– Accepted for Priority Review with a PDUFA target action date of February 4, 2027; being granted Priority Review by the FDA underscores the significant unmet need for an oral targeted therapeutic option for children with achondroplasia

– If approved, oral infigratinib would be the first and only approved oral therapy and a potential best-in-class treatment option for children with achondroplasia

– PROPEL 3 met its primary endpoint and key secondary endpoints, delivering the strongest efficacy package reported to date in achondroplasia: the largest AHV treatment effect of any Phase 3 study (+2.10 cm/yr; p<0.0001), and the first and only statistically significant improvement in both body proportionality and arm span in an achondroplasia Phase 3 trial (Proportionality: mean difference of -0.05 in ages 3–8, p<0.05; arm span z-score: +0.37 SD, p<0.0001)

-Treatment with oral infigratinib for 52 weeks in PROPEL 3 also resulted in favorable trends against placebo in clinically meaningful exploratory endpoints including sleep apnea and otitis media events

– BridgeBio anticipates U.S. launch of oral infigratinib upon approval

PALO ALTO, Calif., Oct. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBIO) (“BridgeBio” or the “Company”), a commercial-stage, multi-product biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines for genetic conditions, today announced the FDA has accepted for filing its New Drug Application (NDA) with Priority Review for oral infigratinib for the treatment of children with achondroplasia. The FDA has assigned a Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) target action date of February 4, 2027, and BridgeBio is prepared to launch oral infigratinib upon approval.

“Being granted Priority Review means we are one step closer to potential FDA approval of the first oral treatment option for children with achondroplasia,” said Justin To, Chief Executive Officer of BridgeBio Skeletal Dysplasias. “We also understand that for many families, it’s about more than just height or having an oral option. To that end, we are excited by the data we have generated on arm span, sleep apnea, ear infections, and proportionality, and we remain committed to further evaluate and share the impact of oral infigratinib on measures beyond growth. We are grateful to the families and investigators who have partnered with us, and we are moving with urgency alongside the FDA.”

PROPEL 3, the global Phase 3 pivotal study of oral infigratinib in children with achondroplasia, met its primary endpoint of change from baseline in annualized height velocity (AHV) at Week 52 (LS mean treatment difference of +1.74 cm/year; mean treatment difference of +2.10 cm/year; p<0.0001) and its key secondary endpoint of change from baseline in height Z-score (p<0.0001). In a pre-specified exploratory analysis in children younger than 8 years (more than half of participants), oral infigratinib became the first therapeutic option to show a statistically significant improvement in body proportionality against placebo in a randomized achondroplasia trial. Oral infigratinib was well tolerated, with no discontinuations or serious adverse events related to study drug. These data were published as an original research article in The New England Journal of Medicine and simultaneously presented at the International Congress of Children’s Bone Health (ICCBH) 2026 in a late-breaking oral presentation. The results can be found here. Additionally, BridgeBio also shared emerging data for oral infigratinib at ESPE about improvements beyond height for people with achondroplasia, including stabilizing sleep apnea measures, reducing rate of ear infections, and impacting body composition. The results can be found here.

“For children and families living with achondroplasia, today’s news represents meaningful progress toward potentially expanding the range of available options,” said Michael Hughes, Chair of the Biotech Industry Liaison Committee at Little People of America. “Our community holds diverse priorities and perspectives, and what matters is that individuals and families have meaningful choices as they consider their own healthcare goals. This milestone brings us one step closer to potentially having another option for families to consider together with their healthcare providers. We appreciate BridgeBio’s continued engagement with the achondroplasia community and its efforts to incorporate community perspectives throughout the development process.”

BridgeBio intends to submit a Marketing Authorization Application (MAA) for achondroplasia to the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Oral infigratinib has received Breakthrough Therapy Designation from the FDA based on results from the PROPEL 2 clinical trial, which met the FDA’s requirement of potentially demonstrating substantial improvement in efficacy over available therapies on clinically significant endpoints. Oral infigratinib is the only therapeutic option in development for achondroplasia to hold Breakthrough Therapy Designation. In addition, oral infigratinib has received Orphan Drug Designation, Fast Track Designation, and Rare Pediatric Disease Designation for achondroplasia from the FDA, as well as Orphan Drug Designation from the EMA.

Information about PROPEL I&T trial (NCT07169279) can be found here on clinicaltrials.gov. Information about ACCEL, the Company’s observational lead-in study for oral infigratinib in hypochondroplasia’s Phase 3 study (NCT06410976) can be found here, and information about ACCEL 2/3, BridgeBio’s Phase 2/3 clinical study of oral infigratinib in hypochondroplasia (NCT06873035) can be found here. BridgeBio is committed to exploring the potential of oral infigratinib on wider medical and functional impacts of achondroplasia, hypochondroplasia, and other skeletal dysplasia conditions, which hold significant unmet needs for families.

About Achondroplasia
Achondroplasia is the most common cause of disproportionate short stature, affecting approximately 55,000 people in the U.S. and European Union (EU), including up to 10,000 children and adolescents with open growth plates. Achondroplasia can be associated with medical complications such as obstructive sleep apnea, middle ear dysfunction, kyphosis, and spinal stenosis, which may impact overall health and wellbeing. The condition is uniformly caused by an activating variant in FGFR3.

About Oral Infigratinib
Oral infigratinib is an investigational small molecule designed to inhibit FGFR3 signaling and target skeletal dysplasias, including achondroplasia and hypochondroplasia, at their source. Overactivating FGFR3 pathogenic variants drive downstream MAPK and STAT1 signaling that aberrates growth plate development, thereby causing disproportionate short stature and the potential for serious health complications. Oral infigratinib improves bone growth by decreasing the overactivity of FGFR3. Oral infigratinib has received Breakthrough Therapy Designation, Orphan Drug Designation, Fast Track Designation, and Rare Pediatric Disease Designation from the U.S. FDA, as well as Orphan Drug Designation from the European Medicines Agency (EMA).

Discussion

Shaft 6 South East (S6-SE)

New results from this recently discovered brownfield area (Table 1), with no mining works (see news release dated July 21, 2026), show mineralization extending to the south. Drilling to test the extension of this zone returned strong results in holes LM-26-421, LM-26-427 and LM-26-449, with hole LM-26-449 returning the main intercept of 23.50 m of 348.11 g/t silver from 203.00 m depth.

As observed in Figures 2 and 3, disseminated native silver accompanies the vein-hosted mineralization and native silver veinlets. Brixton interprets this as an upside to the traditional vein-focused exploration approach at Langis, as the disseminated silver appears to create broad shoulders of mineralization flanking the veins, which could significantly widen the mineralized envelopes.

No significant intercepts were returned from hole LM-26-425.
Note for all assay tables: All assay values are weighted averages. Reported intervals are drilling lengths, and the true widths of the mineralized intervals have not yet been determined. Reported intervals are length-weighted composites calculated at a 5 g/t Ag cut-off over contiguous samples, with limited internal dilution. A hole is reported as a significant intercept only where it contains a sub-interval exceeding 50 g/t Ag; otherwise, it is reported as no significant intercepts. Higher-grade “including” intervals reflect geological interpretation.

Shaft 6 East (S6-E)

Drilling in the Shaft 6 East (S6-E) area (Table 2) tested mineralization in this zone, with good results in holes LM-26-429 and LM-26-433; the latter returned 10.50 m of 85.74 g/t silver from 192.50 m depth. However, the Company has not yet established significant continuity of mineralization. While the mineralized intercepts warrant further exploration, the mineralization in S6-E is being intersected at greater depths, and the Company has therefore decided to move to shallower zones.

Shaft 6 West (S6-W)

Drilling in the Shaft 6 West (S6-W) area (Table 4) continues to confirm the good initial results reported in the news release dated September 2, 2026, with mineralization around the historic mine workings. Good results were returned in holes LM-26-412, LM-26-417, LM-26-420A and LM-26-424, with hole LM-26-412 returning the main intercept of 6.45 m of 666.95 g/t silver from 124.65 m depth.

Brixton is looking to potentially expand this mineralization at S6-W to demonstrate continuity, as the Company has been doing in the Shaft 6 South East (S6-SE) area.

Shaded areas show where individual drill core samples from previous drilling returned ≥30 g/t Ag, projected to surface (Figures 4 & 6) or onto the section plane (Figure 5). They are a visual aid only. They are not a geological model, a mineral resource or a mineral reserve, and they do not imply continuity of mineralization between drill holes.

Drill holes between 5,270,680 m N and 5,270,910 m N are projected onto a vertical west–east plane along 5,270,795 m N. Only the holes in this release are labelled and drawn with their lithology: Huronian conglomerate, Keewatin mafic volcanics and Nipissing diabase. Composites are plotted at the interval mid-point and coloured by silver grade. Shaded areas show samples ≥30 g/t Ag from previous drilling within the same window. No vertical exaggeration. Projection: points up to 115 m from the section line appear together, so intercepts that look close on the section may be separated in three dimensions. Composites and shading: same definitions and limitations as Figure 4. Reported intercepts are core lengths; true widths are not yet known.

About the Langis Project

An Exploration Target of 1.0 to 2.0 million tonnes grading 400 to 800 g/t silver has been conceptualized for the project. Note: The potential quantity and grade of the Exploration Target are conceptual. Insufficient exploration has been completed to define a mineral resource, and there is no certainty that further exploration will result in the target being delineated as a mineral resource.

The wholly owned Langis Silver Project, located approximately 500 km north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, includes a former producing mine and benefits from excellent infrastructure, including all-season road access, power, rail connections, and a refiner. Silver mineralization occurs as native silver and in steeply to moderately dipping veins, veinlets, disseminations, rosettes, and fracture infill, often associated with minerals such as calcite, hematite, pyrite, cobaltite, chalcopyrite, niccolite, and gold. Mineralization is hosted across three principal rock types: Archean Keewatin volcanic and metasedimentary rocks, Proterozoic Coleman Member sedimentary rocks of the Huronian Supergroup, and Proterozoic Nipissing diabase. The geological deposit model for the area is a continental-rift extensional depositional environment. The Langis Mine produced 10.4 million ounces of silver intermittently between 1908 and 1989 at a head grade of 20 to 25 opt, with reported recoveries of 88% to 98%. Previous operators developed over 10 km of underground workings; however, shafts and openings have been capped and sealed. Historically, reported silver mines in the Cobalt Camp have collectively produced over 445 million ounces of silver. We also understand, through personal communication with mine workers in the camp, that ultra-high-grade native silver collector pieces did not make it through the mills, suggesting that the camp’s actual silver production is significantly higher than the reported numbers. The historic production figures referenced above are sourced from third-party records and personal communications, have not been verified by Brixton or by the Qualified Person, and should not be relied upon.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Quality assurance and quality control protocols for drill core sampling were developed by Brixton. Core samples were mostly taken at 2.0 m intervals. High-grade intervals were taken at 0.50 m to 1.00 m intervals. Blanks, duplicates (lab pulp), and certified reference materials were inserted at a combined rate of up to 15%. Core samples were cut in half, bagged, zip-tied, and sent directly to the ALS Minerals preparation facility in Sudbury, Ontario. ALS Minerals Laboratories is registered to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025 accreditations for laboratory procedures. Samples were analyzed at ALS Laboratory Facilities in North Vancouver, British Columbia, for gold by fire assay with an atomic absorption finish. Ag, Pb, Cu, and Zn, as well as 48 additional elements, were analyzed using a four-acid digestion with an ICP-MS finish. Overlimit silver samples were analyzed using fire assay and gravimetric finish, and/or fire assay and gravimetric finish on concentrates. The certified reference materials were acquired from CDN Resource Laboratories Ltd. of Langley, British Columbia, and the standards inserted varied with the type and abundance of mineralization observed in the primary sample. Blank material used consisted of non-mineralized siliceous landscaping rock. A copy of the QAQC protocols is available on the Company’s website.

Corporate Update

On October 1, 2026, Eldorado Gold Corporation gave notice of termination to Brixton for its Earn-in Agreement for the Atlin Goldfields Project. The Atlin Goldfields Project is an exploration stage project with orogenic and intrusion related gold deposit type characteristics. Brixton holds the project 100% free and clear with low to no NSR’s. The Company intends to seek a farmout or sale of the Project. Several high-grade gold showings have seen limited work.

Target company is a US defense company involved in cutting-edge weapons development

NEW YORK, Oct. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Nexus Advanced Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: NXAT) (“Nexus” or the “Company”) today announced that it has signed an exclusivity agreement to negotiate a potential reverse merger with a U.S. defense technology company (the “Target”). The discussions are for a proposed valuation of approximately $500 million for the Target, subject to due diligence and negotiation of definitive transaction terms.

The Target’s identity is being withheld at this stage for confidentiality reasons. According to information provided by the Target, it holds a license for weapons technology intended to address counter-drone defense applications. Nexus is evaluating the technology, the scope of the license, and the Target’s commercialization prospects as part of its transaction review.

The Target has received non-binding letters of intent relating to potential projects with an aggregate indicated value of approximately $7 billion. These LOIs are preliminary and non-binding, and there can be no assurance that they will result in definitive agreements or completed projects. These expressions of interest do not constitute confirmed orders or committed revenue.

If a transaction is completed on terms currently under discussion, the transaction structure could involve a merger of the Target with a subsidiary of Nexus, with the Target’s shareholders acquiring a majority ownership interest in the combined company and a resulting change of control of Nexus. The final transaction structure, ownership percentages, financing arrangements, and other material terms remain subject to negotiation and are not yet determined.

Any transaction would be subject to, among other things, satisfactory completion of due diligence by each party, negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, receipt of applicable corporate and shareholder approvals, regulatory approvals, satisfaction of Nasdaq listing requirements, re-domiciliation of the Company as a US entity and other customary closing conditions. There can be no assurance that a definitive agreement will be reached.

Any transaction would be subject to satisfactory due diligence, execution of definitive agreements, applicable corporate and shareholder approvals, and satisfaction of regulatory, Nasdaq and other closing requirements.
