Now live for eligible U.S. customers, with prediction markets business expected to contribute revenue beginning in Q4 2026

Commercial launch backed by established marketing and distribution partnerships to support customer acquisition and growth

LAS VEGAS, Nevada, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — High Roller Technologies, Inc. (“High Roller” or the “Company”) (NYSE: ROLR), an online gaming and prediction markets company, today announced the commercial launch of ROLR™, its real-money prediction markets platform, opening access to eligible U.S. customers following an invitation-only beta that began on September 15, 2026. With commercial operations underway, the Company expects its prediction markets business to begin contributing revenue in the fourth quarter of 2026.

“Today’s full commercial launch of our prediction markets platform is a defining milestone for High Roller as we bring ROLR to the public and begin the next phase of our growth,” said Seth Young, Chief Executive Officer of High Roller Technologies. “Our goal is to make prediction markets accessible and engaging through an intuitive customer experience, and our experience operating real-money consumer platforms provides a strong foundation for building this business.”

The launch marks High Roller’s entry into the U.S. prediction markets business, providing customers with access to event-based contracts offered by Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (“CDNA”). Through ROLR, eligible users can discover markets, trade contracts reflecting their views on real-world outcomes and manage their positions through a dedicated consumer platform.

Beta Testing and Launch Readiness

The September 15 closed beta was designed to assess the customer experience and operating infrastructure under controlled, live-platform conditions. Testing covered account registration, identity verification, geolocation, funding, market discovery, order entry, trading, position management, settlement, withdrawals and customer service.

“The commercial launch is the starting point for building lasting customer relationships and growing the ROLR platform,” added Young. “We are supporting the launch with a robust marketing plan designed to introduce ROLR to relevant audiences and convert that interest into active participation. Our priorities are to continually improve the product and execute a disciplined customer-acquisition strategy as we begin generating prediction markets revenue.”

Marketing and Customer Acquisition

High Roller’s commercial launch is supported by the Company’s previously announced marketing and distribution relationships, including Lines.com, Forever Network and Leverage Game Media. Together, management believes these relationships provide access to established digital audiences and multiple channels to build brand awareness and support customer acquisition.

Lines.com previously reported more than 100,000 indexed content pages and over 4 million social media followers, with content generating more than 500 million views in the 30 days preceding our April 2026 partnership announcement. Forever Network delivered more than 20 billion impressions in 2025, reaching 450 million people globally. Leverage Game Media has reported more than 1 billion annual views and over 5 million followers across its owned and operated channels.

SpikeUp Media will also support the launch through performance marketing and direct customer acquisition. Its track record includes more than 15 years of acquisition experience, driving over 1 million unique depositing customers to its partners, and more than $600 million in customer deposits. Additional marketing and distribution relationships further support the Company’s efforts to build awareness, reach new audiences and drive customer acquisition.

Established Technology and Operating Infrastructure

High Roller’s wholly owned subsidiary, ROLR US LLC, is a member of the National Futures Association and a registered guaranteed introducing broker operating under a guarantee agreement with OG Markets US, Inc., doing business as Crypto.com FCM. Customer accounts introduced through ROLR are carried by Crypto.com FCM; ROLR US LLC does not hold customer funds.

The platform incorporates technology provided through High Roller’s exclusive license and development agreement with mrkts.com, including a source code license and connectivity to Crypto.com services and CDNA, along with payments and compliance functionality. High Roller owns the customer-facing ROLR application, with the licensing framework providing flexibility to evolve the platform while retaining control over its customer experience and product roadmap.

ROLR is now available to eligible U.S. customers through desktop and mobile browsers, with dedicated iOS and Android apps planned to follow, subject to app store approvals. Eligible customers can access the platform at ROLR.com. Access and contract availability are subject to applicable eligibility requirements and geographic restrictions.

Non-Binding MOU to Explore U.S.-Based Production, Assembly and Technical Support for HYTRON

Key Facts At-a-Glance

Who: Primech AI Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Primech Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: PMEC), and Sunnytech, an electronics contract manufacturer based in San Jose, California.

What: Signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore U.S.-based production and assembly of HYTRON, Primech AI’s autonomous restroom-cleaning robot, together with quality assurance, product testing and certification support for the U.S. market.

When: MOU signed October 20, 2026.

Where: San Jose, California, United States (Sunnytech) and Singapore (Primech AI).

Why It Matters: The MOU provides Primech AI with a potential pathway to U.S.-based production through Sunnytech, which could help shorten delivery lead times and support quality assurance closer to U.S. customers. The initiative aligns with Primech’s strategy to develop a scalable international robotics business.

How Much: The MOU is non-binding and does not commit either party to specific production volumes, manufacturing prices or other commercial terms, which would be subject to a definitive agreement.

SINGAPORE, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Primech Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: PMEC) (“Primech” or the “Company”), a Singapore-headquartered technology-driven facilities services and AI robotics group, today announced that its subsidiary, Primech AI Pte. Ltd. (“Primech AI”), signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Sunnytech, an electronics contract manufacturer based in San Jose, California, on October 20, 2026, to explore U.S.-based production, assembly, quality assurance, testing and certification support for its flagship autonomous restroom-cleaning robot, HYTRON.

The MOU establishes a framework for both companies to evaluate potential production and technical support arrangements in the United States, supporting Primech AI’s ongoing efforts to expand HYTRON’s international commercial presence.

MOU Scope and Next Steps

Under the MOU, Sunnytech may undertake production and assembly of HYTRON based on Primech AI’s specifications, together with quality assurance, product testing and certification support. Both companies will evaluate these potential arrangements ahead of any definitive agreement. The timing and scale of any U.S. production have not been determined and would be subject to further discussions, applicable certification requirements and the execution of a definitive agreement.

Strategic Rationale for U.S. Production

The MOU builds on Primech AI’s ongoing efforts to expand HYTRON’s international presence, including its previous showcase at CES 2026 in Las Vegas.

Potential U.S.-based production could help shorten delivery lead times to customers in the region, while local quality assurance and product testing could support greater operational efficiency. Certification support under the MOU could also assist Primech AI in addressing applicable product safety requirements for the U.S. market.

Through the MOU, Primech AI and Sunnytech will evaluate how local production and technical support capabilities could contribute to HYTRON’s future commercialisation in the United States.

The proposed collaboration supports Primech AI’s broader strategy to strengthen HYTRON’s commercial presence in the U.S. market and develop a scalable international robotics business.

HYTRON Product Overview

HYTRON is a fully autonomous AI-powered restroom-cleaning robot designed to clean toilets, urinals, wash basins, sinks, mirrors and surrounding floor areas. Combining intelligent navigation with robotic manipulation, HYTRON automates repetitive cleaning tasks to support consistent hygiene standards and improve workforce productivity.

The robot’s autonomous capabilities include self-charging and automatic water refilling and discharge, reducing the need for continuous human intervention during routine operations. Its monitoring and reporting capabilities also provide facility operators with greater visibility into cleaning performance.

Built for demanding commercial environments, HYTRON addresses a practical operational need: helping facility operators maintain restroom hygiene while enabling cleaning teams to focus on other essential responsibilities.

Management Commentary

“As we expand HYTRON’s presence internationally, the United States remains a key market in our long-term growth strategy,” said Ken Ho, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Primech Holdings Limited.

“Through our MOU with Sunnytech, we are exploring opportunities to support HYTRON’s production and commercialisation in the U.S. This reflects our continued commitment to developing a scalable robotics business and creating long-term value for our shareholders.”

Subscription-based platform designed to help businesses compete for visibility on ChatGPT and Gemini, positioning Change Agents to capitalize on the shift toward AI-powered search

FREEHOLD, N.J., Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Change Agents Corporation (Nasdaq: CHGA) (“Change Agents” or the “Company”), a technology company developing commercial agentic AI software through its wholly owned subsidiary, Avalon Quantum AI, LLC, and pursuing AI-enabled drone technologies through a separate wholly owned subsidiary, Autonomous Air Defense Systems LLC, today announced that it plans to commercially launch Beacon, a subscription-based Agentic Generative Search Optimization (GEO) platform designed to help small businesses improve their visibility across the five leading AI assistants; ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and Claude.

The platform will go live on October 28, 2026, with additional information available at www.changeagentscorp.com/beacon/. Beacon is designed to help small businesses understand how they appear in AI-powered search results, identify opportunities to improve their online visibility, and attract potential customers.

Beacon has been developed to potentially address an emerging challenge for small businesses as consumers increasingly turn to AI assistants to discover local businesses, compare services, and make purchasing decisions, namely “Is AI recommending my business?”. Unlike traditional search engines, AI assistants can provide direct recommendations to consumers, creating a new competitive environment in which businesses need to understand whether they are being recommended and how they compare with competitors.

The platform deploys an AI agent to analyze a business’s online presence, customer reviews, reputation, and visibility across AI assistants. It then provides actionable recommendations designed to help business owners improve how their businesses are discovered and represented in AI-generated responses.

“AI is fundamentally changing how consumers discover businesses, yet most small business owners have little visibility into whether their companies are being recommended by AI assistants,” said Michael Mathews, Director of Change Agents Corp. “Beacon is designed to make this emerging technology accessible and affordable for small businesses. For just $20 per month, business owners can gain valuable insight into their AI visibility, understand how they compare with competitors, and identify practical steps to improve their online presence. We believe Beacon addresses a growing market need while establishing an opportunity for Change Agents to build a scalable, subscription-based software business.”

AI-Powered Visibility Audits and Subscription-Based Monitoring

Beacon is designed to provide small businesses with an accessible, straightforward process for understanding and improving their visibility across the leading AI assistants.

The platform’s principal features include:

  • Free AI Visibility Audit: Following a simple registration and email verification process, Beacon’s AI agent conducts a free visibility audit in five minutes or less, evaluating the completeness of a business’s online profile, customer reviews and reputation, and how frequently AI assistants recommend the business relative to its major competitors.
  • Competitive Visibility Analysis: The platform evaluates business recommendations across approximately 100 common customer queries, providing insight into how a business compares with competitors when potential customers use AI assistants to search for products and services.
  • Full Visibility Report: For a subscription fee of $20 per month, business owners receive monthly detailed reports showing how customers and AI assistants discover their business, along with recommended improvements designed to strengthen online visibility and potentially increase customer traffic.
  • On-Demand Visibility Monitoring: Subscribers can access and refresh their visibility reports as often as desired, enabling them to monitor changes in their AI search presence and competitive positioning over time.
  • Optional Implementation Services: Following the full visibility report, subscribers can engage Beacon’s services team to implement recommended improvements on their behalf, providing an additional potential revenue opportunity beyond monthly subscriptions.

The Company believes Beacon’s combination of automated analysis, actionable recommendations, and affordable subscription pricing can help address a gap in the small business market, where sophisticated digital marketing and AI optimization services have historically been difficult or costly for smaller organizations to access.

Targeting the U.S. Small Business Market

Beacon is initially targeting an estimated 5.6 million U.S. small businesses with fewer than 50 employees, representing a substantial potential market for affordable AI-powered visibility and optimization services.

The Company’s go-to-market strategy will emphasize the platform’s free initial visibility audit, allowing business owners to evaluate their AI presence before deciding whether to subscribe to ongoing monitoring and optimization services.

Management believes this approach can support broad product awareness, encourage subscription conversion, and create opportunities for recurring revenue as Beacon’s customer base expands.

“We believe Beacon represents an attractive opportunity to translate the growing adoption of AI into a practical, revenue-generating application for millions of small businesses,” added Mathews. “Our initial focus will be on driving awareness and converting free audits into paid subscriptions. As adoption increases, we believe Beacon has the potential to become an important source of recurring SaaS revenue and further validate our broader agentic AI commercialization strategy.”

Beacon is scheduled to launch commercially on October 28, 2026, at www.thebeaconapp.com.

GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ Global Select Market: CWCO), a leading designer, builder, and operator of advanced water treatment plants, today provided an update on permitting and the anticipated construction schedule for its Kalaeloa seawater reverse osmosis desalination project on Oahu, Hawaii.

Since the company’s previous update, the project received approval of its Preservation Plan and Archaeological Monitoring Plan from the State Historic Preservation Division and approval from the Hawaii Department of Health for a Substantial Modification to an Existing Regulated Public Water System. These approvals were required before the company could advance its applications for other permits and approvals.

Several permits and approvals remain outstanding, including a Memorandum of Agreement from the State Historic Preservation Division. Based on the current permitting timeline, Consolidated Water now expects construction to begin in the first half of 2027, compared with its previous expectation of late 2026. The Honolulu Board of Water Supply has granted schedule extensions to reflect the permitting process delays.

In July 2026, the Honolulu Board of Water Supply issued a limited notice to proceed authorizing approximately $6 million for the procurement of long-lead equipment. The early procurement is intended to reduce potential scheduling pressure once the remaining permits and approvals are obtained.

The Kalaeloa facility is being developed under Consolidated Water’s contract to design, build, operate, and maintain a seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant capable of producing 1.7 million gallons of potable water per day. Following commissioning, the company is contracted to operate and maintain the facility for 20 years, with two additional five-year extension options at the client’s discretion.

“We continue to make meaningful progress on the Kalaeloa desalination project,” said Consolidated Water CEO Rick McTaggart. “The recent approvals from the State Historic Preservation Division and the Hawaii Department of Health represent important steps in the permitting process and allow us to advance applications for the remaining permits and approvals. While the permitting timeline has shifted our anticipated construction start to the first half of 2027, the Honolulu Board of Water Supply continues to be supportive and has granted schedule extensions to reflect the process. The limited notice to proceed issued in July is also enabling us to procure long-lead equipment now, which should help the project advance efficiently once the remaining permits and approvals are in place.”

Milestone moves Firefly’s Elytra spacecraft toward final design and hardware production to deliver NASA JPL drones above the lunar south pole

Firefly MoonFall Deployment

CEDAR PARK, Texas, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Firefly Aerospace (Nasdaq: FLY), a market leading space and defense technology company, today announced it completed the preliminary design review (PDR) for its Elytra spacecraft that will deliver drones built by NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) to the Moon’s south pole for the agency’s MoonFall mission.

Firefly’s PDR, including members from NASA and JPL, conducted a thorough review of Elytra’s structural, thermal, propulsion, avionics, trajectory design, guidance and navigation, communications and control systems as well as the spacecraft’s qualification and environmental test plans. The review confirmed Elytra’s design meets the mission requirements, and Firefly will now begin working toward the spacecraft’s final critical design review (CDR) ahead of hardware production and assembly.

“Completing PDR less than four months after contract award is a testament to the speed and rigor Firefly brings to every mission,” said Ray Allensworth, Vice President of Spacecraft at Firefly Aerospace. “As NASA accelerates its Moon Base Program, we’re rapidly scaling spacecraft production to support MoonFall and a growing manifest of lunar surface missions, utilizing proven systems, hardware, and operations from our first successful Blue Ghost mission.”

Targeted to be ready for launch by late 2028, MoonFall is part of the first phase of the Moon Base, a long-term lunar exploration and infrastructure initiative designed to enable sustained human presence and expanded scientific and commercial activity at the lunar south pole.

JPL is building the drones and managing the mission for NASA, which will source the launch vehicle for MoonFall. After launching, Firefly’s Elytra spacecraft will transit from Earth orbit to lunar orbit and deploy the drones above the Moon’s south pole. The MoonFall drones will then use their high-definition optical cameras and instruments to survey the south pole terrain and map safe landing spots and resources to support future human missions.

Phase 1 results demonstrate TMB-365 antiviral activity and tolerability, supporting continued development as a differentiated antibody for combination HIV treatment

Complementary laboratory susceptibility findings support the scientific rationale for the TMB-365/TMB-380 antibody-only maintenance regimen

TAIPEI, Taiwan, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — TaiMed Biologics (TPEX: 4147), a commercial-stage CD4-targeted biologics company advancing antibody-based therapies for long-acting HIV treatment, today announced results from two studies to be presented at IDWeek 2026, October 21-24 in Washington, D.C. The findings highlight TMB-365’s own clinical activity and potential as a component of multiple long-acting HIV combinations, alongside laboratory evidence of complementary antiviral susceptibility supporting the company’s TMB-365/TMB-380 maintenance regimen.

“These data reinforce our view of TMB-365 as a differentiated antibody with potential across multiple long-acting HIV combinations,” said Jimmy Chang, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of TaiMed Biologics. “Its host-directed mechanism, antiviral activity and pharmacokinetic profile provide a foundation for exploring combinations with other antibodies and small-molecule antiretrovirals. TMB-365/TMB-380 is our most advanced application of this approach, and the susceptibility findings strengthen the scientific rationale for pairing these two antibodies.”

TMB-365: Clinical activity and a distinct role in future HIV combinations

TMB-365 is an investigational, second-generation monoclonal antibody derived from ibalizumab. It binds domain 2 of the CD4 receptor on host cells and inhibits HIV entry after attachment, providing a mechanism distinct from antibodies that target the virus directly. TMB-365 was engineered to improve the breadth of antiviral coverage and pharmacokinetics relative to ibalizumab. TaiMed is developing TMB-365 as a distinct antibody asset for use in combination HIV regimens.

The randomized, placebo-controlled Phase 1 study (NCT04027387) evaluated single intravenous doses of 400, 800 and 1,600 mg in 25 people living with HIV over 10 weeks. The lower-dose cohorts included participants with detectable HIV who were off antiretroviral therapy; the 1,600-mg cohort remained on stable combination antiretroviral therapy with suppressed HIV. Key findings included:

  • Antiviral activity: Mean maximum HIV-1 RNA reductions were 1.55 and 1.57 log10 copies/mL at 400 and 800 mg, respectively. Antiviral effects were observed for up to two and four weeks, respectively.
  • Tolerability: No serious treatment-emergent adverse events, Grade 3 or higher events, or adverse-event-related discontinuations were observed. All 23 treatment-emergent events were mild or moderate; six events in three participants were considered related to TMB-365. No anti-drug antibodies were observed.
  • Target engagement and dosing potential: In a limited subset, mean CD4 receptor occupancy remained at or above 80% for five to six weeks at 800 and 1,600 mg. The pharmacokinetic findings support further evaluation of higher doses and dosing intervals of eight to 12 weeks.
  • Resistance observations: No resistance or cross-resistance to TMB-365 or approved entry inhibitors was observed during the study.

Together, these results support continued development of TMB-365 beyond a single antibody pairing. Its host-directed mechanism and engineered properties provide a rationale for exploring combinations with complementary antibodies and long-acting small-molecule antiretrovirals. The safety, efficacy and dosing of such future combinations will require clinical evaluation.

TMB-365/TMB-380: Complementary susceptibility supports combination development

The second presentation reports laboratory susceptibility findings for TMB-365 and TMB-380, a broadly neutralizing antibody that targets the CD4-binding site on the HIV envelope protein gp120. Researchers evaluated a panel of 40 HIV pseudotypes: 20 susceptible to TMB-380 and 20 with reduced susceptibility or resistance to TMB-380. They also studied a laboratory-selected virus resistant to LM52, a precursor of TMB-365.

  • TMB-365 retained activity against variants less susceptible to TMB-380: Its geometric mean IC50 was similar in the TMB-380-susceptible and reduced-susceptibility groups: 0.054 and 0.057 micrograms/mL, respectively. Of the 20 variants with reduced susceptibility or resistance to TMB-380, 19 were susceptible to TMB-365; one showed incomplete neutralization, with a maximum inhibition of 70%.
  • Complementary activity was also seen in the precursor experiment: The LM52-resistant virus became more susceptible to VRC-07 and VRC-01, antibodies related to TMB-380, supporting the hypothesis that the two mechanisms may cover different viral susceptibility gaps.

These in vitro findings support a complementary-activity hypothesis for TMB-365/TMB-380. Their clinical implications for durable viral suppression and resistance outcomes require further study.

“The Phase 1 findings demonstrate TMB-365’s antiviral activity in people living with HIV, while the laboratory study helps explain why its host-directed mechanism could complement a virus-directed antibody,” said Martin Markowitz, M.D., Medical Director of TaiMed Biologics and presenting author of both studies. “TMB-365’s activity against variants with reduced susceptibility to TMB-380 is encouraging. Further clinical studies will determine whether that complementarity translates into durable viral suppression and favorable resistance outcomes.”

TMB-365/TMB-380 is being evaluated as an antibody-only maintenance regimen for virologically suppressed people living with HIV. In the earlier 20-participant Phase 2a study, dosing every eight weeks over 24 weeks produced no protocol-defined virologic failures among participants who completed treatment. An ongoing Phase 2b study is evaluating the regimen against continued oral antiretroviral therapy, with interim results expected by year-end 2026.
