Helsinki, Finland – October 22, 2026 –  ICEYE, the European leader in sovereign intelligence from space, and Nokia, a global leader in connectivity infrastructure, today signed a Letter of Intent with the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, to explore cooperation in space. The partnership aims to support Ukraine’s defense capabilities, particularly in building sovereign satellite communications.

The shared intent was announced on 22 October 2026 during the visit of the Prime Minister of Finland to Ukraine.

Earlier this month, ICEYE and Nokia announced a partnership to develop secure, sovereign and high-performance broadband low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite communications systems for governments, supporting missions from defense and border security to emergency services and disaster response. Built on trusted European technology, the jointly developed satellite communications systems will give nations ownership and control of satellites, ground segment and terminals.

Rafal Modrzewski, CEO and Co-founder of ICEYE, said: “Ukraine needs secure, sovereign and high-performance satellite communications systems that it controls. Integration brings Azimuth’s ADAS calibration identification and labor time capabilities into CCC ONE®, helping collision repairers streamline repair planning and estimating

CHICAGO, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC), a leading SaaS and AI platform provider powering the insurance and repair economy, today announced a new integration with Azimuth Claims Solutions, bringing Azimuth’s ADAS calibration identification and labor time capabilities to the CCC ONE® platform.

The integration will connect Azimuth’s ADAS calibration recommendations to CCC ONE, enabling repair facilities to view recommendations directly within the existing workflow. Azimuth combines OEM procedures, vehicle build data, and real-world time studies to help identify required OEM calibration operations and associated labor times. Repairers will also be able to add Azimuth recommendations to the estimate, helping reduce manual steps and support more efficient, consistent repair planning.

As advanced driver assistance systems become increasingly common across the vehicle fleet, identifying calibration requirements has become a more complex and critical part of the collision repair process. Integrating Azimuth with CCC ONE gives repairers access to actionable calibration information earlier in the repair process without requiring them to move between separate systems.

“ADAS technology continues to add complexity to the repair process, making it increasingly important for repairers to have the right information available at the right time,” said Dan Risley, vice president, market solutions, automotive services group at CCC Intelligent Solutions. “By integrating Azimuth with CCC ONE, we’re giving repairers another way to access actionable calibration recommendations within their existing workflow, helping them make informed decisions and keep repairs moving.”

Azimuth’s platform is designed to bring greater transparency and consistency to ADAS calibration planning by identifying required OEM procedures and labor associated with the vehicle and repair. The company’s technology helps insurers and collision repairers navigate increasingly complex calibration requirements as vehicle systems continue to evolve.

“ADAS calibration has become one of the most critical and least standardized components of modern collision repair. With sensors, cameras, and software-driven systems now involved in nearly every repair, the industry needs clearer, more consistent guidance to determine what procedures are required. By bringing Azimuth’s calibration identification engine and labor time intelligence into the CCC ONE platform, CCC is helping deliver the level of transparency, consistency, and workflow support that repairers and insurers expect from a modern, data-driven ecosystem. This collaboration enables a more informed, unified view of ADAS requirements tied directly to the repair plan, supporting better outcomes as vehicles continue their evolution into software-defined platforms,” said Charles Rich, chief executive officer of Azimuth Claims Solutions.

The addition of Azimuth expands CCC’s diagnostics network and reflects the company’s continued focus on connecting collision repairers with the tools, information and partners they need to navigate increasingly complex vehicle technology and repair requirements.

PRESS RELEASE
Nantes, October 22nd, 2026

3rd quarter and 9-month sales 2026 highlights

YTD LfL Net Sales: -10.9%
Q3 : -21.0% LfL, impacted by temporary delays in deliveries and lower promotions
€30m Gross Cost Savings for FY26 confirmed, structurally lowering the break-even point

Decline in sales across channels and geographies

  • Maisons du Monde recorded a decline in sales in the third quarter of 2026, with like-for-like net sales down 21.0%, bringing the year-to-date decline to 10.9%.
  • Temporary product availability constraints due to temporary late deliveries strongly impacted sales, particularly during the second half of the quarter.
  • The downturn affected both distribution channels (Retail -18% and Online -30%) and geographies (France at -21% and International at -22%).
  • Furthermore, the Group operated in a challenging environment: retail traffic in France declined by 4% YTD (Retail Int panel), while French furniture market sales fell by 5% YTD (IPEA).
  • Top-line performance also reflected the Group’s continued commercial discipline to protect gross margin.

  • Actions underway to support sales recovery while protecting profitability and cash in this challenging context
  • Team focus on Customer experience, leading to record NPS growth of +10.8 points from 2023 to 2026.
  • Close cooperation with suppliers to ensure a progressive return to normal deliveries throughout Q4.
  • The Group is also implementing measures to improve trading momentum in the coming months: marketing initiatives are being stepped up to drive traffic in-store and online, while product availability should be normalized by the end of the year.
  • At the same time, strict focus on protecting profitability and cash:
    • Disciplined approach to promotional activity has supported gross margin.
    • Cost-reduction measures further materialized during Q3. The Group confirms its €30 million gross savings target over the full year, helping to offset top-line pressure.
    • Structural reduction of the inventories, accelerated by temporary delays in deliveries.

François-Melchior de Polignac, CEO commented “As anticipated, our third-quarter performance reflects a persistently tough retail environment, which was further exacerbated by temporary product availability constraints. In this highly demanding context, we are taking actions on the levers within our control: we are firmly improving our profit potential through lowering the break-even point by delivering our cost-reduction initiatives, maintaining strict discipline on margins, and preserving our cash. We are entering the fourth quarter with great determination, improving product availability, and targeted marketing initiatives to restore traffic.”

Q3 2026 sales details

In the third quarter of 2026, Group net sales stood at €176.3 million, bringing the year-to-date total to €589.1 million.

Store sales decreased by 18.3% on a reported basis, and by 17.3% on a like-for-like basis.

Online sales reached €42.6 million, declining by 30.3%. This overall contraction reflects diverging dynamics: while MdM Web sales fell by 35%, the Marketplace demonstrated resilience, limiting its decline to 4%. Additionally, digital performance was impacted by a tactical adjustment in Search Engine Advertising (SEA) spend during the quarter.

Sales across both product categories contracted, with Decoration down 20.6% and Furniture declining by 22.7%. The Furniture segment proved to be more sensitive to the quarter’s temporary product availability constraints, as well as to the Group’s scaled-back promotional intensity.

From a geographical standpoint, domestic and international markets followed a broadly similar trajectory. Sales in France stood at €95.1 million (-21.1%), while International sales reached €81.2 million (-22.0%).

Named winner in the 2026 Datos Insights Impact Awards in Wealth Management

Old National Bank Datos Insights award winner 2026

Old National Bank Datos Insights award winner 2026
Old National Bank Datos Insights award winner 2026

NEW YORK, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — (NASDAQ: ONB) – Old National Bancorp (“Old National”) has been named the award winner in the “Best Innovation in Digital Client Experience” category for the 2026 Impact Awards in Wealth Management, presented by Datos Insights. The award was presented on Oct. 21 at the Wealth Management Forum in New York.

Old National was recognized for its new Wealth Unified Digital initiative. Built on the Candescent digital banking platform, the initiative gives eligible wealth clients a single digital entry point to view brokerage and trust relationships alongside their banking accounts, with single sign-on (SSO) into each underlying platform.

“Wealth Unified Digital is about organizing the experience around our clients rather than asking clients to navigate our internal systems,” said Old National’s Philip Barnes, Community Banking & Wealth CIO, who accepted the award at the Wealth Management Forum on behalf of the bank. “By bringing banking and wealth relationships together through one digital front door, we have created a stronger foundation for serving clients in simpler, more connected, and increasingly personalized ways. I am incredibly proud of the team that brought this vision to life.”

Under the new Wealth Unified Digital initiative, Old National improved data accuracy from approximately 85% to 99% ahead of launch, featuring a privacy-first client design. A phased roll-out beginning with a small initial release in May 2026, and expanding through successive advisor-portfolio waves, extended access to approximately 26,000 wealth clients by mid-June.

A panel of external experts judge the Datos Insights Impact Awards nominations based on:

  • Level of innovation and competitive advantage
  • Market needs assessment
  • Impact on customer experience and customer operational efficiency
  • Level of new revenue opportunity for the organization
  • Impact on customer retention/new customer attraction
  • Level of scalability across customer base and future roadmap

The Wealth Unified Digital initiative, says Datos Insights, aligns with the ever-increasing number of Millennial- and Generation X-age wealth clients seeking modern banking tools and digital-first access.

“Wealth management clients often hold banking, brokerage and trust relationships on separate platforms, each with its own login and interface,” said Wally Okby, Strategic Advisor, Wealth Management for Datos Insights. “That structure mirrors how a bank is organized internally rather than how a client experiences the relationship. A generational wealth transfer is moving trillions of dollars toward Millennial and Generation X beneficiaries who expect digital-first, personalized experiences, and WealthTech competitors are setting a new bar for streamlined digital experience. Old National’s Wealth Unified Digital initiative addresses this gap.”

(TSXV: NOW) (the “Company” or “NowVertical”) is pleased to announce that it has closed the second and final tranche of its previously announced “best efforts” private placement offering and issued 10,000 convertible debenture units (the “Convertible Debenture Units”) for aggregate gross proceeds of $10,000,000 (the “Closing”). Together with the Company’s previously announced issuance of 42,500,000 units of the Company on October 20, 2026, the Company raised aggregate gross proceeds of $15,100,000 (the “Offering”).

Clarus Securities Inc. acted as sole agent and bookrunner (the “Agent”) in respect of the Offering.

Each Convertible Debenture Unit is comprised of $1,000 principal amount of 10% senior unsecured convertible debentures (the “Convertible Debentures”) of the Company and 2,500 share purchase warrants (each, a “Debenture Warrant”). The Convertible Debentures will mature on the date that is 36 months following the Closing and are convertible into Class A Subordinate Voting Shares of the Company (each, a “Subordinate Voting Share”), at the holders’ option, at a price of $0.20 per Subordinate Voting Share. Each Debenture Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one (1) Subordinate Voting Share at a price of $0.25 for 36 months following the Closing. Pursuant to the debenture indenture governing the Convertible Debentures, the Company shall have the right to satisfy the payment of interest payable either in cash or Subordinate Voting Shares at a price equal to the Market Price (as defined under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) as at the date the interest becomes due and payable.

“Thank you to our team, investors and advisors, including Clarus Securities and Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP, for their support in completing this transaction,” said Andre Garber, Chief Executive Officer of NowVertical. “With a strengthened balance sheet and Kingsley Ward joining our board as Executive Chairman, we are well positioned to execute on our growth strategy and deliver lasting value for our shareholders.”

“I am pleased to be partnering with Andre and the NowVertical team as we build the company into a world-class leader in data engineering and analytics,” said Kingsley Ward, Executive Chairman of NowVertical.

As previously announced, the Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to strengthen its balance sheet, support the execution of its growth strategy and for working capital and general corporate purposes.

In consideration for the Agent’s services in connection with the Convertible Debenture Unit portion of the Offering, the Agent received a cash commission of $297,950.

Certain directors, officers and their affiliates participated in the Convertible Debenture Unit portion of the Offering and acquired 616 Convertible Debenture Units (excluding J.R. Kingsley Ward who was appointed as a director of the Company in connection with the initial closing of the Offering). Participation in the Offering by insiders of the Company constitutes a “related party transaction” within the meaning of Multilateral Instrument 61-101 – Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions (“MI 61-101”). The issuance of securities to insiders of the Company is exempt from the valuation requirement of MI 61-101 by virtue of the exemption contained in section 5.5(b) as the Company’s shares are not listed on a specified market and from the minority shareholder approval requirements of MI 61-101 by virtue of the exemption contained in section 5.7(1)(a) of MI 61-101, in that the fair market value of the consideration of the securities issued to the insiders of the Company does not exceed twenty-five percent of the Company’s market capitalization. The Company did not file a material change report at least 21 days in advance of the Closing as the participation of such directors, officers and their affiliates in the Offering had not been confirmed at that time.

The Convertible Debenture Units and the underlying Subordinate Voting Shares and Debenture Warrants are subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the Closing.

“The Salute to the Policy Makers Gala is EWNJ’s biennial celebration of New Jersey’s top women executives and leaders,” said Onome N. Adejemilua, Esq., EWNJ Board President-Elect and EWNJ Salute Committee Chair. “For more than 40 years, our mission has been to recognize and affirm the work of women. The Salute Gala brings together remarkable women from public and private sectors to recognize their excellence, resilience and achievements, while also supporting the next generation of women leaders through our Graduate Merit Award Program.”
