BERLIN, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — GTC Berlin—NVIDIA today announced collaborations with leading global healthcare and research organizations to advance protein design — including through a newly released open model, RFD4-Proteina — accelerate drug discovery and bring greater precision to cancer care.

Life sciences researchers must search vast biological design spaces and aim to shorten the cycle between computational design and laboratory testing to discover new medicines. Cancer care teams face a different challenge: translating complex imaging and treatment data into precise plans for each patient.

NVIDIA open models, accelerated computing and physical intelligence can help experts evaluate more possibilities faster, from designing new proteins to planning adaptive radiotherapy.

“Agentic and physical AI are opening new possibilities across medicine, from designing proteins and powering autonomous laboratories to improving personalized cancer care,” said Kimberly Powell, vice president of healthcare at NVIDIA. “Together with healthcare and life science leaders, we’re accelerating scientific discovery and advancing more precise, accessible care around the world.”

NVIDIA and the UW Institute for Protein Design Introduce RFD4-Proteina
Proteins are molecular tools that perform many of life’s essential tasks, and designing new versions could open paths to new medicines, diagnostics and industrial applications. But finding a protein capable of performing a designed function requires searching an immense range of possible designs.

NVIDIA and the UW Medicine Institute for Protein Design are debuting RFD4-Proteina, a new NVIDIA BioNeMo™ open model that combines programmable protein design with search capabilities.

The model generates targeted protein designs, enabling scientists and agents to search and refine designs using molecular inputs, constraints and scoring objectives. Potential applications include designing proteins to interrupt disease processes or detect signs of disease in diagnostic tests.

In testing reported in the research draft, RFD4-Proteina achieved higher computational design success rates and generation throughput than the evaluated baselines across four benchmark suites: protein binding, small-molecule binding, enzyme scaffolding and DNA binding. The model helps researchers explore and prioritize candidates for laboratory testing, where experiments establish how a design performs under tested conditions.

“We are moving from an era of discovering the proteins nature has made to one in which we can design entirely new ones,” said David Baker, 2024 Nobel Laureate in chemistry and director of the Institute for Protein Design at the University of Washington. “RFD4-Proteina expands what scientists can create, from proteins that could advance drug discovery to enzymes that break down pesticides. Making the model open will allow researchers around the world to build on these capabilities and pursue solutions once beyond the reach.”

RFD4-Proteina is available today through partners including Amazon Bio Discovery, Anthropic’s Claude Science, Benchling, Databricks, Google Cloud, Hugging Face, Nebius, OpenAI and Tamarind Bio, enabling researchers and developers to integrate the open protein design model into agent, cloud and scientific computing workflows.

Siemens Healthineers Advances Cancer Care With NVIDIA
Siemens Healthineers and NVIDIA are collaborating to develop the next generation of adaptive radiotherapy with agentic and robotic intelligence, combining imaging and oncology expertise with accelerated computing and simulation to simplify workflows and expand access to care.

By 2050, approximately 35 million people worldwide are projected to be diagnosed with cancer each year. Care teams face growing pressure to deliver precise, personalized treatment while managing limited specialist capacity. Greater efficiency can help expand access to care while maintaining the precision needed to deliver prescribed doses to tumors and protect surrounding healthy tissue.

Siemens Healthineers is working with NVIDIA to further develop adaptive radiotherapy through agentic co-planning, patient-specific simulation and real-time computing. NVIDIA Nemotron™ open foundation models are being explored to power agentic co-planning, with the aim of helping oncologists evaluate and refine personalized treatment strategies. The models could then be combined with NVIDIA CUDA®-accelerated dose calculation for rapid patient-specific simulation and the NVIDIA Holoscan platform to connect live sensor data with AI and simulation to support adaptive treatment.

“Adaptive radiotherapy is built on a single principle: treatment should adapt to the patient, not the other way around,” said Arthur Kaindl, head of Varian, the Siemens Healthineers cancer-care business. “We’ve made important advances in precision and adaptation — most recently, with the launch of the Accela system. Our collaboration with NVIDIA builds on that progress, exploring how AI and real-time computing could give clinicians greater speed and insight to make informed decisions, adapt treatment with greater confidence and deliver personalized care to more patients.”

Scientific Agents Advance Drug Discovery and Development
Life sciences is one of the world’s most important scientific frontiers, with global scientific R&D reaching $3.8 trillion and annual pharmaceutical budgets approaching $300 billion.

Scientific agents and autonomous laboratories can help turn more of that investment into evidence, insight and, ultimately, new treatments by connecting design, experimentation and learning in a continuous cycle.

To accelerate discovery and free up scientists for work only they can do, research and laboratory technology companies are using NVIDIA BioNeMo — an open development platform that enables AI-driven biology and drug discovery — alongside Nemotron and other NVIDIA technologies to develop scientific agents and the specialized models and tools that connect drug design, scientific data and laboratory workflows:

  • Benchling is grounding agents in experimental data, research context and connected scientific workflows.
  • Biolevate is connecting biological data, specialized scientific tools and agentic reasoning across drug discovery and development.
  • Boltz is developing specialized models and tools that scientific agents can use to predict molecular structures and design and evaluate candidates. It is also previewing a scientific agent to plan workflows, apply the right models and interpret results to guide the next experiment.
  • Automata is connecting scientific agents with automated laboratory infrastructure so they can initiate experiments and capture structured, contextualized results through workflows.
  • Genedata’s AI co-scientist will coordinate protein design and testing in the protein design foundry within Danaher’s autonomous lab. The workflow will incorporate RFD4-Proteina, helping scientists use experimental results to guide the next round of designs.
  • Hologen is combining its large medicine models with NVIDIA Nemotron to build AI clinical scientists that help researchers turn imaging and clinical data into insights about patient outcomes to inform clinical trial design.
  • Therna Biosciences is using large language model reasoning to connect experimental evidence and RNA medicine design, helping scientists turn biological insights into therapeutic candidates.

BERLIN, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — GTC Berlin — NVIDIA today announced that leading global telecom operators are turning their networks into distributed intelligence platforms, adding NVIDIA accelerated computing to centralized data centers, metro sites and cell sites so they can serve models and applications closer to the people, businesses and machines that use them.

T-Mobile has completed the world’s first AI-RAN call on a live network in Bellevue, Washington, with NVIDIA and Nokia. Deutsche Telekom is advancing physical AI for industries, and Orange is introducing new voice intelligence services for enterprises and emergency responders. Elisa has completed Europe’s first field trial of AI-RAN, running voice, mobile data and vision AI together on a single accelerated computing platform over 5G, and BT is preparing live AI-RAN trials in the U.K. Nokia is bringing its anyRAN software on NVIDIA Aerial RAN Computer (ARC) for trials at BT, Deutsche Telekom, Elisa and Orange.

Nine operators across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) are building or expanding NVIDIA-powered infrastructure, while Nokia and Cisco are incorporating NVIDIA Nemotron™ open models into the software operators use to run autonomous networks.

“Telecom networks were built to carry the world’s conversations. Now, they will also carry the world’s intelligence,” said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. “Leading global operators are turning their land, power and connectivity into a distributed AI infrastructure — bringing intelligence closer to the industries, people and robots that use it. With Nokia, we’re extending accelerated computing into the radio network itself, creating the foundation for AI-native 5G.”

Intelligence is built in five layers: land, power and shell, chips, infrastructure, models and applications. Telecom operators already own sovereign infrastructure at the first layer, with data centers, regional sites and cell sites that have power, fiber and spectrum.

By adding NVIDIA accelerated computing, open models and applications on top, operators are building the full intelligence stack into their networks. At distributed sites, a common converged platform based on the AI-RAN architecture can serve open models, power robotics, voice and agentic applications, and run intelligent 5G software.

Europe’s Leading Telcos Build Distributed Infrastructure
Infrastructure sits at the foundation of telecom’s transition to distributed service platforms.

Deutsche Telekom plans to expand its NVIDIA-powered Industrial AI Cloud, which hosts open models — including NVIDIA Nemotron and Soofi — and serves robotics companies such as Agile Robots. At distributed sites, Deutsche Telekom is piloting AI-RAN trials with Nokia and NVIDIA, and demonstrating NVIDIA ARC to run inference between the device and the network edge.

A GTC Berlin demonstration with Agile Robots shows the approach: on-robot intelligence handles real-time perception and action, a model at the distributed edge supports fine-tuning and coordination across robots, and the central infrastructure provides capacity for larger training workloads.

Orange is hosting open models, including NVIDIA Nemotron, as a managed service on top of its Live Intelligence trusted AI platform, enabling new advanced services for enterprises. At distributed sites, Orange is deploying NVIDIA ARC for voice intelligence applications using Nemotron Speech, demonstrating new services to help emergency and field services teams translate across multiple languages in real time with low latency and reliability.

Elisa has deployed NVIDIA ARC at a distributed network location, running a voice intelligence application that serves as an enterprise assistant, and is using open models to build edge applications.

EMEA telcos are building or expanding NVIDIA-powered infrastructure:

AI-RAN Brings Accelerated Computing Into the Radio Network
AI-RAN extends accelerated computing into the radio access network (RAN), turning it into an intelligence workload that runs on the same platform as advanced services, so operators can get more out of their spectrum while serving demand from sites close to users.

Globally, nearly 20 telecom operators have publicly announced AI-RAN collaborations using Nokia anyRAN software and NVIDIA ARC.

  • T-Mobile recently marked the world’s first AI-RAN call on its commercial network in Bellevue, Washington, running on commercial ARC servers, Nokia’s NVIDIA CUDA-accelerated RAN software and massive multiple-input multiple-output radios, and connected to an existing 5G Standalone core and a commercial smartphone.
  • BT is planning live AI-RAN trials in Birmingham, England, with Nokia and NVIDIA in 2027.
  • Deutsche Telekom has validated Nokia and NVIDIA’s commercial AI-RAN platform in Bonn and Oulu labs, including AI-enhanced uplink channel estimation to improve uplink user throughput, with plans to move to field trials in 2027.
  • Elisa simultaneously ran voice, mobile data and video analytics on the NVIDIA ARC platform, marking a European first in Elisa’s over-the-air field environment using 5G spectrum. The trial clears the way for distributed deployment and commercial AI-RAN services in 2027.
  • Orange is testing Nokia 5G software on NVIDIA ARC, focusing on AI-RAN spectral efficiency improvements and support for edge services in live networks.

NVIDIA is introducing two ARC configurations — MGX 2U and MGX 4U — designed for dense, high-capacity intelligence and radio workloads, typically deployed at centralized RAN sites. Powered by NVIDIA RTX PRO™ 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs, the configurations will offer x86 and NVIDIA Vera CPU options. Dell Technologies, Quanta Cloud Technology and Supermicro will offer ARC-ready servers.

Open Models Power Autonomous Network Operations
Leading telcos are using open models and agents to speed progress toward fully autonomous network operations. NVIDIA Nemotron open models and NVIDIA Agent Toolkit software are now integrated into leading partners’ commercial software, powering specialized agents built for telecom network workflows.

Nokia is integrating NVIDIA Nemotron into its Autonomous Networks Suite and using NVIDIA Agent Toolkit software to build and deploy trusted agents that manage operations across fixed, radio, core and transport networks.

Cisco has fine-tuned NVIDIA Nemotron models and integrated them into Crosswork AI, creating a common agentic layer across its Crosswork Network Automation software to manage IP and optical transport networks. The company is also using NVIDIA Agent Toolkit to help telcos operate agents safely.

TCS is working with telcos to fine-tune NVIDIA Nemotron models and use NVIDIA Agent Toolkit to build specialized agents that validate radio-site builds, detect, diagnose and auto-remediate network issues, and deliver multilingual voice experiences. BT is adopting Nemotron to build agents that inspect field-installation photos, detect problems and help reduce repeat site visits.

NTT DATA is extending its NextGenOSS platform with fine-tuned NVIDIA Nemotron models and NVIDIA Agent Toolkit to build agents that detect early network degradation, identify likely root causes and recommend next actions.

“We chose KCA to lead the Rosebud Feasibility Study because of KCA’s clear enthusiasm to be the lead for Rosebud’s feasibility and, most importantly, KCA does not build facilities that don’t work,” said Graden Colby, Chief Operating Officer of Blossom Gold. “KCA has a track record of taking feasibility studies through to engineering, procurement and construction, as it did at Pinos Altos and La India for Agnico Eagle and at Ocampo for Gammon Lake. Like Agnico and Gammon, that is exactly the standard we want for Rosebud, an owner-operator approach to feasibility with EPCM execution that leads to successful mines. KCA is familiar and works well with our other technical consultants and we look forward to the effort.”

On Track for Updated MRE in Q1:27 and Initiation of Feasibility/EIS in Q2:27

Drilling continues at Rosebud, 26,555m drilled since April with three core and one RC rig conducting expansion and infill drilling from surface. Rehabilitation of decline #2 is on schedule after Small Mine Development LLC (SMD) successfully worked through the one major fault in both declines, a splay off the South Ridge Fault. Timberline Drilling Inc. of Elko, Nevada has been selected as the underground drilling contractor for Rosebud. Drilling is expected to begin in December following establishment of drill stations. The remaining drill program to support the MRE involves an additional 11,585m of surface and 8,232m of underground drilling through Q1:27, for an expected total of over 46,000m of new NI 43-101 information for the updated resource estimate.

While feasibility will formally kick-off in Q2:27 there is and has been preliminary engineering done in support of the overall permitting process, both the Federal Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and State of Nevada process. Blossom and our consultants have already identified expected water and power requirements, provided planning profiles for ore and waste, established facility layouts and infrastructure corridors. Geotechnical, geochemical and hydrology drilling for the expected open-pit has largely been completed. This work and related studies will feed directly into the feasibility study.

Permitting efforts are on schedule with critical path elements met to date. Annual, required raptor surveys were completed. Rosebud’s initial, humidity cell tests (HCT), considered a long lead element of waste characterization, are underway. Pre-EIS meetings have been held with regulators and interested parties. The Project Area for permitting has been defined and presented to Federal and State regulators. Baseline requirements have been determined and documented. Biological surveys began in September with archeology/culture surveys beginning in October. Blossom’s Tribal, community and government engagement efforts have begun.

Metallurgical testing continues with material going through Rosebud’s assessment process at KCA’s lab, including bottle rolls, columns and additional testing to assess carbon-in-leach, carbon-in-pulp and flotation processing. Column results will begin being reported later in Q4.

“I wish every shareholder could visit site and see what has transpired since we began work in April this year!” said Rick Winters, Chief Executive Officer of Blossom Gold. “There were only two years in Rosebud’s history when there was over 25,000m of drilling, in 1990 under LAC Minerals and 1998 under the Hecla/Newmont JV. With an expected 46,000m of Blossom drilling we are very confident we can meaningfully expand and upgrade our existing NI 43-101 inferred open-pit resource of 70.8Mtons at 0.018opt gold and 0.189opt silver (0.62gAu/t and 6.49gAg/t). Our technical drilling is near completion and all focus is on the next 20,000m of resource expansion and infill drilling. The underground is on track after SMD did a great job getting through the one difficult section of the decline. Timberline Drilling will be generating deposit infill information before you know it. Much is underway and the project is on schedule, but what shareholders should expect is a lot of news flow. Drill results as we execute our surface and underground programs and catch-up on approximately 5,000m of resource core yet to be logged. Metallurgical news with column results beginning in December and continuing there after as well as important project execution updates. With our OTCQX Best Markets listing we will work hard to get the story and value proposition out to a new set of investors that could not participate before. Improving liquidity will benefit all shareholders as we advance Rosebud and pursue our discovery at Kamma.”

About Blossom Gold Inc.

Blossom Gold is a Canadian-based precious metals exploration and development company that trades on the TSX under the symbol BGAU and the OTCQX under the symbol BGAUF. Blossom Gold acquired the Rosebud Project in connection with the TSX-listing and will be focused on the exploration and development of the project. The Rosebud Project includes the former Rosebud Mine, where mining was conducted from 1997 through 2000 by the Rosebud Mining Company, a Newmont-Hecla joint venture, using underground mining methods where the mine operated at a cut-off grade of approximately 0.2 opt Au (6.8 gAu/t), when gold prices ranged from US$250 to US$350/oz; with mined material truck-hauled approximately 120 miles to an existing Newmont oxide mill for processing.

The current vision for the Rosebud Project is to evaluate the remaining higher-grade mineralization and the surrounding larger volume of lower grade mineralization as a potential open pit mining operation with on-site, heap-leach processing and recovery of gold and silver. The Rosebud Project currently hosts an Inferred Mineral Resource of 70.755 million tons grading 0.62gAu/t (0.018opt Au) and 6.49gAg/t (0.189opt Ag) for 1.28 million ounces of gold and 13.4 million ounces of silver. The mineral resource estimate was open pit constrained using long term gold and silver prices of US$2,500 and US$35 per ounce respectively. The deposit is open in all directions.

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Beam Global (Nasdaq: BEEM), a leading provider of innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions for energy storage and security, future of mobility, and smart city infrastructure, today announced that the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians has deployed five EV ARC™ off-grid, solar-powered electric vehicle (EV) charging systems in California and ordered an ARC Mobility™ Trailer to complement the deployment. Together with the three EV ARC™ systems sold to the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians in Coachella, eight Beam Global EV ARC™ systems are now deployed across these two California-based tribal communities.

Beam Global has previously sold solutions to other tribal communities, including Northwest Indian College serving the Lummi Nation in Washington and the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde in Oregon. With 575 federally recognized tribes in the United States, Beam views its growing list of deployments as a significant opportunity to expand its presence in this market particularly because eligible tribal governments can also qualify for direct payments equal to 30% of qualifying investments in eligible clean electricity generation and energy storage under the federal Clean Electricity Investment Credit (Section 48E).

The EV ARC™ systems deployed for the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians were supported by a California Energy Commission grant to expand EV charging access on tribally owned land. The systems were purchased through Beam Global’s U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) contract.

“Rising prices for gasoline and diesel at the pump, along with increasing costs and pressures on electrical infrastructure caused by AI data centers and the electrification of almost everything, provide yet more reasons why Beam Global’s rapidly deployed off-grid EV charging and emergency power energy infrastructure solutions make so much sense,” said Desmond Wheatley, CEO of Beam Global. “We are delighted to support tribal communities who have such a long and honorable history of husbanding natural resources. We look forward to continuing to grow this segment of our business by enabling Indigenous communities across the country to save money and become increasingly energy independent.”

EV ARC™ systems generate and store their own renewable electricity, using integrated solar panels and store that energy in Beam Global’s proprietary onboard battery storage. This provides EV charging without the need for construction, trenching, a utility grid connection, or electrical permitting. Their self-contained design enables deployment in locations where traditional charging infrastructure may be costly, time-consuming, or difficult to install.

These capabilities can help tribal communities advance energy sovereignty, improve resilience and bring charging infrastructure to remote locations where traditional grid connections may be too expensive, too disruptive, or impossible to establish. The additional ARC Mobility™ Trailer ordered by the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians will complement the five deployed systems, allowing charging infrastructure to be transported and relocated as needs change.

PRINCETON, N.J., Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: IART), a leading global medical technology company, today reported financial results for the third quarter ending September 30, 2026.

Third Quarter 2026 Highlights

  • Third quarter revenues of $411.2 million increased 2.3% on a reported basis and 2.5% on an organic basis compared to the prior year. Results included an approximate $7 million revenue impact related to flood damage at the Company’s Cincinnati facility.
  • Third quarter GAAP earnings per diluted share of $0.19, compared to $(0.07) in the prior year.
  • Adjusted earnings per diluted share of $0.59, compared to $0.54 in the prior year.
  • Generated operating cash flow of $96.0 million and reduced the consolidated total leverage ratio to 3.8x.
  • Subsequent to quarter-end, completed a $2.1 billion debt refinancing that extended debt maturities and enhanced financial flexibility.
  • 2026 full-year revenue guidance of $1.634 billion to $1.654 billion and adjusted earnings per share guidance of $2.30 to $2.40, consistent with the outlook provided on October 2, 2026.

“Our third quarter performance reflected mixed results across our portfolio, with stronger performance in Specialty Surgery partially offset by a $7 million impact from the Cincinnati disruption and softer-than-expected results in Tissue Reconstruction. We delivered results within our guidance ranges, generated strong cash flow, reduced leverage, and subsequently completed our debt refinancing,” said Stuart Essig, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

“Our updated outlook reflects both the recovery timeline in Cincinnati and more measured expectations for portions of our Tissue Reconstruction business. We are focused on executing against these challenges while continuing to support our customers, advance key product launches and returns, and strengthen the business for more consistent long-term growth.”

Third Quarter 2026 Consolidated Performance

Total reported revenues of $411.2 million increased 2.3% on a reported basis and 2.5% on an organic basis compared to the prior year.

The Company reported GAAP gross margin of 51.0%, compared to 51.5% in the third quarter of 2025. Adjusted gross margin was 61.1%, compared to 62.9% in the prior year.

Adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter of 2026 was $79.8 million, or 19.4% of revenue, compared to $78.5 million, or 19.5% of revenue, in the prior year.

The Company reported GAAP net income of $14.9 million, or $0.19 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2026, compared to GAAP net loss of $(5.4) million, or $(0.07) per diluted share, in the prior year.

Adjusted net income for the third quarter of 2026 was $46.4 million, or $0.59 per diluted share, compared to $41.6 million, or $0.54 per diluted share, in the prior year.

Third Quarter 2026 Segment Performance

Specialty Surgery (~70% of Revenues)

Total revenues were $304.1 million, representing reported growth of 3.9% and an organic growth of 4.2% compared to the third quarter of 2025. Results were impacted by approximately $7 million related to flood damage at the Company’s Cincinnati facility.

  • Sales in Neuro increased 6.5% on an organic basis primarily driven by growth in CereLink®, Certas® Plus, Bactiseal®, DuraSeal® and recovery in cranial perforators.
  • Sales in Instruments declined (0.9%) on an organic basis due to order timing.
  • ENT sales declined (1.1%), largely due to a low-single digit decline in sinus balloons.

Tissue Reconstruction (~30% of Revenues)

Total revenues were $107.1 million, representing reported and organic decline of (2.2)% compared to the third quarter of 2025. Key drivers for the quarter include:

  • Low-single digit decline in wound reconstruction, with strong growth in DuraSorb® and PriMatrix®, offset by declines in MicroMatrix® and Integra Skin.
  • Beginning this quarter, we are referring to our Private Label business as Corporate Partnerships, a name that better reflects the nature of these customer relationships. Corporate Partnerships, was approximately flat compared to the third quarter of last year.

Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Capital Allocation

The Company generated cash flow from operations of $96.0 million in the quarter. Net debt at the end of the quarter was $1.5 billion, and the consolidated total leverage ratio was 3.8x.

As of the end of the quarter, the Company had total liquidity of approximately $559 million, including $311.9 million in cash plus short-term investments and the remainder available under its revolving credit facility.

Debt Refinancing and Enhanced Financial Flexibility

On October 19, 2026, the Company completed a $2.1 billion debt refinancing consisting of a $1.65 billion senior secured credit facility and $450 million aggregate principal amount of 9.5% senior secured notes due 2033. The new credit facility consists of a $600 million Term Loan A, a $600 million revolving credit facility, and a $450 million Term Loan B.

The Company used the proceeds from the refinancing to repay its existing credit facilities and pay related fees and expenses. The transaction extended the Company’s debt maturity profile, enhanced financial flexibility, and supports the Company’s continued focus on cash generation and deleveraging. Additional information regarding the refinancing is available in the Company’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Related to the refinancing, the amended debt covenants provide additional near-term covenant capacity by temporarily increasing the Company’s maximum allowable net leverage ratio from its current level followed by scheduled step-downs to 4.25x during 2027. Under the previous covenants the step down for 2027 was to 4.0x. The Company expects the increase in its effective interest rate to be near the high end of the previously communicated 100- to 200-basis-point range.

2026 Revenue and Adjusted Earnings Per Share Guidance

For the fourth quarter of 2026, the Company expects reported revenues in the range of $413 million to $433 million, representing a reported decline of -5.2% to -0.5% and an organic decline of -5.1% to -0.4%. The Company expects adjusted earnings per diluted share in the range of $0.61 to $0.71.

For the full year 2026, the Company expects revenues in the range of $1.634 billion to $1.654 billion representing reported growth of -0.1% to 1.2% and organic growth of -0.3% to 0.9%. The Company expects adjusted earnings per diluted share in the range of $2.30 to $2.40. The Company continues to expect operating cash flow of approximately $190 million to $200 million for the full year. These expectations are consistent with the preliminary results and updated guidance provided on October 2, 2026.

The updated fourth quarter and full-year outlook reflects the expected revenue impact of the Cincinnati disruption, an updated outlook for Tissue Reconstruction performance, and a consistent outlook for Specialty Surgery. The adjusted earnings per diluted share outlook also reflects business interruption insurance recoveries for lost revenue related to the Cincinnati disruption and incremental interest expense associated with the refinancing.

Discussion of Adjusted Financial Measures
In addition to our GAAP results, we provide certain non-GAAP measures, including organic revenues, adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA”), adjusted net income, adjusted gross margin, adjusted earnings per diluted share, and net debt. Organic revenues consist of total revenues excluding the effects of currency exchange rates, revenues from current-period acquisitions and product divestitures. Adjusted EBITDA consists of GAAP net income excluding: (i) depreciation and amortization; (ii) other income (expense); (iii) interest income and expense; (iv) income tax expense (benefit); (v) impairment charges; and (vi) those operating expenses also excluded from adjusted net income.   The measure of adjusted net income consists of GAAP net income, excluding: (i) structural optimization charges; (ii) divestiture, acquisition and integration-related charges; (iii) EU Medical Device Regulation-related charges; (iv) charges related to the transition of Boston-related manufacturing operations to the Company’s Braintree, Massachusetts facility (the “Braintree transition”); (v) charges related to the flooding of the Company’s Cincinnati, Ohio manufacturing facility, including inventory losses, asset write-offs, remediation costs, plant restart costs and other directly related costs, net of associated insurance reimbursements, as applicable (the “Cincinnati flood and recovery”); (vi) intangible asset amortization expense; (vii) income tax impact from adjustments; and (vii) impairment charges. The measure of adjusted gross margin is calculated by dividing adjusted gross profit by total revenues. Adjusted gross profit consists of GAAP gross profit adjusted for: (i) structural optimization charges; (ii) divestiture, acquisition and integration-related charges; (iii) charges related to Braintree transition; (iv) EU Medical Device Regulation-related charges; (v) charges related to the Cincinnati flood and recovery; and (vi) intangible asset amortization expense. The adjusted earnings per diluted share measure is calculated by dividing adjusted net income attributable to diluted shares by diluted weighted average shares outstanding. The measure of net debt consists of GAAP total debt (excluding deferred financing costs) less short-term investments, cash and cash equivalents.

The Company has included reconciliations of GAAP revenues to organic revenues, GAAP net income to adjusted EBITDA, and adjusted net income, GAAP gross margin to adjusted gross margin, and GAAP earnings per diluted share to adjusted earnings per diluted share all for the quarters ended June 30, 2026 and 2025. The Company has included a reconciliation of GAAP total debt to net debt for the quarters ended June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025.

The Company is providing forward-looking guidance regarding organic revenue and adjusted earnings per diluted share but is not providing reconciliations to the most directly comparable forward-looking GAAP financial measures because certain GAAP expense items and the impact of changes in foreign exchange rates are highly variable and management is unable to predict them with reasonable certainty and without unreasonable effort. Specifically, the actual impact of changes in foreign exchange rates and the financial impact and timing of divestitures, acquisitions, integrations, structural optimization, efforts to comply with the EU Medical Device Regulation, and income tax impact from adjustments are uncertain, depend on various dynamic factors and are not reasonably ascertainable at this time. The unavailable information could have a material impact on GAAP results.

The Company believes that the presentation of organic revenues and the other non-GAAP measures provide important supplemental information to management and investors regarding financial and business trends relating to the Company’s financial condition and results of operations.   For further information regarding why Integra believes that these non-GAAP financial measures provide useful information to investors, the specific manner in which management uses these measures, and some of the limitations associated with the use of these measures, please refer to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K regarding this earnings press release filed today with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This Current Report on Form 8-K is available on the SEC’s website at   www.sec.gov or on our website at www.integralife.com.

BERLIN, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — GTC Berlin — NVIDIA today announced the NVIDIA OpenShell Reference Architecture, which enables building, containing, observing and enforcing safe agents on enterprise infrastructure and edge systems.

The OpenShell Reference Architecture builds on the foundation of NVIDIA OpenShell™ secure runtime software, extending it into full-stack, industrial-scale infrastructure for agent development and operations.

It includes NVIDIA Vera Rubin infrastructure for running enterprise workloads, including closed and open models built with NVIDIA Nemotron™; NVIDIA Vera CPUs for operating agent harnesses; open source NVIDIA OpenShell software; and NVIDIA BlueField® DPUs for running the NVIDIA Sentry unified security software framework that provides continuous out-of-band monitoring of agent behavior and in-silicon policy enforcement.

The OpenShell Reference Architecture is extensible to agents running at the edge across industries such as retail, healthcare, manufacturing, robotics, software development and telecommunications with NVIDIA RTX Spark™, NVIDIA DGX Spark™ and NVIDIA DGX Station™ systems.

“AI capability and safety must advance together,” said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. “As enterprises prepare to deploy billions of AI agents, safety and control must be built into the computing architecture. NVIDIA created OpenShell to give agents the freedom to do useful work within clearly defined boundaries — contained, monitored and under control. With the OpenShell Reference Architecture, agents can think on Rubin, act on Vera and be governed on BlueField.”

Full-Stack Infrastructure Built for Agents
The OpenShell Reference Architecture features NVIDIA accelerated computing paired with software for secure agent operations.

  • NVIDIA Vera Rubin, with NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 infrastructure at its core, is fungible across pretraining, post-training and inference. For agentic workloads, NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 systems deliver 30x higher throughput per megawatt.
  • NVIDIA Vera CPUs deliver 2x the performance of x86 processors with greater energy efficiency and run NVIDIA OpenShell, which provides a secure runtime boundary for autonomous agents.
  • NVIDIA BlueField-4 DPUs continuously monitor agent behavior with NVIDIA Sentry, built on NVIDIA DOCA™ software. BlueField and NVIDIA Sentry together provide in-silicon security enforcement — if an agent attempts to move outside its software boundary, NVIDIA Sentry quarantines and stops it in milliseconds. NVIDIA Sentry, powered by DOCA and running on BlueField-4, boosts agent capacity by up to 20%.

NVIDIA Partners Building Secure Agent Deployments With OpenShell
NVIDIA is working with industry leaders building infrastructure, models and software to enable industries to safely deploy agents in production.

The OpenShell Reference Architecture runs on leading enterprise operating systems and container orchestration layers, including Linux and Kubernetes infrastructure powered by Canonical, SUSE and Red Hat, as well as Microsoft Windows using Microsoft Execution Containers (MXC). It can run on cloud operating systems from Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.

Enterprises can run agents from model builders including Anthropic, Cohere, Google, Meta, OpenAI, Perplexity, Reflection and SpaceX Super Intelligence on OpenShell infrastructure. NVIDIA is also working with model builder partners on OpenShell deployments for advanced model research.

Cybersecurity leaders 1Password, Check Point, CrowdStrike, Cisco, F5, Fortinet, Microsoft, Okta, Palo Alto Networks, TrendAI and Zscaler are integrating support for the OpenShell Reference Architecture into their agent security solutions.

Leading banks — including Europe’s BBVA and Santander — are working with NVIDIA to explore the OpenShell Reference Architecture as a framework for strengthening agent safety, security and governance.

Enterprise software leaders Cadence, Dassault Systèmes, IBM, SAP, Siemens and Synopsys are working with OpenShell to build agent software platforms. Palantir and NVIDIA are working with customers to deploy secure agents in production.

SAP is integrating the NVIDIA OpenShell Reference Architecture with Joule Studio runtime, part of SAP Business AI Platform, connecting business governance with secure agent execution.

ServiceNow today announced the general availability of ServiceNow Arc, a personal long-running AI agent with actions governed at runtime by the ServiceNow Super Intelligence Control Tower and enforced by NVIDIA OpenShell. In addition, ServiceNow’s recently announced AI Passport authority layer carries those policies to NVIDIA OpenShell and NVIDIA Sentry, so enterprises can revoke an AI agent’s access across software and hardware within seconds.

NVIDIA system manufacturers Dell Technologies, Cisco, HPE, Lenovo and Supermicro are among those building infrastructure with the OpenShell Reference Architecture.

NVIDIA is also working with cloud service providers including CoreWeave, Crusoe, Firebird, Firmus, GMI Cloud, IREN, Lambda, Nebius, Nscale, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Vultr to deploy OpenShell-ready infrastructure.

Inference and post-training service providers including Baseten, Deepinfra, Fireworks and Together AI are building OpenShell Reference Architecture integrations into their model development pipelines.

Operational Update for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026

In the third quarter of 2026, the Company recorded order intake of €67.8 million and reported preliminary revenues of €24.0 million. Order intake in the third quarter more than doubled compared with the second quarter of 2026 (€30.7 million) and includes the repeat order exceeding €37 million announced on July 7, 2026. Cumulative order intake for the first nine months of 2026 amounts to €111.7 million, and revenues for the first nine months amount to €70.0 million.

The order backlog stood at €96.8 million as of September 30, 2026, compared with €54.8 million as of June 30, 2026. Order intake and order backlog figures relate exclusively to orders for equipment and do not include orders associated with services or spare parts.

Order momentum continuing into the fourth quarter

In a separate press release issued today, SCHMID announced that it has reached an agreement with one of its key customers and long-standing technology partner on an equipment order of more than €25 million to support the expansion of advanced High-Density Interconnect (HDI) manufacturing capacity in Malaysia. Of this order, more than €7 million was already included in order intake for the third quarter of 2026 with the remainder recorded as order intake in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Full-year 2026 guidance for order intake increased

For the full-year 2026, management confirms its guidance of revenues of more than €100 million and an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 6 to 9% (based on Adjusted EBITDA as defined in the Company’s press release dated August 25, 2026). Management increases its order intake guidance of from a range of €125 to €150 million to more than €150 million. The savings from our ‘Sprint’ I efficiency program progress as planned and “Sprint II” material cost savings program is showing first results.

Preliminary information and non-IFRS measures

The financial information presented in this press release for the third quarter of 2026, the first nine months of 2026 and the guidance for the full-year 2026 is preliminary and unaudited. Actual results may differ from the preliminary estimates presented herein. Order intake and order backlog are operational metrics used by management to evaluate the Company’s business activity and visibility of future revenue. These metrics are not measures defined under International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) and may not be comparable to similarly titled measures used by other companies.

Adjusted EBITDA is a non-IFRS financial measure. The Company defines Adjusted EBITDA as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, adjusted to exclude certain non-recurring or non-operational items. Because Adjusted EBITDA excludes items that may be included in the most directly comparable IFRS measure, investors should not consider Adjusted EBITDA in isolation or as a substitute for measures prepared in accordance with IFRS. The Company is unable to provide a reconciliation of forward-looking Adjusted EBITDA guidance to the most directly comparable IFRS financial measure without unreasonable effort because certain items that impact such measures are uncertain, out of the Company’s control and cannot be reasonably predicted.
