Named winner in the 2026 Datos Insights Impact Awards in Wealth Management
Old National Bank Datos Insights award winner 2026
Old National Bank Datos Insights award winner 2026
NEW YORK, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — (NASDAQ: ONB)– Old National Bancorp (“Old National”) has been named the award winner in the “Best Innovation in Digital Client Experience” category for the 2026 Impact Awards in Wealth Management, presented by Datos Insights. The award was presented on Oct. 21 at the Wealth Management Forum in New York.
Old National was recognized for its new Wealth Unified Digital initiative. Built on the Candescent digital banking platform, the initiative gives eligible wealth clients a single digital entry point to view brokerage and trust relationships alongside their banking accounts, with single sign-on (SSO) into each underlying platform.
“Wealth Unified Digital is about organizing the experience around our clients rather than asking clients to navigate our internal systems,” said Old National’s Philip Barnes, Community Banking & Wealth CIO, who accepted the award at the Wealth Management Forum on behalf of the bank. “By bringing banking and wealth relationships together through one digital front door, we have created a stronger foundation for serving clients in simpler, more connected, and increasingly personalized ways. I am incredibly proud of the team that brought this vision to life.”
Under the new Wealth Unified Digital initiative, Old National improved data accuracy from approximately 85% to 99% ahead of launch, featuring a privacy-first client design. A phased roll-out beginning with a small initial release in May 2026, and expanding through successive advisor-portfolio waves, extended access to approximately 26,000 wealth clients by mid-June.
A panel of external experts judge the Datos Insights Impact Awards nominations based on:
Level of innovation and competitive advantage
Market needs assessment
Impact on customer experience and customer operational efficiency
Level of new revenue opportunity for the organization
Impact on customer retention/new customer attraction
Level of scalability across customer base and future roadmap
The Wealth Unified Digital initiative, says Datos Insights, aligns with the ever-increasing number of Millennial- and Generation X-age wealth clients seeking modern banking tools and digital-first access.
“Wealth management clients often hold banking, brokerage and trust relationships on separate platforms, each with its own login and interface,” said Wally Okby, Strategic Advisor, Wealth Management for Datos Insights. “That structure mirrors how a bank is organized internally rather than how a client experiences the relationship. A generational wealth transfer is moving trillions of dollars toward Millennial and Generation X beneficiaries who expect digital-first, personalized experiences, and WealthTech competitors are setting a new bar for streamlined digital experience. Old National’s Wealth Unified Digital initiative addresses this gap.”

U.S.-designed and built platforms available for orders, delivering affordable, mission-ready capabilities for U.S. Navy and allied maritime operations
SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Red Cat Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RCAT) (“Red Cat” or the “Company”), a U.S.-based provider of advanced all-domain drone and robotic solutions for defense and national security, today announced the introduction of its B-Series portfolio of uncrewed surface vessels (USVs) through its Blue Ops maritime division.
The portfolio includes the B-26 (formerly Variant 7); the B-18, an 18-foot USV designed for tactical and one-way attack missions; and the B-39, a 39-foot vessel already in low-rate production. Both the B-18 and B-39 are available for orders now, providing the U.S. Navy and allied forces with affordable, reliable maritime platforms to address immediate operational requirements.
The B-Series establishes a unified naming convention for Blue Ops’ growing family of U.S.-designed and built autonomous maritime systems, with designations reflecting vessel length in feet, which is the traditional American methodology for naval and commercial shipbuilding. Building on its flagship B-26, Blue Ops is expanding its portfolio to support tactical reconnaissance, one-way attack, persistent maritime defense and logistics missions.
The B-18 has completed sea trials and is available for orders ahead of its original schedule. Built around the internationally recognized form factor for one-way attack vessels, the B-18 combines advanced hardware, a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) architecture and combat-proven capabilities to deliver an affordable, reliable solution for modern naval operations.
Developed with U.S. Navy requirements in mind, including deployment from Littoral Combat Ships, the B-18 is designed for tactical reconnaissance, shipboard launch and recovery, and one-way attack missions. As the Navy reassesses its autonomous surface vessel requirements and explores more capable, cost-effective alternatives, Blue Ops is positioned to address this immediate demand.
The B-39, a 39-foot USV already in low-rate production and available for orders, is built on an established commercial vessel platform with a proven manufacturing foundation. The vessel delivers increased range, endurance and payload capacity for persistent maritime operations, defense and logistics.
With its modular architecture, flexible payload integration and advanced autonomous capabilities, the B-39 is designed to support persistent maritime surveillance, integrated defense systems and extended operations in demanding naval environments. Its established commercial production history provides a proven foundation for rapid fielding, scalable manufacturing, and cost-effective deployment, while enabling the integration of advanced sensors, mission-specific payloads and interoperable command-and-control systems.
“The Navy doesn’t need examples of what autonomous vessels might deliver years from now. It needs affordable, reliable systems that perform in real-world conditions and are available today,” said Barry Hinckley, President of Blue Ops. “That’s exactly what we’re building at Blue Ops. From one-way attack and tactical reconnaissance to maritime defense and logistics, our B-Series vessels are designed to meet immediate operational needs. Combined with Red Cat’s aerial assets, we’re delivering a complete family of systems that gives U.S. and allied forces the capabilities and flexibility to operate across air and sea.”
Since Red Cat launched Blue Ops in 2025, the division has expanded its U.S. manufacturing capabilities in Valdosta, Georgia, advanced the B-26 into full-rate production and accelerated the availability of additional maritime platforms. Together with Red Cat’s aerial portfolio, the B-Series strengthens the Company’s ability to deliver domestically manufactured autonomous systems for modern multi-domain operations.

BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. Expands Beyond Nevada with Texas Leasehold Portfolio and Advances Herrin-1 Feasibility Evaluation
BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. (OTC: BFNH) (“BFNH”) (“Company”) announces the expansion of its oil and gas asset portfolio beyond Nevada through a 100% leasehold interest in two oil and gas leases totaling approximately 67.59 acres in Liberty County, Texas – www.bioforceeclipse.com
HOUSTON, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. (OTC: BFNH) (“BFNH”) (“Company”) announces the expansion of its oil and gas asset portfolio beyond Nevada through a 100% leasehold interest in two oil and gas leases totaling approximately 67.59 acres in Liberty County, Texas.
An approximately 27.40-acre lease entered into by BFNH with a private lessor.
The Texas General Land Office approved the 40.19-acre lease assignment. The assignment was recorded in the official public records of Liberty County, Texas, under Document No. 2026029454 on October 6, 2026. The separate 27.40-acre private lease is dated October 4, 2026.
BFNH’s 100% leasehold interest remains subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable leases, including lessor royalty interests, overriding royalties, production burdens, and other applicable obligations.
Herrin-1 Opportunity
BFNH has received an engineering evaluation prepared by Hagen Consulting, LLC, effective January 1, 2026, for the Herrin-1 property. For the property and ownership evaluated in that report, the evaluation identifies gross estimate “Proved Developed Behind Pipe Reserves” of:
Reserve Category
Estimate Gross Reserves
Oil
285,730 barrels
Natural Gas
23,512,340 Mcf *
*The reported natural-gas volume is an estimated 23.5 billion cubic feet.
Herrin-1 is currently shut in and not producing. BFNH is conducting a comprehensive feasibility analysis of the gross estimates, including, but not limited to, engineering, operations, infrastructure, title, regulatory, environmental, production, and financial considerations.
Based on currently available information, BFNH estimates that the capital required to evaluate, repair, rework, equip, and potentially return Herrin-1 to production could be at least approximately $2.5 million or more. This preliminary estimate is subject to change and does not constitute a final development budget, financing commitment, or decision to undertake any particular work.
The evaluation was prepared for CELT eResources LLC before the lease transfer to BFNH and has not been independently updated or reissued for BFNH.
BFNH has not made a final determination regarding the timing, scope, funding, execution, or commercial viability of any potential work on Herrin-1.
Portfolio Expansion and Additional Opportunities
In addition to evaluating Herrin-1, BFNH continues to assess potential opportunities to expand and diversify its energy portfolio, including opportunities outside Liberty County, Texas.
Potential opportunities may include additional oil and gas leasehold interests, prospective resource projects, strategic acquisitions, technical partnerships, and other assets that could complement the Company’s existing activities. BFNH’s objective is to identify opportunities that may support the development of multiple initiatives over time while maintaining disciplined review of title, ownership, reserves, engineering, infrastructure, regulatory, environmental, financing, and commercial considerations.
No assurance can be given that BFNH will acquire or develop any additional assets, that any potential opportunity will result in production or revenue, or that any such opportunity will contribute to the Company’s growth. Any future acquisition, development, partnership, or investment decision will be subject to further due diligence, applicable approvals, available financing, and definitive agreements.
Management Statement
“BFNH has established direct control of two Liberty County leasehold interests totaling approximately 67.59 acres and is advancing a disciplined technical evaluation of the Herrin-1 opportunity,” said Gustavo Taboada, BFNH’s Chief Geoscience Officer.
He further stated, “Our immediate priority is to evaluate the available geological, engineering, wellbore, infrastructure, title, regulatory, environmental, and financial information before determining whether any repair, rework, re-equipping, or production-restoration program is justified or economically viable. We are also reviewing additional opportunities that could broaden BFNH’s energy portfolio and support the advancement of multiple initiatives over time, subject to appropriate due diligence and available financing.”
“Expanding beyond Nevada into Texas gives BFNH an additional opportunity and broadens our asset portfolio,” said Richard Kaiser, Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of BFNH. “We are taking a disciplined approach by completing the necessary technical and financial analysis before determining whether and how to advance Herrin-1 as well as the Company’s other holdings.”
Related-Party Disclosure
The approximately 40.19-acre lease was assigned to BFNH by CELT eResources LLC, an entity under common control with BFNH through Nexus Capital Investments, Inc. The assignment is therefore a related-party transaction. Nexus Capital Investments, Inc. is BFNH’s majority shareholder.
About BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc.
BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. (OTC: BFNH) is a publicly traded company pursuing and evaluating oil/gas opportunities across its asset portfolio, including its Nevada leases and its newly expanded Texas leasehold interests. The Company evaluates opportunities based on technical, operational, regulatory, and financial considerations – www.bioforceeclipse.com.
Cautionary Statement Regarding Gross Reserve Information
The reserve estimate information in this release comes from the Hagen Consulting, LLC engineering evaluation prepared for CELT eResources LLC, effective January 1, 2026. BFNH received it in connection with the completed lease acquisition. The estimates remain subject to the assumptions, limitations, ownership interests, methodology, definitions, and effective date stated in that evaluation. The reported volumes apply only to the Herrin-1 property and ownership evaluated in the report and do not apply to the separate approximately 27.40-acre lease. Both CELT eResources, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and BFNH are controlled by Nexus Capital Investments, Inc. (“Nexus”).
The estimated reported volumes do not guarantee production, recovery, revenue, profitability, or shareholder returns. Herrin-1 is not currently producing, and BFNH has not made a final decision regarding development, funding, reactivation, production, timing, scope, or commercial viability.
Reserve estimates do not guarantee production, recovery, revenue, profitability, or shareholder returns. Actual results may differ materially due to reservoir performance, geological conditions, wellbore and equipment condition, completion requirements, title and ownership matters, permitting, regulatory and environmental requirements, operating costs, commodity prices, financing availability, infrastructure requirements, and other factors.
The fact that Herrin-1 has been evaluated as containing estimated reported reserve volumes does not mean that the well is currently producing or that BFNH has determined that production can be restored economically.

Safety Standardization Mandatory Code and Insurance Exposure
SKYX’s Safety Code Standardization Team is receiving support from a prominent new leader in connection with its government safety agency process for mandatory safety standardization of its electrical ceiling outlet/receptacle technology.
SKYX’s code team is led by industry veterans Mark Earley, former head of the National Electrical Code (NEC), and Eric Jacobson, former President and CEO of the American Lighting Association (ALA). The Company’s Safety Code Standardization Team believes it will garner assistance from additional safety organizations in its mandatory safety code standardization efforts based on the product’s significant safety aspects. Mr. Earley and Mr. Jacobson were instrumental in numerous code and safety changes in both the electrical and lighting industries. Both strongly believe that, considering the Company’s standardization progress, including ANSI / NEMA (American National Standards Institute / National Electrical Manufacturers Association) voting to approve its product specification and its technology being voted into 10 segments of the NEC Code Book, its technology has met the necessary safety conditions for becoming a ceiling safety standardization requirement for homes and buildings.
The Company strongly believes its products can save insurance companies many billions of dollars annually by minimizing risks (e.g., reducing fires, ladder fall injuries, and electrocutions). Management expects that insurance companies will use the Company’s range and variations of its safe advanced plug & play products to reduce their exposure and minimize their risks.

Acquisition Structured With No Shareholder Dilution; Company Remains Debt-Free With Acquisition Funding Already in Place
Company to Rebrand as “GPU Exchange” and Plans to Change Its Nasdaq Ticker to “XGPU”
Due Diligence Substantially Complete; Closing Anticipated in Early November 2026
LAKEWOOD, NJ, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Reliance Global Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: EZRA) (“Reliance,” “EZRA” or the “Company”) today announced that on September 23, 2026, it executed a non-binding letter of intent (the “LOI”) to acquire the assets of a GPU cloud provider and marketplace operator delivering on-demand computing infrastructure for AI training, inference and other demanding workloads. The proposed acquisition would mark Reliance’s entry into the AI cloud market, with plans to scale rapidly through investment in a Company-owned GPU fleet and expansion of the acquisition target’s proprietary marketplace.
The business being acquired delivers on-demand computing capacity for artificial intelligence and other compute-intensive applications while enabling third-party GPU owners to earn revenue by offering their hardware through its platform. Reliance intends to build on this operating foundation by acquiring additional graphics processing units (“GPUs”), increasing available computing capacity and broadening marketplace participation.
The proposed acquisition is structured to result in no dilution to existing shareholders, as the purchase price is payable entirely in cash and no shares of the Company’s common stock will be issued as consideration for the acquisition, and the funds required to complete the transaction are already in place. Under the LOI, $3,375,000 is payable at closing, consisting of $3,000,000 in cash and $375,000 funded into escrow. A further $375,000 is payable 12 months after closing. Both $375,000 payments are subject to the achievement of specified milestones, and the Company will also pay $250,000 of consulting fees to the founder of the business over the 12 months following closing. The LOI also provides for an optional $500,000 investment by the Company in a related company of the seller. Reliance reiterated that it is debt-free, having retired 100% of its term debt. Due diligence is substantially complete, and the Company anticipates closing in early November 2026, subject to finalizing definitive agreements and satisfying applicable closing conditions.
In connection with this strategy, Reliance plans to adopt GPU Exchange as its doing-business-as (“DBA”) name and change its Nasdaq trading symbol from EZRA to XGPU. Following completion of the acquisition, the acquired business would operate under the GPU Exchange brand. The Company will announce the effective date of any ticker change separately. Its shares currently continue to trade under EZRA.
“The proposed acquisition provides an operating foundation for our entry into AI infrastructure, with a clear strategy to scale substantially,” said Ezra Beyman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Global Group. “We believe this is the most significant step in the Company’s evolution to date. We are pursuing this acquisition with no outstanding debt, funding already in place and no dilution to existing shareholders.”
“Our focus is execution: acquiring and deploying GPUs, growing the customer base and making it easier for hardware owners to earn revenue through the marketplace,” said Judah Korman, Chief Operating Officer of Reliance Global Group. “By combining our own GPU fleet with third-party capacity, we intend to scale supply rapidly and serve more customers through a single platform. GPU Exchange will bring these efforts together under one brand.”
While Reliance continues to operate, enhance and grow the RELI Exchange platform, the Company believes the proposed acquisition creates new opportunities for expansion and scale.
Entering the Market with a Strategy for Rapid Scale
Following completion of the acquisition, Reliance intends to pursue growth through two complementary initiatives:
Acquire and scale a Company-owned GPU fleet. Invest in GPUs to provide additional computing capacity for AI training, inference, rendering and other demanding workloads.
Grow the proprietary GPU marketplace. Invest in the platform, attract additional customers and providers, and make it easier for individuals, businesses and infrastructure operators to offer GPU capacity and earn revenue when customers use it.
The Company-owned fleet would complement third-party capacity available through the marketplace, allowing the business to grow through both direct infrastructure investment and increased provider participation.
Reliance’s objective is to establish GPU Exchange as an accessible destination for customers seeking GPU computing power and hardware owners seeking to monetize available capacity. The Company intends to use the acquisition target’s existing platform as the foundation for accelerating customer adoption, increasing computing supply and scaling operations.
Transaction Status
The LOI is non-binding, and the acquisition has not yet closed. Due diligence is substantially complete, and completion remains subject to finalizing definitive agreements and satisfying applicable closing conditions. Reliance anticipates closing in early November 2026 and expects to provide additional updates as the transaction progresses.
About the Acquisition Target
The acquisition target is a GPU cloud provider and marketplace operator delivering on-demand computing resources for artificial intelligence, machine learning, rendering and other demanding workloads. Its proprietary GPU marketplace connects customers with available computing capacity and enables third-party hardware owners to earn rental revenue.
About Reliance Global Group, Inc.
Reliance Global Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: EZRA) operates insurance and technology businesses and pursues opportunities to build and scale AI-related platforms. Through the proposed acquisition, the Company intends to enter the GPU cloud and AI infrastructure market and rapidly scale the business under the planned GPU Exchange brand. Production for the first nine months of 2026 amounts to 4.1 TWh, up +11% compared with the first nine months of 2025. This increase reflects growth in capacity in operation and the ramp-up of recently commissioned power plants. Solar and wind account for 55% and 43% of production over the period respectively. It should be noted that battery storage is set to account for a gradually larger share of this energy mix (standalone storage projects and hybrid projects).
Production for the third quarter of 2026 reaches 1.7 TWh, up +29% compared with the third quarter of 2025. This strong increase benefits from the contribution of new power plants, the sharp reduction in curtailment and improved solar and wind resources.
Analysis of quarterly production by region
In Latin America, production grows by +22%, driven by improved solar and wind resources and the continued decrease in curtailment. Curtailment stands at 225 GWh in the third quarter of 2026, down 41%, confirming the improvement observed since the beginning of the year
In Europe, production grows by +10%, driven in particular by recently commissioned power plants, notably in French Guiana

Turnover from Energy Sales for the first nine months of 2026 reaches 301.7 million euros, up +24% at constant exchange rates (+27% at current exchange rates). This change reflects the contribution of capacity growth (+18%), a favourable currency effect linked to the Brazilian real and the recognition, in the first half, of compensation related to curtailment in Brazil. These drivers offset lower availability at certain wind power plants, which is in the process of being resolved.
Turnover from Energy Sales for the third quarter of 2026 reaches 111.5 million euros, up +26% at constant exchange rates (+31% at current exchange rates), driven by turnover growth across all regions and at Helexia.

[1] See appendix for details of the expected impacts of SPRING 2 Capacity as of September 30, 2026 vs capacity as of September 30, 2025. 3 The calculation of load factors was reviewed and updated during the period in order to better reflect the actual performance of the portfolio in operation. Load factors are now weighted by the installed capacity of each power plant and by the number of hours during which it was available over the period, which notably makes it possible to take into account commissionings and changes in scope during the year. The 2025 load factors presented for comparison have been restated in line with this new methodology. By way of illustration, before restatement, the solar load factor in Brazil for the first nine months of 2025 was 23%. 4 Electric vehicle charging operator. 5 Today’s announcement. 6 Press release dated 13 October 2026. 7 Section: Operational and Financial Objectives, from the press release on the 2026 half-year results, September 3, 2026.

‘Unpacking Data & AI: the Westfield approach’ organised in London at Westfield Stratford City on December 3, 2026, showcasing how data and AI enhance URW’s operating model and drive performance
Commenting on the results, Vincent ROUGET, Chief Executive Officer, said:
“Our solid Q3 results are underpinned by strong growth in tenant sales and footfall, robust leasing activity and continued reduction in vacancy to record-low levels. Positive momentum in rental uplifts was sustained during the quarter, and we are on track to achieve our FY-2026 AREPS guidance and pay a cash distribution of €5.50 per share.
During the quarter, we expanded the Westfield network through flagship rebrandings in Poland and the UK and successfully refinanced €0.5 billion at attractive spreads. Moody’s recent upgrade of the Group to Baa1 further recognises our operating and financial strength.
We are also advancing our use of data and AI to make better decisions, improve operational efficiency and drive performance for our retail partners and for URW. We look forward to sharing our progress in this area with investors and analysts in December.
With strong operating momentum, our diversified global platform and a clear focus on executing our ‘A Platform for Growth’ business plan, we have confidence in the Group’s financial trajectory despite the volatile geopolitical and macroeconomic environment.”
