ROUYN-NORANDA, Québec, Sept. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Falco Resources Ltd. (TSX-V – FPC) (“Falco” or the “Corporation”) is proud to announce a three-year partnership with the Collectif Territoire, an organization committed to the rehabilitation of lac Osisko and to mobilizing the community around this emblematic space in Rouyn-Noranda. As part of this partnership, Falco will contribute $30,000 per year for three years, for a total commitment of $90,000. The public announcement of this partnership is part of the activities surrounding “Les Noces d’eau” event.

For Falco, this commitment goes far beyond financial support. The Collectif Territoire’s approach, based on co-creation, territorial innovation, environmental restoration and citizen participation, is directly in line with the vision that Falco wishes to put forward in the development of Falco’s Horne 5 Project. The Corporation intends to build a lasting relationship with the Rouyn-Noranda community, in which citizens can contribute to discussions about the territory and participate in initiatives that benefit their community.

“The lac Osisko Project exemplifies the kind of initiative we want to support in Rouyn-Noranda: a collaborative and place-based approach that brings residents together around sustainable environmental and community projects. Our partnership with the Collectif Territoire is a concrete expression of the relationship that Falco seeks to build with the community,” said Hélène Cartier, Vice-President, Environment, Sustainable Development and Community Relations at Falco.

Update on Falco’s Horne 5 Project
This commitment comes as Falco’s Horne 5 Project continues to move forward. Preparatory work on the project has now been underway for more than ten years. The environmental assessment conducted by the Government of Québec is now at an advanced stage and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2026.

Since the publication of the BAPE report in January 2025, Falco has responded to several sets of questions from the Ministry of the Environment, the Fight against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks (“MELCCFP”), particularly regarding the potential impacts of the project on community services, including health care, childcare and education services, housing, emergency services and the workforce. These issues have been the subject of in-depth analyses, particularly in the Socioeconomic Assessment (in French only) published last spring.

In addition, the potential impact of project-related vibrations on the safety and continuity of operations at the Rouyn-Noranda Radiation Oncology Centre (the “Centre”) has been thoroughly assessed by independent experts, who confirmed that the mining operations and mitigation measures proposed by Falco can be carried out safely and in a manner compatible with the activities of the Centre (see Falco’s press release dated June 16, 2026).

The completion of the environmental assessment should lead to a government decision regarding the issuance of the authorization decree for the Project (the “Decree”). Obtaining the Decree will mark a decisive step for Falco and will pave the way for the development phase of the Project after obtaining all the required permits and ministerial authorizations. In the months following the Decree, Falco will continue to carry out the required studies and investigations.

The updated feasibility study published on June 17, 2026 also confirms the extent of the anticipated benefits of Falco’s Horne 5 Project for Rouyn-Noranda and Abitibi-Témiscamingue. This project represents an initial planned investment of $1.75 billion, a mine life of at least 15 years, the creation of 500 permanent jobs as well as more than $4.4 billion in taxes and mining duties over the life of the mine.

For Falco, the development of a mining project of this magnitude must be accompanied by a lasting commitment to the community that hosts it. The partnership with the Collectif Territoire is therefore part of a broader vision: to make Falco’s Horne 5 Project not only an economic driver for the region, but also a tangible contributor to the vitality, environment and quality of life of the Rouyn-Noranda community.

Cu-Au-Ag Mineralization and OreVision 2025 Survey
Cu-Au-Ag Mineralization and OreVision 2025 Survey

MONTREAL, Sept. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Midland Exploration Inc. (“Midland”) (TSX-V: MD), in partnership with SOQUEM Inc. (“SOQUEM”), is pleased to announce the results of the 2026 exploration campaign on the Nachicapau project (Figure 1). This exploration program follows the discovery, between 2022 and 2025, of copper, gold and silver occurrences along a 4-km-long by 1.5-km-wide corridor. These new results are reported under the Strategic Alliance between Midland and SOQUEM (the “Alliance”) in the Labrador Trough in Nunavik, Quebec.

Highlights:

  • Discovery of copper, gold and silver mineralization with maximum values reaching 26.8% Cu, 0.87 g/t Au, 238 g/t Ag (grab samples from boulders) associated with digenite and malachite in veins hosted in monzonite dykes.
  • Two new copper, gold and silver showings on outcrops with maximum values reaching 3.03% Cu, 0.77 g/t Au, 20.0 g/t Ag (from different grab samples).
  • Identification of induced polarization (“IP”) anomalies associated with Cu, Au, Ag mineral occurrences.

The 2026 sampling campaign was conducted over a period of 5 days in June, during which a total of 54 rock samples were collected. The campaign was designed to follow up on chargeability and conductivity anomalies outlined by the Orevision® induced polarization survey conducted in 2025 (figures 2 and 3).

Assay results reveal that ten (10) grab samples show grades equal to or greater than 0.10% Cu, including four (4) samples above 1.00% Cu, reaching up to 26.8% Cu. Anomalous gold values above 0.1 g/t Au are associated with these samples, while three (3) samples exhibit silver values reaching up to 238 g/t Ag. These results highlight a close relationship between Cu, Au, Ag mineralization and the presence of monzonite dykes, alkalic ultramafic units, and regional structural features. Best results obtained in grab samples are listed in Table 1.

Digenite, Bornite and Malachite Mineralization Associated with Monzonite Dykes

The best results of the June 2026 campaign were obtained in grab samples collected in boulders, consisting of calcite-dolomite-quartz veins crosscutting a monzonite. The mineralization is characterized by the presence of centimetre-scale patches of digenite and malachite within the veins and in their selvages (Figure 4a to 4c). Hematite is a common accessory mineral and occurs as distinctive specularite crystals. The host rock is weakly deformed and systematically altered to albite, epidote and hematite.

On outcrop, these dykes crosscut, at low angles, alkalic mafic to ultramafic volcanic units of the Murdoch Formation (Figure 4d). Copper mineralization occurs in calcite-dolomite-quartz tension gashes. Sample C2130669, which graded 0.59% Cu, 0.77 g/t Au, 10.3 g/t Ag, confirms the extension of both the mineralized zone and the monzonite dyke north of the DG-12 showing discovered in 2025 (1.46% Cu, 0.14 g/t Au, 9.20 g/t Ag in a monzonite dyke).

Samples C2130681 to C2130685, collected on either side of the DG-5 showing (2.95% Cu, 0.01 g/t Au, 27.6 g/t Ag) confirm observations and interpretations made in 2025 and extend the mineralized zones associated with monzonite dykes over a distance of 150 metres. Sample C2130684, collected in a digenite-malachite vein, yielded showing-level grades of 3.03% Cu, 0.17 g/t Au and 20.0 g/t Ag.

Mineralization Associated with Mafic to Ultramafic Volcanic Units

Three (3) samples collected in ultramafic schist and intrusive units yielded anomalous Cu, Au and Ag values. Sample C2130651, which did not appear to be mineralized, yielded values of 0.10% Cu, 0.13 g/t Au, 0.76 g/t Ag, i.e. respectively 30 to 100 times higher than regional background values. This observation suggests that copper mineralization is not exclusively found in veins but may also occur disseminated within deformed and altered ultramafic units.

2025 OreVision® Induced Polarization Survey

Follow-up work on the OreVision® induced polarization survey conducted in July 2025 helped improve our understanding of the geological setting and Cu-Au-Ag mineral occurrences on the Nachicapau project. Sedimentary units (dolomite, mudstone), mafic intrusives, and ultramafic schists can be distinguished based on resistivity and chargeability contrasts. Copper mineralization is closely linked with low-resistivity (<6,000 Ohm.m) and moderate chargeability (7–14 mV/V) zones within the ultramafic schist unit and along the contact with sedimentary units (Figure 5).

Conclusions

Cu-Au-Ag mineralization on the Nachicapau project appears to be related to:

  • Deformed and altered mafic to ultramafic volcanic units of the Murdoch Formation, where it occurs as disseminated digenite and malachite
  • Monzonite dykes where it occurs in veins with higher-grade Cu, Au, Ag
  • Intense albite-epidote-hematite alteration occurring around the veins
  • Low-resistivity copper mineralization (<6,000 Ohm.m) and moderate-chargeability
    (7–14 mV/V) zones
  • A deformation corridor trending N350 that affects volcanic units
  • A major shear zone that marks the contact with sedimentary units

Quality Control

Rock samples from the project are analyzed at Actlabs laboratories in Ancaster, Ontario, by ICP-MS with four-acid digestion for metals and by standard fire assay on 50-gram fractions with atomic absorption finish for gold. Exploration programs are designed, and results are interpreted by Qualified Persons employing a Quality Assurance/Quality Control program consistent with industry best practices, including the use of standards and blanks for every 20 samples.

Cautionary Statements

Grab samples are selective by nature and may not be representative of mineralized zones. Mineralization observed in samples collected from boulders, outcrops and showings mentioned in this press release is not necessarily indicative of mineralization that may be found on the project mentioned in this press release.

Award Strengthens Regional Supply Chain and Advances Edible Garden’s Zero-Waste Inspired® Mission and Farm-to-Formula® Platform

BELVIDERE, NJ, Sept. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Edible Garden AG Incorporated (“Edible Garden” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: EDBL, EDBLW), a leader in controlled environment agriculture (CEA), organic and sustainable produce, and developer of the Zero-Waste Inspired® mission and Farm-to-Formula® platform, today announced that it has been awarded fresh-cut herb business through an additional Walmart distribution center serving the Upper Midwest. The award builds upon the Company’s recently announced expansion with Walmart in the Mid-Atlantic region and extends Edible Garden’s growing retail presence into the Upper Midwest.

The additional distribution center will be serviced by Edible Garden Heartland in Grand Rapids, Michigan, further diversifying the facility’s customer base while supporting the Company’s strategy of creating a more centralized, scalable and efficient distribution network. The Company believes the award has the potential to increase fresh-cut herb volume and improve operating efficiencies as demand grows, while providing a foundation for Edible Garden to pursue additional stores, products and regional opportunities with Walmart and other major retailers.

“This award represents another important expansion of our relationship with Walmart and establishes an additional supply-chain position for Edible Garden in the Upper Midwest,” said Jim Kras, Chief Executive Officer of Edible Garden. “We believe it reflects Walmart’s confidence in our ability to consistently deliver fresh, high-quality herbs while meeting the food-safety, reliability, and service requirements of one of the world’s largest retailers. Just as importantly, the award advances our transition toward a more efficient distribution-center model. By consolidating shipments through Walmart’s distribution network, we believe we can improve route density, reduce fragmented deliveries and scale more efficiently as demand grows, while reducing unnecessary transportation, handling, and potential food waste. This approach supports our Zero-Waste Inspired® mission while building a stronger and more resilient distribution platform that can support our fresh herb business today and provide a commercial foundation for future Farm-to-Formula® products and other opportunities across our broader food and nutrition portfolio.”

Edible Garden’s distribution strategy is supported by its proprietary GreenThumb 2.0™ technology, which helps the Company synchronize growing, inventory, and retailer demand. By improving visibility across its supply chain, the Company seeks to enhance forecasting and fulfillment, preserve product freshness and reduce excess inventory and waste.

Edible Garden’s work with Walmart also reflects the Company’s broader commitment to sustainable operations. The Company is a multi-year participant in Walmart’s Project Gigaton and has been recognized as a Giga Guru for its efforts to measure, manage and reduce emissions across its operations and supply chain.

WARSAW, Ind., Sept. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — OrthoPediatrics Corp. (“OrthoPediatrics” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: KIDS), a company focused exclusively on advancing the field of pediatric orthopedics, today announced the recent implantation of the 1,000th Tibia Nail using its latest Pediatric Nailing Platform (PNP).

The PNP Tibia System was designed to bring a world-class, pediatric-focused nailing system to surgeons, enabling the use of rigid tibial nails in pediatric patients.

OrthoPediatrics’ introduction of the 7mm cannulated rigid tibial nail, the only product of its size, enables surgeons to treat patients who have previously been untreatable with adult systems. In fact, nearly 20% of all nails implanted by OrthoPediatrics have been the smallest 7mm size available. The implant is available in 7mm-12mm diameters.

Joe Hauser, President of Trauma & Deformity, stated, “The rapid adoption of this system demonstrates that OrthoPediatrics is filling a critical void in implant offerings to our core customer. The surgeon design team and our OrthoPediatrics engineers were meticulous in developing a system purpose-built for the needs of pediatric patients, and it is proving to be a valuable tool in treating over 1,000 kids with tibia fractures.”

The system includes small instruments to access the intramedullary canal, smaller overall nails, fixation options designed to avoid the physis, and instrumentation supporting both traditional and suprapatellar approaches.

PNP Tibia is currently available in five markets, with a European launch planned for 2027.

About Obexelimab
Obexelimab is a bifunctional monoclonal antibody designed to bind both CD19 and FcγRIIb, which are broadly present across B cell lineage, to inhibit the activity of cells that are implicated in many autoimmune diseases without depleting them. This unique inhibitory mechanism of action and self-administered, subcutaneous injection regimen may broadly and effectively modulate the pathogenic role of the B cell lineage in chronic autoimmune disease.

Obexelimab has been evaluated in nine clinical trials in a total of 667 subjects, including INDIGO. Obexelimab was well tolerated and demonstrated clinical activity across these clinical trials.

Phase 2 SunStone trial in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) topline results expected in 4Q 2026.

About IgG4-RD
IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a rare, chronic immune-mediated disease that can cause inflammation and fibrosis in multiple organs throughout the body. Because symptoms can appear suddenly or develop gradually—and may be mistaken for other conditions—many people face a 5–7-year journey to diagnosis. IgG4-RD can worsen and cause irreversible damage if it is not diagnosed and managed properly. About 20,000 people in the United States have been diagnosed with IgG4-RD, but the true number of people living with the disease may be closer to 40,000 because some individuals remain undiagnosed.

About Zenas BioPharma
Zenas is a clinical-stage global biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of therapies for autoimmune diseases and inflammatory conditions. Zenas combines our experienced leadership team with a disciplined global product candidate acquisition approach to identify, acquire and develop product candidates with the potential to deliver clinically meaningful benefits to patients. Zenas is advancing two late-stage, potential franchise molecules, obexelimab and orelabrutinib. Obexelimab, Zenas’ lead product candidate, is a bifunctional monoclonal antibody designed to bind CD19 and FcγRIIb to inhibit the activity of B cells implicated in many autoimmune diseases without depleting them. Zenas believes that the unique mechanism of action of obexelimab and its self-administered, subcutaneous injection regimen may enable sustained control across multiple chronic autoimmune diseases. Orelabrutinib is a potentially best-in-class, highly selective CNS-penetrant, oral, small molecule BTK inhibitor. Orelabrutinib’s mechanism of action targets pathogenic B cells not only in the periphery but also within the CNS. Additionally, it directly modulates macrophages and microglial cells in the CNS, with the potential to address compartmentalized inflammation and disease progression in MS. Zenas’ earlier stage programs include ZB021, a novel, clinical-stage, potentially best-in-class, oral, IL-17AA/AF inhibitor, ZB022, a preclinical, potentially best-in-class, oral, brain-penetrant, TYK2 inhibitor, and ZB014, a preclinical, half-life extended anti-CD19 and FcγRIIb monoclonal antibody.
