Gildan Named Most Attractive Place To Work in Honduras’ Manufacturing Sector for Fifth Consecutive Year

The Company also ranked among the top 25 overall, the top 10 among managers, and the top 10 in the multinational companies category.

Compiled by Tecoloco, a leading recruitment platform in Central America and the Caribbean, the EMAT ranking is based on survey responses from economically active individuals across the region. The annual study identifies the organizations that are more attractive to current and prospective employees across a range of industries in Central America and the Caribbean.

Now in its 20th edition, the ranking recognized employers that achieved strong results across 15 key areas, including compensation and benefits, career opportunities, workplace environment, leadership, organizational culture, trust, employee pride, internal communications, innovation and corporate social responsibility.
