportunity to ride-along with Faruk. Entrants must be over 21 and have SEMA credentials.

LIMASSOL, Cyprus, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Robin Energy Ltd. (NASDAQ: RBNE) (“Robin Energy” or the “Company”), an international ship-owning company providing energy transportation services globally, announced today that the Company’s board of directors has declared a one-time, special dividend of $0.10 per common share, payable in cash. The dividend is payable to the Company’s shareholders of record at the close of business on November 16, 2026 and is expected to be paid on or about November 20, 2026 (the “Dividend Payment Date”). Given that the payment of the special dividend represents more than 25% of the current trading price of the Company’s common shares, Nasdaq has advised the Company that its common shares will trade with “due bills”. More information on this process is included below.

Due Bills: As the special dividend of $0.10 per common share exceeds 25% of the current trading price of the common shares, Nasdaq has advised the Company that its common shares will trade with due bills, representing an assignment of the right to receive the special dividend in cash, from the record date of November 16, 2026 through the close of trading on Nasdaq on November 20, 2026, which is the Dividend Payment Date and the last day of trading before the November 23, 2026 ex-dividend date (this period of time, the “Due Bill Period”). This means that holders who purchase these securities during the Due Bill Period (even if the trades are to be settled after the Due Bill Period) will be entitled to receive the special dividend. Conversely, sellers who sell the securities during the Due Bill Period (even if the trades are to be settled after the Due Bill Period) will not be entitled to the special dividend. Due bills obligate a seller of securities to deliver the dividend payable on such securities to the buyer. The due-bill obligations are settled customarily between the brokers representing buyers and sellers of the securities. The Company has no obligation for either the amount of the due bill or the processing of the due bill. Buyers and sellers of the Company’s common shares should consult their brokers before trading to ensure they understand the effect of Nasdaq’s due-bill procedures.

If your shares are held through a bank, broker or nominee, and you have questions regarding the dividend, please contact such bank, broker or nominee. If you are a registered shareholder and you have questions regarding the dividend, you may call the Company’s transfer agent, Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions, LLC, at (888) 789-8409.

As of October 30, 2026, the Company had 48,243,450 common shares issued and outstanding.

New solution is designed to unify expansive public and private markets intelligence into a single, connected portfolio analytics workflow

NORWALK, Conn. and CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — FactSet (NYSE: FDS | NASDAQ: FDS), a leading global intelligence and AI solutions provider to the financial markets, and Hamilton Lane (NASDAQ: HLNE), a leading global private markets investment firm, today announced a strategic partnership that will make Hamilton Lane’s institutional-grade private markets data, covering more than 70,000 funds, 240,000 assets and proprietary fund- and deal-level benchmarks built on decades of expertise as a  private markets solutions provider, accessible within FactSet’s portfolio analytics platform*.

Through this partnership, Hamilton Lane’s proprietary data will be embedded directly into FactSet’s analytics infrastructure, closing the gap that has long forced institutional investors to manage public and private portfolios on separate systems. The firm’s benchmarks equip limited partners, institutions, financial advisors and researchers with institutional-grade data to evaluate and compare performance and identify trends, with transparency across strategies, vintage years and geographies within private markets.

“Private markets have become a central allocation for the world’s most sophisticated investors, yet the tools available to analyze the whole portfolio have proven insufficient,” explained David Mellars, Senior Director, Product Management at FactSet. “Institutional investors have long managed public and private portfolios in isolation. As allocators increasingly view their portfolios as a single, unified whole, the demand for systems, data, and analytics that span both asset classes has become critical. This partnership meets that demand head-on and gives users the ability to make better-informed allocation decisions across their entire portfolio in a single place.”

The integrated solution is designed to deliver across three core capabilities:

  • Proprietary Benchmarking: Hamilton Lane’s indices and benchmarks, built on decades of high-quality private markets data, will be natively accessible within FactSet’s performance measurement environment, providing a differentiated, transparent alternative to public index proxies, with the ability of clients to create and apply custom benchmarks directly within their existing workflows.
  • Enhanced Risk and Commitment Pacing Models: The integrity of an investment decision begins with the integrity of the data behind it. Embedding Hamilton Lane’s institutional-grade private markets data directly into FactSet’s analytics infrastructure is intended to eliminate a fundamental bottleneck giving allocators the inputs, the engines, and the workflow to act with greater conviction across their entire portfolio.
  • Whole Portfolio Construction and Monitoring: Clients can track public and private exposures in a unified view, with performance, attribution, and risk analytics that span asset classes, positioning FactSet as a true multi-asset class provider capable of delivering analytics across the entire portfolio.

Griff Norville, Head of Technology Solutions and Co-Head of Innovation at Hamilton Lane, commented, “Private markets are our sole focus, and have been for over 30 years. That singular dedication gives us a level of data depth and insight that’s difficult to replicate. Yet our clients aren’t managing private markets in isolation — they’re overseeing entire portfolios. By partnering with FactSet, we can integrate our private markets expertise directly into the platforms investors already rely on, giving them a complete, unified view.”

Additional details on product availability and expanded capabilities will be shared in the coming months, and interested clients can learn more at www.factset.com and www.hamiltonlane.com.
