Lars B. Eller, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “2026 is shaping up to be a historic year of profitability and growth with year-to-date earnings per share increasing 39.8% to $2.39. Throughout the 2026 nine-month period, our team has worked hard to expand our net interest margin, control operating expenses, grow our balance sheet, and maintain excellent asset quality. We are encouraged by the progress we have made across these key priorities and believe we are well positioned to sustain our positive momentum through the remainder of 2026 and into 2027.”

Income Statement
Net income for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, was $11.5 million, compared to $8.9 million for the same period last year. Net income per basic and diluted share for the 2026 third quarter was $0.84, compared to $0.64 for the same period last year. Net income for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, was $32.9 million, compared to $23.5 million for the same period last year. Net income per basic and diluted share for the 2026 nine months was $2.39, compared to $1.71 for the same period last year.

Mr. Eller continued: “We believe F&M is well positioned to navigate a higher interest rate environment and capitalize on opportunities to further expand our net interest margin. With loan repricing opportunities extending through 2028, we believe we have a favorable backdrop to support interest income growth in the coming quarters and years. Combined with our disciplined approach to deposit pricing and funding costs, we remain optimistic about our ability to maintain the significant improvement in net interest margin achieved over the past year.”

Deposits
At September 30, 2026, total deposits were $2.96 billion, an increase of 7.7%, or $210.6 million from September 30, 2025. For the three months ended September 30, 2026, F&M’s cost of interest-bearing liabilities was 2.59%, compared to 2.83% in the same period last year.

Loan Portfolio and Asset Quality
Total loans, net at September 30, 2026, increased 3.0%, or by $79.0 million to $2.74 billion, compared to $2.66 billion at September 30, 2025. The year-over-year increase was driven primarily by higher agricultural, commercial and industrial, and consumer real estate loans, partially offset by lower commercial real estate, consumer, and agricultural real estate loans.

F&M continues to closely monitor its loan portfolio with a particular emphasis on higher risk sectors. Nonperforming loans continue to normalize on a year-over-year basis and were $6.2 million, or 0.23% of total loans at September 30, 2026, compared to $7.4 million, or 0.27% of total loans at June 30, 2026, and $5.2 million, or 0.19% of total loans at September 30, 2025.

F&M maintains a well-balanced, diverse, and high performing CRE portfolio. CRE loans represented 48.2% of the Company’s total loan portfolio at September 30, 2026. F&M’s CRE portfolio included the following categories at September 30, 2026 (*):

Mr. Eller concluded, “Our relationship-based banking model and local decision-making continue to differentiate F&M across our Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan markets. We maintain a healthy lending pipeline, reflecting continued opportunities to support businesses and consumers throughout our communities. Our local market knowledge and disciplined underwriting practices allow us to remain selective in pursuing new business while maintaining strong asset quality. We believe this balanced approach to profitable growth, combined with our continued focus on operational efficiency and shareholder returns, positions F&M to build upon our strong financial performance.”

Stockholders’ Equity and Dividends
Total stockholders’ equity increased 6.9% to $386.9 million, or $28.12 per share at September 30, 2026, from $361.8 million, or $26.31 per share at September 30, 2025. The Company had a Tier 1 leverage ratio of 9.14% at September 30, 2026, compared to 8.74% at September 30, 2025.

On a per share basis, tangible stockholders’ equity at September 30, 2026, was $21.62 per share, compared to $19.71 per share at September 30, 2025. Tangible stockholders’ equity and tangible book value per share are non-GAAP financial measures; see “Use of Non-GAAP Financial Measures.”

F&M is committed to returning capital to shareholders and has increased the annual cash dividend for 32 consecutive years. For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the Company declared cash dividends of $0.71 per share, representing a 6.0% increase over the same period last year. For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the dividend payout ratio was 29.34% compared to 38.64% for the same period last year.

As part of F&M’s disciplined approach to capital management, the Company has continued to actively repurchase shares of F&M common stock. These repurchases are intended, in part, to help offset dilution associated with equity-based management compensation while supporting F&M’s broader objective of managing capital in a manner that enhances long-term shareholder value.

Mr. Eller concluded, “One of the most rewarding aspects of our continued financial success is the ability to share that success with our shareholders. Our 32nd consecutive annual dividend increase, and third quarter special dividend, are testaments to the strength of our franchise, the consistency of our financial performance, and our disciplined approach to capital management. We believe the combination of profitable growth, a strong balance sheet, and consistent capital returns positions F&M to create meaningful long-term value for our shareholders.”

APPENDIX

Forward Looking Statements

This press release contains forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 that are based on the Company’s management’s beliefs and assumptions and on information currently available to the Company’s management. These statements include, but are not limited to, statements regarding the Company’s expectations of future performance, including the Company’s preliminary third quarter revenue and Adjusted EBITDA. Forward-looking statements can be identified by terms such as “anticipate”, “believe”, “could”, “estimate”, “expect”, “intend”, “may”, “plan”, “potential”, “predict”, “project”, “seek”, “should”, “will”, “would” or similar expressions and the negatives of those terms. Such statements are not historical facts but rather are based on the Company’s current expectations or beliefs concerning future events. Forward-looking statements involve known and unknown risks, uncertainties and other factors, that may cause our actual results to be materially different from any future results contemplated by the forward-looking statements, including those described in the registration statements and periodic reports the Company files with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), including the Company’s final prospectus dated June 30, 2026 and filed with the SEC on July 2, 2026. Given these uncertainties, you should not place undue reliance on forward-looking statements. Any forward-looking statement speaks only as of the date on which it was made, and the Company does not undertake any obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statement, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise, except as required by law. When considering these forward-looking statements, you should keep in mind the risk factors and other cautionary statements in the Company’s registration statements and periodic reports.

Non-GAAP Financial Measures

This press release includes Adjusted EBITDA, a financial measure that is not calculated in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States (“GAAP”). ITG defines Adjusted EBITDA as net income (loss) plus or minus (i) interest expense, (ii) interest income, (iii) income tax (benefit) expense, (iv) depreciation expense, (v) amortization of intangibles, (vi) other expense, net, (vii) equity-based compensation, (viii) transaction costs, (ix) restructuring, integration and business optimization costs, and (x) change in fair value of contingent liabilities. Management uses this non-GAAP financial measure to evaluate the Company’s operating performance, and the Company believes it provides useful supplemental information to investors in evaluating period-to-period operating performance.

Non-GAAP financial measures should not be considered in isolation from, or as a substitute for, financial information presented in accordance with GAAP, and may not be comparable to similarly titled measures used by other companies.

The Company is not providing a quantitative reconciliation of its preliminary third quarter Adjusted EBITDA to net income (loss), the most directly comparable GAAP measure, due to the uncertainty and inherent difficulty of predicting certain items that affect GAAP results, including, as applicable, acquisition-related costs, stock-based compensation, interest expense, depreciation and amortization, tax impacts, and other items that may be material. Accordingly, a reconciliation is not available without unreasonable effort. The variability of these items could have a significant impact on the Company’s third quarter Adjusted EBITDA.

DENVER, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — First Western Financial, Inc. (“First Western” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: MYFW), today reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Net income available to common shareholders was $6.0 million, or $0.60 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2026. This compares to net income of $5.7 million, or $0.57 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2026, and net income of $3.2 million, or $0.32 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2025.

Scott C. Wylie, CEO of First Western, commented, “Our third quarter results demonstrate continued execution and progress across our business, underscored by strong loan and deposit growth, accelerating loan production, further expansion in our net interest margin and disciplined expense management. Healthy client demand in our markets drove robust loan growth during the quarter, while continued growth in noninterest-bearing deposits reflects the strength of our relationship-based banking model and our ongoing focus on improving our funding mix. Together, these trends contributed to strong growth in net interest income and pre-provision net revenue, while asset quality remained stable.

“We remain encouraged by the strength of our loan pipeline and the opportunities we see across our markets. With continued momentum in our core banking franchise, disciplined expense management and a strong balance sheet, we believe we are well positioned to continue improving profitability and creating long-term value for our shareholders,” said Mr. Wylie.

Net Interest Margin

Net interest margin for the third quarter of 2026 increased 5 basis points to 2.95% from 2.90% reported in the second quarter of 2026, primarily due to an increase in yield on average interest-earning assets, partially offset by an increase in cost of funds. The yield on interest-earning assets increased 7 basis points to 5.65% from 5.58% reported in the second quarter of 2026, while the cost of funds increased 2 basis points to 2.88% from 2.86% reported in the second quarter of 2026. The increase in yield on interest-earning assets was primarily driven by an increase in loan yields. The increase in cost of funds was primarily driven by higher cost of deposits as a result of higher rates on money market accounts.

Relative to the third quarter of 2025, net interest margin increased 41 basis points from 2.54% due to a 35 basis point decrease in cost of funds as a result of the lower interest rate environment and an increase in yield on average interest-earning assets.

Net Interest Income

Net interest income for the third quarter of 2026 was $23.0 million, an increase of 5.5% from $21.8 million for the second quarter of 2026. The increase was primarily driven by a 5 basis point increase in net interest margin and an $81.1 million increase in average interest-earning assets. Relative to the third quarter of 2025, Net interest income increased 17.9% from $19.5 million. The increase compared to the third quarter of 2025 was primarily driven by a 41 basis point increase in net interest margin and an increase in average interest-earning assets.

Non-interest Income

Non-interest income for the third quarter of 2026 was $5.8 million, a decrease of 9.4% from $6.4 million in the second quarter of 2026. The decrease was primarily driven by decreases in Net gain on mortgage loans and Bank fees, partially offset by an increase in Trust and investment management fees. The decrease in Net gain on mortgage loans was primarily driven by lower origination volume. The decrease in Bank fees was primarily driven by lower prepayment penalty and swap income.

Relative to the third quarter of 2025, Non-interest income decreased $1.0 million, primarily driven by a decrease in Net gain on mortgage loans primarily driven by lower origination volume.

Non-interest Expense

Non-interest expense for the third quarter of 2026 was $20.8 million, a decrease of 1.9% from $21.2 million in the second quarter of 2026. The decrease was primarily driven by reduced Salaries and employee benefits and Technology and information systems, partially offset by an increase in Occupancy and equipment. The decrease in Salaries and employee benefits was primarily driven by reduced employer payroll taxes. The decrease in Technology and information systems was primarily attributable to a $0.4 million nonrecurring charge related to the write-off of certain previously capitalized technology assets recorded in the second quarter of 2026. The increase in Occupancy and equipment was driven by an increase in variable lease costs.

Relative to the third quarter of 2025, Non-interest expense increased 3.5% from $20.1 million, primarily driven by an increase in Salaries and employee benefits due to an increase in headcount, partially offset by a decrease in bonus accruals.

The Company’s efficiency ratio(1) was 72.2% in the third quarter of 2026, compared to 74.0% in the second quarter of 2026 and 76.4% in the third quarter of 2025.

Relative to the second quarter of 2026, tax expense decreased $0.4 million primarily due to a $0.4 million benefit from a clean fuel tax credit purchased during the third quarter of 2026.

Loans

Total loans held for investment were $2.81 billion as of September 30, 2026, an increase of $95.0 million, or 3.5%, from $2.72 billion as of June 30, 2026. The decrease in AUM during the quarter was primarily attributable to lower market values in low fee account types. Compared to September 30, 2025, total AUM decreased 2.9% from $7.43 billion due to lower market values in low fee account types, partially offset by increased net contributions.

Those risks and uncertainties include, without limitation, the risk of geographic concentration in Colorado, Arizona, Wyoming, California, and Montana; the risk of changes in the economy affecting real estate values and liquidity; the risk in our ability to continue to originate residential real estate loans and sell such loans; risks specific to commercial loans and borrowers; the risk of claims and litigation pertaining to our fiduciary responsibilities; the risk of changes in interest rates could reduce our net interest margins and Net interest income; increased credit risk, including as a result of deterioration in economic conditions, could require us to increase our allowance for credit losses and could have a material adverse effect on our results of operations and financial condition; the risk in our ability to maintain a strong core deposit base or other low-cost funding sources. Additional information regarding these and other risks and uncertainties to which our business and future financial performance are subject is contained in our Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on February 27, 2026 (“Form 10-K”), and other documents we file with the SEC from time to time. We urge readers of this news release to review the “Risk Factors” section our Form 10-K and any updates to those risk factors set forth in our subsequent Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, Current Reports on Form 8-K, and our other filings with the SEC. Also, our actual financial results in the future may differ from those currently expected due to additional risks and uncertainties of which we are not currently aware or which we do not currently view as, but in the future may become, material to our business or operating results. Due to these and other possible uncertainties and risks, readers are cautioned not to place undue reliance on the forward-looking statements contained in this news release, which speak only as of today’s date, or to make predictions based solely on historical financial performance. Diluted EPS up 50%; Net Income Increases 43%; Quarterly Loan Originations Grow by 109%; Total Portfolio Exceeds $4.7 Billion- Highest in Company History

LAS VEGAS, NV, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: CPSS) (“CPS” or the “Company”), an independent specialty finance company, today announced financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2026.

  • Accelerating Revenue: Total Revenue of $131.9 million, an increase of 22% over Q3 2025.
  • Triple-Digit Loan Origination Growth: New loan origination volume increased 109% year-over- year to $815 million of automobile contracts purchased in Q3 2026.
  • Record Portfolio Size: Total owned portfolio reached a record $4.71 billion as of Q3 2026, up 25% from Q3 2025.

  • Strengthening Collateral Recovery Rates: Net recovery rates at auctions rose to 32% as of Q3 2026, up from 29% as of Q3 2025.

Chief Executive Officer Commentary
“Our accelerating origination volume is demonstrating strong operating leverage in our business, as increases to net income are outpacing revenue and driving solid financial results, “said Charles E. Bradley, Chief Executive Officer. “Both the broadening of our dealership network and the deepening of relationships with existing dealers allows us to accelerate origination volume and capture market share, while remaining selective on the contracts we purchase.”

THIRD QUARTER 2026 RESULTS

Revenue- Total revenue for the third quarter of 2026 was $131.9 million, an increase of $23.5 million, or 21.7%, compared to $108.4 million for the third quarter of 2025. Total revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, was $365.6 million, an increase of approximately $40.5 million, or 12.5% compared to $325.1 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2025. Interest income, for both the third quarter and first nine months of 2026, was the largest driver of the increase in total revenue. The increase in interest income over the prior year periods is due to the growth in the loan portfolio from accelerating loan origination volume across an expanding dealer network.

Expenses- Total operating expenses for the third quarter of 2026 were $121.8 million compared to $101.4 million for the third quarter of 2025. Total operating expenses for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, were $338.5 million, compared to $304.3 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2025. The increase in expense for both the third quarter and first nine months of 2026 is largely due to interest expense in conjunction with the increase in loan origination volumes. Interest expense comprised approximately 58% of total operating expenses for both the third quarter and first nine months of 2026 and 2025, demonstrating discipline in the cost structure of our borrowings as the portfolio grows.

Pretax Income- Pretax income for the third quarter of 2026 increased 44.3%, or $3.1 million to $10.1 million, compared to $7.0 million for the third quarter of 2025. Pretax income for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, increased 30.3%, or $6.3 million to $27.1 million, compared to $20.8 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2025.

Net Income- Net income for the third quarter of 2026 increased 43.3%, or $2.1 million to $7.0 million, compared to $4.9 million for the third quarter of 2025. Net income for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, increased 30.8%, or $4.4 million to $18.7 million, compared to $14.3 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2025. The increase to net income in both the third quarter and first nine months of 2026 is attributable to the increases in loan origination volume. The increases in net income outpacing the increases in revenue demonstrates strong operating leverage across the Company.

Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS)- Diluted earnings per share for the third quarter of 2026 increased 50.0%, or $0.10 per share to $0.30 per share, compared to $0.20 per share for the third quarter of 2025. Diluted earnings per share for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, increased 35.6%, or $0.21 per share to $0.80 per share, compared to $0.59 per share for the nine months ended September 30, 2025. Growth in diluted earnings per share was driven by higher net income alongside a lower diluted share count during the period.

THIRD QUARTER 2026 OPERATIONAL OVERVIEW

During the third quarter and first nine months of 2026, the Company grew the portfolio to record levels and demonstrated positive credit performance across delinquencies, charge-offs, and auction recovery rates.

Loan Origination Volume (Contract Purchases)- Contract purchases for the third quarter of 2026 increased 108.5%, or $424.2 million to $815.3 million, compared to $391.1 million for the third quarter of 2025. Contract purchases for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, increased 65.2%, or $831.0 million to $2.106 billion, compared to $1.275 billion for the nine months ended September 30, 2025. The accelerating volume across both periods was driven by expanding our dealership base through strategic additions to our sales force, as well as enhancements that increased the speed and efficiency of contract underwriting and funding.

Loan Portfolio- The loan portfolio at the end of the third quarter of 2026 totaled $4.711 billion, an increase of 25.3% from $3.760 billion at the end of the third quarter of 2025. This represents 21 consecutive quarters of growth in the loan portfolio.

Clears Pathway for Execution of Future R&D Milestone Events such as the Phase 1b, FIH Study for PRP in up to 50 Advanced Cancer Patients with Solid Tumors, First Quarter, 2027

MELBOURNE, Australia, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — In a release issued under the same headline earlier today, please note that in the third paragraph of the release, the “Reverse Stock Split date” should be “October 26, 2026,” not “October 19, 2026,” as previously stated. This correction is being issued to reflect the correct Reverse Stock Split date. The corrected release follows:

Propanc Biopharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: PPCB) (“Propanc” or the “Company”), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel treatments for chronic diseases including recurrent and metastatic cancer, today announced that its Board of Directors, approved a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (“Reverse Stock Split”). The Reverse Stock Split is anticipated to be effective as of the open of the market October 26, 2026.

As a result of the Reverse Stock Split, every 10 pre-split shares of Company common stock outstanding will automatically combine into one new share of common stock without any action on the part of the holders, and the number of outstanding common shares will be reduced from approximately 10,331,116 million shares (as of October 8, 2026) to approximately 1,033,112 million shares on a pro forma basis. Fractional shares resulting from the Reverse Stock Split will be rounded up to the nearest whole share on a per shareholder basis (per participant basis at DTC). The Reverse Stock Split will not affect the par value of the Company’s common stock.

The Company anticipates that the effective time of the Reverse Stock Split will be before market open on October 26, 2026, with the common stock trading on a post-split basis under the Company’s existing trading symbol, “PPCB,” with a new CUSIP number, 74346N883. Securities Transfer Corporation, the Company’s transfer agent, will act as the exchange agent for the Reverse Stock Split.

“The Reverse Stock Split is being implemented to enable the Company to expeditiously restore compliance with the continued listing standards of the Nasdaq Stock Market and Nasdaq’s $1.00 minimum bid price requirement and support future growth plans,” said Mr. James Nathanielsz, Propanc’s Chief Executive Officer. “We are excited about the advancement of our lead asset, PRP, as we prepare for our Phase 1b, First-In-Human (FIH) study, in up to 50 advanced cancer patients with solid tumors in the first quarter of 2027. By undertaking this important corporate action, we will clear the pathway for execution of future R&D milestone events that we believe will be transformative for the Company and its shareholders.”

Minneapolis, MN, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Sezzle Inc. (NASDAQ: SEZL) (Sezzle or Company) today announced that it has filed an application with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to charter a national bank, Sezzle Bank, N.A. and applied to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for deposit insurance.

If approved, Sezzle Bank would offer a broad range of banking products and services, including FDIC-insured deposit accounts, checking and savings accounts, and credit products. Sezzle Bank would focus on digitally native consumers, including those new to credit, and who tend to avoid using more traditional credit products such as credit cards, to provide a choice of lending options.

As a national bank, Sezzle Bank would be subject to ongoing supervision and examination by the OCC, including for safety and soundness, consumer compliance, Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering, and fair lending. Sezzle will apply to become a bank holding company subject to consolidated supervision by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

“Applying for a national bank charter reflects our commitment to operating under the highest standards of federal oversight,” said Charlie Youakim, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Sezzle. “A charter would allow us to offer a broader set of banking products to people who prefer BNPL and digitally native banking products, with the same federal supervision that applies to every national bank.”

The filing begins Sezzle’s formal charter application process. There is no change for Sezzle customers at this time, and Sezzle will continue working with its existing lending partners. Regulatory approvals are not guaranteed, and Sezzle will provide updates as appropriate.

About Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP

Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP was formed in 1998 under the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act for the primary purpose of acquiring, holding, selling and otherwise dealing with a portfolio of mortgage revenue bonds which have been issued to provide construction and/or permanent financing for affordable multifamily, seniors and student housing properties. The Partnership is pursuing a business strategy of acquiring additional mortgage revenue bonds and other investments on a leveraged basis. The Partnership expects and believes the interest earned on these mortgage revenue bonds is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. The Partnership seeks to achieve its investment growth strategy by investing in additional mortgage revenue bonds and other investments as permitted by its Second Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement, dated December 5, 2022, (the “Partnership Agreement”), taking advantage of attractive financing structures available in the securities market, and entering into interest rate risk management instruments. Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP press releases are available at www.ghiinvestors.com.
