PERTH, Australia, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Novo Resources Corp. (Novo or the Company) (ASX: NVO) (TSX: NVO) (OTCQB: NSRPF) is pleased to report on the recent and planned key activities of the Company.
PORTFOLIO
Novo continues to assemble a diversified gold exploration and development portfolio located across leading mining provinces in Australia, comprising a mix of greenfields, advanced greenfields, and advanced exploration projects.
A dedicated project generation program continues to focus on identifying advanced gold and copper assets to further enhance Novo’s portfolio.
WESTERN AUSTRALIAN PORTFOLIO
Exploration programs completed across the Company’s Pilbara project portfolio (Figure 1) have provided several high-priority drill targets where RC drilling is planned for 2027, subject to grant of tenements and land access approvals.
Figure 1: Novo Pilbara and Onslow tenure showing main projects and significant prospects.
Wyloo Polymetallic Project
In Q2 2026, soil sampling and rock chip samples were collected to the southeast of the Wyloo SE prospect. A total of 142 minus 80 mesh soil samples were collected at a 80 m x 20 m spacing highlighting the 600 m long, 270 m wide Vera antimony – arsenic soil anomaly which is open to the north and east (Figure 2).
Figure 2. Stream sediment and rock Sb assay results over geology, showing the Kavira and Vera prospects to the west and east of Wyloo SE
The field team has recently completed follow up on-ground soil sampling at the Vera and Kavira prospects, located to the east and west (respectively) of Wyloo SE (Figure 2). This fieldwork has been focussed on defining the extent of the mineralised system across the southern portion of the Wyloo E47/4213 tenement. Ongoing work over the Kavira stream sediment anomaly was completed in Q3 2026. This infill soil sampling is being analysed using the Ultrafine+™, an analytical technique designed to detect anomalism beneath Tertiary transported cover, with results still pending.
Fieldwork at the Vera and Kavira prospects is progressing in preparation for an AC drilling program planned for 2027, designed to drill under the Tertiary transported cover, subject to the receipt of land access approvals including heritage surveys.
Egina Gold Camp
As previously advised by Novo on 27 May 2026 (refer to Novo’s ASX announcement entitled “Egina Gold Project Update”), Northern Star Resources Ltd (ASX:NST) (NST) informed Novo that they are withdrawing from the earn-in under the Egina Earn In and Joint Venture Agreement.
The data from Northern Star’s recent exploration activities is being reviewed and soil sampling within the Egina Gold Project tenements is ongoing in November 2026. Novo has engaged Consultant Geologist Allan Kneeshaw, who was involved with the discovery of the Hemi Gold Project, to review the litho-geochemistry of the Egina Gold Project and assist Novo’s geological team in identifying gold mineralisation targets adjacent to the Millindinna Intrusive Suite in preparation for drilling programs in 2027. An update on the results of this review is planned for release in December 2026.
The Millindinna Intrusive Suite is an Archean layered mafic – ultramafic intrusive suite which has intruded older sedimentary sequences in the Mallina Basin. The Suite is closely associated with regional exploration targets, including intrusive gold systems (such as Hemi-style targets).
Figure 3 – Egina Gold Project and Egina Gold Camp Tenements.
Target areas along structural corridors related to the suite are considered highly prospective for Hemi style gold mineralisation and will be the focus of the Novo geological team’s exploration field work in the Pilbara Craton’s Central Pilbara Tectonic Zone.
Farno Joint Venture
Under the Farno JV with Northern Star Resources (NST), NST has been completing mapping, rock chip sampling, interpretation and spoils resampling of historic AC holes. This is to develop a more holistic interpretation over the JV tenement.
NST proposes on-ground gravity and Induced Polarisation (IP) geophysical surveys of the Farno JV tenement, E47/2502, subject to land access approvals. The geophysical surveys are designed to develop targets for potential drill testing.
However, due to heritage constraints exploration has been limited to low impact activities in areas which can be accessed.
Teichman Gold Project
Novo is also advancing gold exploration at the Teichman Gold Project, which is part of the Croydon JV (70% Novo and 30% Runnel Holdings Pty Ltd, an entity of Mark Gareth Creasy (Creasy Group)).
The project area includes multiple historic workings centred on two main mineralised shear zones, over an area of approximately 2.5 km by 1.3 km. Previous exploration at Teichman included mapping and surface sampling and has defined multiple shear-hosted gold targets along the Pride and Teichman trends (Figure 4).
On ground fieldwork undertaken this month consisted of gridded soil sampling designed to further define targets for a maiden RC drilling program. Results from this sampling are still pending. This program followed discussions with the Mugarinya Community, which facilitated Novo’s access to the Yandeyarra Reserve to undertake low-impact exploration.
Heritage surveys are planned to clear a program of RC drilling for H1 2027 following delays in heritage access agreements being finalised.

BELLTOPPER GOLD PROJECT – VICTORIA
Internal mining studies completed based on the updated Exploration Target announced in February 2026, that assumed underground mining and toll treatment, support the current evaluation of development options for the Belltopper Gold Project in Victoria.
Novo is considering all strategic options including securing a project partner for the potential development of the project. Recent mining approvals within Victoria, including the exploration tunnel at Southern Cross Gold’s Sunday Creek Project, provides confidence that the regulatory environment within Victoria can support further consideration of an appropriately assessed and studied underground gold project at Belltopper.
Work continues to define the potential of Belltopper. The selection of preliminary drill site location selection has commenced for potential drilling in H1 2027, aiming to provide further confidence in the updated 2026 Exploration Target (Figure 5) and the definition of further potential reefs.
A program of 2,500 m of diamond drilling will target a number of known and expected reefs in the core central portion of the Exploration Target, focussed at the Belltopper anticline and converging reefs in the nose of the structure.
Figure 5 – Overview Map of the Belltopper Gold Project showing location of the eight reefs included in the 2026 Exploration Target, downhole gold tenor, historical workings, and important geological elements of the field.
A ~2,700 m Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling program is scheduled to commence at the Tibooburra Gold Project (Tibooburra) (Figure 6) in Q4 2026, as Novo has now obtained all required regulatory and land holder approvals. RC drilling is planned to test the Clone prospect (~2,700 m) and follow up the results of the 2025 drilling program that identified plunging high-grade shoots that are open in multiple directions.
Figure 7 – Location, tenure and key prospects at Tibooburra, NSW. Tenements EL9867 and EL9900 are newly granted (and 100% owned by Novo). All other tenements belong to the Tibooburra Gold Project Farm-In JV with Awati Resources Pty Ltd (wholly owned subsidiary of Manhattan Gold Corporation Ltd).
Regional stream sediment sampling, coupled with targeted mapping and gridded surface soil sampling, commenced in September and a follow up sampling program is underway. This fieldwork aims to generate new gold-anomalous zones in potentially recessive areas on the 30 km long Albert Goldfield, grow the target pipeline, and help prioritise those targets for potential future exploration drilling in H1 2027.
SUSTAINABILITY
There were no safety, environmental or heritage incidents reported during Q3.
Discussions with representatives of various Traditional Owners are ongoing as Novo reviews and updates the relevant access agreements. Novo continues to work closely with the Mugarinya Community Board, whose approval is required to allow exploration drilling to take place within the Yandeyarra Reserve once Western Australian Government approval has also been received. Novo remains in close contact with Traditional Owners to ensure appropriate heritage protection for planned exploration activities across all of its projects.
CORPORATE
Project Generation
Novo continues to focus its efforts on a dedicated and disciplined project generation program to identify value accretive opportunities across targeted gold and copper assets that complement the Company’s current portfolio. The Company is currently working on potential opportunities with third parties, none of which are sufficiently advanced to warrant disclosure, and the Company will make an announcement if and when any of these opportunities become formal and binding.
Comet Well and Purdy’s North
As announced in February 2025, Novo’s board of directors resolved to seek interest from parties to acquire or be part of a joint venture in relation to the Comet Well and Purdy’s North project. This process remains on-going. As part of this decision, a sale process for the Mechanical Ore Sorter is underway.
Relinquishment of Tenure
The Company’s exploration programs across key Pilbara areas continue to successfully identify priority targets for follow-up drilling, while also identifying tenure that provides little further exploration value.
As a result, tenure which does not complement Novo’s exploration strategy continues to be relinquished to reduce land tenure holding costs.
The Company currently manages an estimated ~5,620 sq km of 100% owned tenure, of which ~626 sq km of tenure forms the Harding Dam Battery Metal Joint Venture (SQM Priority tenements), both managed by our JV partners. Novo has reduced annual holding costs by entering into joint ventures, or by relinquishing or divesting tenure of limited prospectivity.
Financial Update
As of 30 September 2026, Novo had a cash balance of A$8.5 million (C$8.3 million).
In addition, Novo has an investment portfolio of shares held in ASX-listed and unlisted companies that is valued at approximately A$38.1 million (C$37.7 million), consisting of:

Key Highlights:
Delivered record adjusted EBITDA(1) of $193 million and record adjusted EBITDA per share, reflecting strong performance across both Infrastructure and Marketing
Generated record Infrastructure adjusted EBITDA(1) of $177 million and record Infrastructure adjusted EBITDA per share, driven primarily by a full quarter of contributions from the Chauvin Infrastructure Assets
Achieved Marketing adjusted EBITDA(1) of $35 million, supported by continued strength in refined product margins, the benefits of a more diversified product mix, and improved crude marketing opportunities
Sanctioned the Chauvin pipeline expansion, which will increase system capacity by approximately 50%, supported by strong commercial interest and growing production in the Mannville, with an expected in-service date during the first half of 2028
Continued our industry-leading safety performance, surpassing 500 days without a recordable injury while safely bringing the Wink-to-Gateway Integration Project into service and completing the integration of the Chauvin assets into our operations
“Gibson delivered an exceptional third quarter, with record results across the business,” said Curtis Philippon, President & Chief Executive Officer. “Chauvin continues to exceed our expectations, and we are pleased to sanction an expansion that will increase pipeline capacity by approximately 50%. It is a great example of the kind of disciplined infrastructure investment we want to make: supported by our customers, closely connected to our existing assets and capable of delivering attractive returns. In the U.S., we also placed our Wink-to-Gateway Integration Project into service, enhancing connectivity across our network and positioning Gateway to capture additional volumes. With improving Canadian market access and growing producer activity, the opportunity set in front of Gibson is as strong as we have seen in some time. We are well positioned to turn those opportunities into meaningful growth and long-term value for shareholders.”
Financial Highlights:
Infrastructure adjusted EBITDA(1) of $177 million in the third quarter, a $23 million increase from the third quarter of 2025, primarily driven by strong performance from the Chauvin Infrastructure Assets, higher overall throughput, including record volumes moved to TMX through Edmonton, ongoing optimization of our existing assets, and benefits from the Company’s 2026 restructuring initiatives
Marketing adjusted EBITDA(1) of $35 million in the third quarter, a $28 million increase from the third quarter of 2025, primarily driven by strong refining margins resulting from elevated crack spreads, highlighting the benefits of the Company’s product diversification strategy
Adjusted EBITDA(1) on a consolidated basis of $193 million in the third quarter, a $46 million increase from the third quarter of 2025, primarily reflecting stronger Infrastructure and Marketing results and adjustments for unrealized gains and losses on financial instruments in both periods, partially offset by higher General and Administrative costs
Net income of $77 million in the third quarter, a $31 million increase from the third quarter of 2025, primarily due to the factors affecting segment adjusted EBITDA as noted above, partially offset by higher income tax expense and finance costs
Distributable Cash Flow(1) of $120 million in the third quarter, a $34 million increase from the third quarter of 2025, primarily due to the factors contributing to higher adjusted EBITDA as noted above, partially offset by higher finance cost and current income tax expense
Dividend payout ratio(2) of 82% and net debt to adjusted EBITDA(2) ratio of 3.9x on a trailing twelve-month basis, with both metrics expected to improve as a full 12 months of contributions from the Chauvin acquisition are reflected

NEW YORK, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Syndax Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: SNDX), a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company advancing innovative cancer therapies, today reported its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, and provided a business update.
“We delivered another quarter of strong commercial results, generating $83 million in total revenue to Syndax. Revuforj net revenue grew to $61 million, driven by a 20% increase in new patients and an increasing number of patients on therapy in the post-transplant setting. We continue to have the dominant share of new patients across all age groups starting a menin inhibitor and the vast majority of revenue for the class, underscoring our position as the market leader. Importantly, a growing number of both R/R KMT2Ar and NPM1m patients are proceeding to a stem cell transplant after receiving Revuforj and then resuming therapy afterward, a dynamic that positions the business for long-term growth as the average duration of therapy extends,” said Michael A. Metzger, Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Metzger continued, “We look forward to sharing new Revuforj combination data in the fourth quarter that reinforce our confidence that our ongoing pivotal frontline trials could transform the treatment paradigm for newly diagnosed AML. We remain well positioned to be the first to deliver a menin inhibitor in the frontline, unlocking a multi-billion-dollar opportunity. With growing revenue from two medicines, a robust pipeline generating multiple blockbuster opportunities, world-class R&D capabilities, and a strong balance sheet, Syndax is poised to deliver long-term value.”
Recent Business Highlights and Anticipated Milestones
Revuforj® (revumenib)
Achieved $60.7 million in Revuforj net revenue in the third quarter of 2026, a 90% increase over the third quarter of 2025 and an 11% increase over the second quarter of 2026. New patients and total prescriptions increased by approximately 20% and 13%, respectively, in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2026. The double-digit growth in net revenue, new patients, and total prescriptions reflects robust uptake in both Revuforj indications and a growing number of relapsed or refractory (R/R) KMT2A-rearranged (KMT2Ar) and NPM1-mutated (NPM1m) patients proceeding to hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) and then resuming therapy in the post-transplant setting.
Claims data indicate that approximately 50% of R/R KMT2Ar patients proceed to HSCT after receiving Revuforj, of which about 60% have resumed therapy post-transplant. Notably, the data also indicate that approximately 40% of R/R NPM1m patients proceed to HSCT after receiving Revuforj, of which about 50% have resumed therapy post-transplant.
In October 2026, Revuforj received the Best Product for Rare/Orphan Diseases award from The Galien Foundation, one of the world’s most prestigious awards for biomedical research and innovation. Additionally, Revuforj was named as one of TIME’s Best Inventions of 2026 in the Medical and Healthcare category.
The Company expects to have a major presence at upcoming medical meetings, with the presentation in the fourth quarter of 2026 of new/updated revumenib data including:
Frontline data from the BEAT AML trial of revumenib in combination with venetoclax/azacitidine in NPM1m and KMT2Ar acute myeloid leukemia (AML)
Frontline data from the SAVE trial of the all-oral combination of revumenib, decitabine/cedazuridine, and venetoclax in NPM1m, KMT2Ar, or NUP98-rearranged (NUP98r) AML
Frontline data from a Phase 1 trial of revumenib in combination with intensive chemotherapy in NPM1m, KMT2Ar, or NUP98r AML
Post-transplant maintenance data
Real-world evidence from multiple centers
Data from INTERCEPT, a Phase 1 trial evaluating revumenib as pre-emptive therapy for measurable residual disease (MRD) or early relapse among patients with NPM1m or KMT2Ar AML
The Company expects to publish safety and efficacy data from R/R NUP98r acute leukemia patients treated with revumenib in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Published preclinical revumenib data showing that menin is a novel dependency in proliferative megakaryocytes, major drivers of myelofibrosis (MF), in Cancer Cell in July 2026. These data provide the basis for the Company’s plans to develop SNDX-62122, an internally developed, next-generation menin inhibitor, for MF.
Multiple clinical trials evaluating revumenib across the acute leukemia treatment continuum are ongoing, such as:
EVOLVE-2: A pivotal, Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of revumenib in combination with venetoclax and azacitidine in newly diagnosed NPM1m (primary efficacy analysis population) and KMT2Ar AML patients who are unfit for intensive chemotherapy. The trial is being conducted in collaboration with the HOVON network, a leading cooperative clinical trial group with extensive experience studying novel therapies for hematologic malignancies.
REVEAL-ND: A pivotal, Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of revumenib in combination with intensive chemotherapy in newly diagnosed NPM1m AML patients.
SAVE: A Phase 1/2 trial evaluating an all-oral combination of revumenib with venetoclax and decitabine/cedazuridine in pediatric and adult patients with newly diagnosed and R/R AML or mixed-lineage acute leukemia harboring either NPM1m, KMT2Ar, or NUP98r alterations. The trial is being conducted by investigators from MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Intensive chemotherapy: Two ongoing Phase 1 trials evaluating the combination of revumenib with intensive chemotherapy (7+3) in newly diagnosed NPM1m or KMT2Ar acute leukemia patients.
BEAT AML: A Phase 1b trial evaluating the combination of revumenib with venetoclax and azacitidine in newly diagnosed older adults (≥60 years) with NPM1m or KMT2Ar AML. The trial is being conducted as part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Beat AML® Master Clinical Trial.
Post-transplant maintenance: A Phase 1 trial evaluating the safety and preliminary efficacy of revumenib as post-transplant maintenance in patients with KMT2Ar or NPM1m acute leukemia. The trial is being conducted by investigators from the City of Hope Medical Center.
Break Through Cancer: A Phase 2 trial studying whether the combination of revumenib and venetoclax can eliminate MRD in patients with AML and extend progression-free survival. The trial is being conducted by Break Through Cancer, a collaboration between leading U.S. cancer research centers.
INTERCEPT: A Phase 1 trial evaluating the use of novel therapies, including revumenib, to target MRD and early relapse in AML. The trial is being conducted by the Australasian Leukaemia and Lymphoma Group as part of the INTERCEPT AML master clinical trial.
The Company expects the RAVEN trial to initiate in the fourth quarter of 2026. RAVEN is a Phase 2 collaborative trial of revumenib in combination with venetoclax and azacitidine in newly diagnosed KMT2Ar patients who would be considered eligible, or fit, for intensive chemotherapy.
The Company expects the MenTain Phase 2 trial to initiate in the first quarter of 2027. MenTain will be the first randomized, placebo-controlled trial specifically focused on evaluating revumenib as post-transplant maintenance.
Niktimvo™ (axatilimab-csfr)
Achieved $67.4 million in Niktimvo net revenue in the third quarter of 2026, a 47% increase over the third quarter of 2025 and a 12% increase over the second quarter of 2026. Syndax and Incyte are co-commercializing Niktimvo. Syndax records 50% of the Niktimvo net commercial profit, defined as net product revenue minus the cost of sales and commercial expenses. Syndax’s share of the Niktimvo product contribution, reported as collaboration revenue, was $22.6 million in the third quarter of 2026.
In October 2026, data supporting the safety and feasibility of reduced-frequency dosing of axatilimab in patients with recurrent or refractory chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) were published in Blood Advances. Data from the pivotal AGAVE-201 trial show that transition from axatilimab 0.3 mg/kg every two weeks to 0.6 mg/kg every four weeks was feasible and well tolerated. Patients had a prolonged duration of therapy after the switch (median of 21 months), and 84% remained on treatment as of the data cutoff, suggesting ongoing clinical benefit.
Two trials evaluating axatilimab in patients with newly diagnosed chronic GVHD are ongoing, including a Phase 2 trial in combination with ruxolitinib and a Phase 3 trial in combination with corticosteroids.
The Company expects topline data from the Phase 2 trial of axatilimab in combination with ruxolitinib to be presented at a medical meeting in the first quarter of 2027.
The Company expects topline data from the Phase 3 trial of axatilimab in combination with corticosteroids in early 2028.
In October 2026, the Company announced that the MAXPIRe Phase 2 trial of axatilimab in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) did not meet its primary endpoint. The safety and tolerability profile observed in MAXPIRe was consistent with previous clinical studies of axatilimab, with no new safety signals identified. Based on the results observed, Syndax does not plan to move forward with further development of axatilimab in IPF. The results from the MAXPIRe trial do not affect ongoing trials of axatilimab in other potential indications.
Pipeline Assets
SNDX-4321
In July 2026, the Company announced the expansion of its pipeline with SNDX-4321, a mutant-selective, CNS-penetrant, allosteric EGFR inhibitor. SNDX-4321 is in development for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patient populations with significant unmet needs, such as those with L858R mutations, CNS metastases, atypical activating mutations, or acquired resistance to current therapies. In contrast to ATP-site directed third- and fourth-generation EGFR inhibitors, SNDX-4321 is a novel allosteric inhibitor which binds at a pocket adjacent to the ATP site that is only accessible in the presence of L858R and certain other EGFR mutations.
The Company expects to submit an investigational new drug (IND) application for SNDX-4321 by the end of 2026 and to initiate a Phase 1 trial in EGFRm NSCLC in 2027.
SNDX-62122
In July 2026, the Company announced the selection of SNDX-62122, a next-generation menin inhibitor, for development in MF. SNDX-62122 is the first candidate from a library of internally developed, wholly owned next-generation menin inhibitors that the Company intends to advance into new areas.
The Company expects to submit an IND and initiate a Phase 1 trial of SNDX-62122 in MF in the fourth quarter of 2027. The development of SNDX-62122 will be informed by a Phase 1/2 proof-of-principle trial of revumenib in MF that is expected to initiate in the fourth quarter of 2026 with initial clinical data expected in the second half of 2027.
Corporate Updates
On November 2, 2026, the Company announced Keith Goldan’s decision to retire from his role as Chief Financial Officer and the appointment of Aaron A. Ondrey as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 9, 2026. Mr. Ondrey brings to Syndax more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience across the biotechnology industry, with deep expertise in financial management, corporate strategy, commercialization, and mergers and acquisitions.
Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results
As of September 30, 2026, Syndax had cash, cash equivalents, and short- and long-term investments of $551.1 million and 90.0 million common shares outstanding.
Total revenue for the third quarter of 2026 was $83.3 million, which consisted of $60.7 million in Revuforj net revenue and $22.6 million in Niktimvo collaboration revenue. The Niktimvo collaboration revenue is derived from the $67.4 million in Niktimvo net revenue that was previously reported by the Company’s partner Incyte for the third quarter 2026. Syndax records 50% of the Niktimvo net commercial profit, defined as net revenue (recorded by Incyte) minus the cost of sales and commercial expenses.
Third quarter 2026 research and development expenses increased to $67.5 million from $56.3 million for the comparable prior year period. The year-over-year change was primarily the result of increased expenses associated with frontline trials evaluating revumenib in combination with standard-of-care agents in the treatment of AML.
Third quarter 2026 selling, general and administrative expenses decreased to $43.7 million from $44.9 million for the comparable prior year period. The year-over-year change was primarily the result of lower commercial expenses due to launch costs incurred in 2025 for Revuforj and Niktimvo that were not incurred in the same period in 2026.
For the three months ended September 30, 2026, Syndax reported a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $49.4 million, or $0.55 per share, compared to a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $60.7 million, or $0.70 per share, for the comparable prior year period.
Financial Guidance
For the full year of 2026, the Company continues to expect total research and development plus selling, general and administrative expenses to be approximately $400 million, excluding the impact of $50 million in estimated non-cash stock compensation expense.
Syndax expects that its cash, cash equivalents and short- and long-term investments, combined with its anticipated product revenue, collaboration revenue and interest income, will enable the Company to reach profitability.
