HONG KONG, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — 3 E Network Technology Group Limited (Nasdaq: MASK) (the “Company” or “3 E Network”), a business-to-business (“B2B”) information technology (“IT”) business solutions provider committed to becoming a next-generation artificial intelligence (“AI”) infrastructure solutions provider, today provided an update on its Mikkeli AI compute center project in Finland. Following the Company’s announcement on October 19, 2026 regarding the disclosure of the 9 MVA core grid connection agreement executed on October 13, the Company’s management provides this supplementary disclosure to the capital markets regarding the material impact of this energy asset on the Company’s long-term commercial model. Based on the current industry conditions, this update outlines the strategic and financial implications of this high-capacity connection in helping prevent compute cluster fragmentation, supporting access to clean energy, and facilitating manufacturing schedules for core electromechanical equipment.

Addressing the European FLAP-D Market Capacity Bottleneck: Translating Infrastructure Metrics into Quantifiable Time Advantages

In the current expansion cycle, the deployment of enterprise-grade AI computing capacity faces significant geographical disparities in infrastructure availability. The transmission and distribution grids in established European data center hubs (specifically the FLAP-D markets: Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam, Paris, and Dublin) face structural capacity constraints. Constrained by prolonged environmental approval procedures for substation facility expansions, grid connection waiting periods for new data centers have extended significantly, reducing the predictability of project delivery.

In this supply-demand environment, the on-schedule delivery of underlying physical infrastructure has emerged as a central variable in the research and development cycles of large language models. For leading research enterprises that must secure large-scale computing capacity to develop trillion-parameter and next-generation multi-modal models, delays in infrastructure directly translate into substantial commercial opportunity costs.

Against this backdrop, 3 E Network’s successful acquisition of the substantive access permit to the 20 kV Medium Voltage grid in the Finnish Lake District is expected to help mitigate the macro-infrastructure execution risks for the Mikkeli project. By supporting the planned time-to-market schedule for 2027, the Company may not only enhance the predictability of the compute delivery cycle for clients but also position the project to benefit from infrastructure scarcity within the resource-constrained European market.

The Economics of Compute Density: Centralized Power Supports Network Topology and Single-Run ROI

As the number of parameters in large AI models continues to grow, the requirement for physical contiguity within data centers imposed by underlying hardware architectures becomes increasingly strict. Currently, rack power density for new-generation compute clusters can exceed 100kW. Facing these thermal loads, certain legacy facilities, which are restricted by power capacity and required to adopt distributed room layouts, may experience increasing system integration costs and reduced computing efficiency.

The planned 9 MVA high-capacity centralized power supply is expected to provide 3 E Network with more resilient physical network topology conditions. This layout supports the continuous deployment of high-density enterprise-grade compute clusters within a single, concentrated physical zone, thereby reducing potential East-West data traversal overhead associated with the distribution of computational nodes across different zones.

By reducing the length of high-speed interconnect cables between servers at the physical layer, network latency during large-scale cluster parallel training is systematically optimized. This engineering improvement is intended to directly increase the client’s model training throughput, thereby improving the return on investment (“ROI”) of a single large model training run from a financial forecasting perspective.

Reshaping the Financial Model: Clean Energy Matrix Stabilizes OPEX and Compliance Capabilities Enhance Offtake Agreement Negotiations

Within the operating expenditure (“OPEX”) structure of data centers, the procurement price of electricity is a determining factor for compute leasing gross margins. Supported by Finland’s established hydroelectric and wind power grid matrix, the Mikkeli project establishes a structural hedge against the volatility of global fossil fuel prices, assisting the Company in maintaining a stable and cost-competitive long-term per-kilowatt-hour baseline.

Furthermore, with the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (“CSRD”) across the European Union, heavy compute consumer groups, such as multinational financial institutions and large healthcare enterprises, are subject to Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions reporting requirements. Under this compliance framework, 3 E Network’s “High-Proportion Clean Energy Architecture” serves more than an environmental corporate social responsibility initiative; rather, it transitions into a prerequisite procurement metric for clients to fulfill operational compliance. The strategy of leveraging ESG compliance capabilities to meet customers’ procurement requirements is anticipated to provide the Company with non-price competitive advantages in future long-term compute offtake agreement negotiations.

Optimizing Supply Chain Execution: Supporting Core Capital Expenditure Manufacturing via Confirmed Grid Access

Presently, the global data center electromechanical equipment supply chain broadly faces capacity constraints. Without confirmed grid specifications, significant capital expenditure commitments carry elevated stranded asset risks; simultaneously, lead times for core mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (“MEP”) equipment, including large-scale medium- and low-voltage distribution transformers and heavy-duty backup generators, can extend over multiple years. With the execution of the 9 MVA agreement on October 13, 3 E Network obtained a clearer basis for advancing its subsequent supply chain strategy. The confirmation of grid metrics may help reduce the project’s core execution risks and provides greater capital expenditure visibility for the formulation of detailed equipment procurement plans. Based on defined electrical parameters, the Company is now positioned to place irrevocable orders with leading global suppliers. Through this measure, the Company aims to secure priority manufacturing and delivery schedules for core electromechanical equipment, thereby safeguarding the overall construction progress of the Mikkeli project and establishing a controlled execution pathway to achieve full commercial operation in 2027.

Latest investment under Micron’s up to $3 billion U.S. supply-chain plan strengthens the domestic semiconductor ecosystem and expands access to critical materials for advanced memory manufacturing

BOISE, Idaho, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Micron Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: MU) today announced an investment in critical minerals processing and high-purity materials manufacturing that is expected to support the expansion of Indium Corporation’s capabilities in Central New York, restarting domestic processing of critical minerals essential to advanced semiconductor manufacturing. The investment is part of Micron’s plan, announced in July, to invest up to $3 billion to strengthen the U.S. semiconductor supply-chain ecosystem and secure a reliable domestic supply of critical manufacturing materials.

Under the agreement, Micron will provide strategic funding that enables Indium Corporation to expand its refining and manufacturing operations in Rome, New York. The companies will enter into a long-term supply agreement that gives Micron access to these high-purity minerals. The investment is expected to reduce reliance on concentrated global refining capacity, addressing a growing national security priority.

“Advanced memory manufacturing depends on a reliable supply of critical minerals. Enabling that requires engagements well beyond our direct suppliers,” said Ben Tessone, senior vice president and chief procurement officer at Micron Technology. “Securing these inputs is essential to Micron’s long-term growth and technology roadmap. Partnering with Indium Corporation to restart this capability in its New York facility expands U.S. capacity for critical minerals production and builds a more resilient supply chain for American semiconductor manufacturing and national security.”

“Micron’s decision to partner with Indium Corporation reflects the trust they’ve placed in our people and our ability to deliver,” said Ross Berntson, president and CEO of Indium Corporation. “For more than 90 years, we’ve called Central New York home, developing materials that support some of the world’s most advanced technologies. We’re grateful for Micron’s confidence in our team and the opportunity to build on that history. Together, we’re expanding the supply of semiconductor-grade critical minerals and taking an important step forward for domestic manufacturing.”

The agreement with Indium Corporation complements Micron’s plans to accelerate its U.S. fab and technology investments and increase its expected spend to more than $250 billion through 2035. A stronger domestic materials base, including expanded critical minerals capabilities in the same state as its New York fab complex, helps Micron meet growing demand for memory driven by Super Intelligence.

The announcement coincides with Micron’s annual Supplier Awards event celebrating excellent performance of the company’s top suppliers.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul:
“Micron’s progress in Central New York keeps building. The company is months ahead of schedule on the largest private investment in New York State history in Clay, and now it is teaming up with Indium Corporation, a New York manufacturer for generations, to expand Indium Corporation’s operations in Rome and restart critical minerals processing. Every link in the semiconductor supply chain we bring to New York, especially when it is built by a New York company like Indium Corporation, means more opportunities for families to build careers here, a stronger Upstate economy and a more secure nation.”

U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer:
“I’ve long said Upstate New York is America’s new semiconductor superhighway, and today that superhighway runs right through Oneida County! When I wrote and passed the CHIPS and Science Act into law, delivering Micron’s historic investment to New York, I promised the semiconductor supply chain following Micron would bring even more investment and jobs to communities from Rome to Syracuse and all across our state. With today’s announced partnership between Micron and Indium Corporation, that is exactly what is happening. By working with homegrown, legacy businesses like Indium Corporation, Micron is creating new demand to expand critical mineral processing here in the U.S., reducing reliance on foreign sources and delivering a brighter future for new jobs and investment in the Mohawk Valley.”

Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon:
“The preparation is over and the momentum in Clay is real. Foundations are going in, thousands of workers are headed to the site, and now the supply chain we planned for is starting to follow. A semiconductor cluster doesn’t stop at the county line. When Micron invests in our neighbors in Oneida County, it shows all of Central New York is becoming the place where America’s chip industry gets built.”

Oneida County Executive Anthony J. Picente Jr.:
“Indium Corporation has been a leader in advanced manufacturing for 90+ years and this collaboration with Micron not only strengthens Oneida County’s partnership with Onondaga County, but benefits all of Central New York and the Mohawk Valley. Oneida County has been at the forefront of the semiconductor industry for years and we believe that implementing a regional strategy is the key to solidifying our standing as a global hub for research, development and innovation. What’s good for one, is good for all.”

TORONTO, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Future Mineral Resources Inc. (“Future Mineral Resources”, or the “Company”) (TSX: FMR) announced today an anticipated delay in the filing of its audited financial statements for the year ended July 31, 2026, its related management’s discussion and analysis, its annual information form, and the certifications related to such filings required from the Company’s chief executive officer and chief financial officer (collectively, the “Required Filings”) by the filing deadline of October 29, 2026 (the “Deadline”). While every effort is being made to make the Required Filings as soon as possible, the Company is concerned that the Required Filings may not be made by the Deadline.

Out of an abundance of caution in the event that the Company is unable to make the Required Filings by the Deadline, the Company applied to the Ontario Securities Commission (the “Principal Regulator”), Alberta Securities Commission, British Columbia Securities Commission, Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan, The Manitoba Securities Commission, Financial and Consumer Services Commission, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia Securities Commission, Financial and Consumer Services Division, Prince Edward Island, Office of the Superintendent of Securities Service, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Autorité des marchés financiers pursuant to National Policy 12-203 – Management Cease Trade Orders (“NP 12-203”) for a management cease trade order (“MCTO”) as an alternative to a general cease trade order in connection with the possible late filing (the “Default”) of the Required Filings. If granted, the MCTO will prohibit trading in securities of the Company by certain insiders of the Company. There is no certainty that an MCTO will be granted. In the event that the MCTO is granted, it will remain in effect until the Default is remedied. The issuance of a management cease trade order generally does not affect the ability of persons who have not been directors, officers or insiders of the Company to trade in their securities.

The Company’s auditor retained to audit the financial statements has advised the Company that it may be unable to complete its audit prior to the Deadline due to the unavailability of certain documentation and supporting information required to initiate the audit process early enough, which resulted in the auditor being unable to complete its planning and preliminary review work in accordance with the expected schedule; therefore, the audit commenced later than anticipated. As a result, the Company requires additional time for the auditor to complete the audit and for the Company to finalize the Required Filings. The Company anticipates that its auditor will be able to complete the audit and the Company will be able to complete the Required Filings by November 16, 2026.

The Company intends to satisfy the provisions of the alternative information guidelines under NP 12-203 by issuing bi-weekly default status reports in the form of news releases for so long as it remains in default of the filing requirements described above.

The Company has not taken any steps towards any insolvency proceeding and the Company confirms that there is no material information relating to its affairs that has not been generally disclosed.

The Company has implemented measures to ensure timely completion of the Required Filings and to avoid similar timing issues in future periods. The auditor is now engaged, and audit procedures have been completed. Management and the auditor are finalizing the remaining review items and preparing the Required Filings on an expedited basis.

The MCTO is expected to prohibit trading in securities of the Company, whether direct or indirect, by:

  • the Company’s Chief Executive Officer; and
  • the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Should the Company fail to make its Required Filings on or before November 16, 2026, the Principal Regulator can impose a cease trade order that all trading in securities of the Company cease for such period of time as the Principal Regulator may deem appropriate.

The Company will provide a further announcement if the OSC determines not to accept the Company’s application for an MCTO.

TORONTO, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Q-Gold Resources Ltd. (“QGold” or the “Company”) is excited to announce the start of its 2026 drilling campaign at its Mine Centre Gold Project in Ontario. The planned program will initially focus on targets around the Foley Mine, extending the known veins along strike and dip. A second phase planned for soon after the completion of the initial phase will follow up on the high-grade soil samples achieved during the Company’s summer field mapping and sampling campaign (see the Company’s press release dated September 14, 2026, a copy of which is available under the Company’s SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca).

Highlights:

  • QGold’s 2026 drilling program commenced on September 12, 2026 (Fig. 1).
  • The initial phase will target mineralised vein systems approximately 500 m northeast of the Foley Mine, as well as the South Foley area, where drilling is designed to expand the known mineralised zone along strike to the south (Fig. 2).
  • The first four planned holes are completed at the Zinc and Twin vein targets in the area south of the historic Foley Mine, and the next holes in the planned drilling program have already been started (Fig. 2).
  • The second phase will focus on further expansion of the South Foley mineralised system. Additionally, drilling will test priority showings further to the northeast of the Foley Mine identified during the 2026 summer field program, including areas where high-grade surface gold samples were collected.

QGold has commenced its planned drilling program targeting the Zinc and Twin veins (Fig. 3) and the area south of the historic Foley Mine, where the Bonanza, Jumbo, Vowel, Lucky Joe, Daisy and Foley South veins converge within a few hundred metres of one.

Observed vein widths range from approximately 0.3 metres to several metres. In addition to testing the wider veins, the program will systematically log, map and model smaller, potentially gold-bearing veinlets. This work will improve the understanding of the geometry, distribution and continuity of the vein system and help assess the contribution of these veinlets to the broader mineralised system.

Should drilling confirm sufficient gold grades and continuity across the principal veins and surrounding veinlet network, the results could warrant evaluation of an open-pit mining concept instead of a conventional underground mining option. The suitability of either approach would remain subject to further technical and economic assessment. The additional drilling information and updated geological modelling are intended to support an initial mineral resource estimate for the Foley Mine area, subject to sufficient data quality, drill coverage and demonstrated geological and grade continuity.

Further north, QGold plans to undertake exploratory drilling to follow up on elevated gold values returned from soil sampling near the historical Ferguson showing (Fig. 4).

“We are excited to have resumed drilling in the vicinity of the Foley Mine,” said Dr. Andy Rompel, chief operating officer of the Company. “This phase of the program will follow up on encouraging grab sample results south of the Foley shaft and build on the substantial exploration database already established in this area. Our objective is to advance the project towards an initial mineral resource estimate early next year.

The second phase of this year’s drilling program will test additional exploration targets farther north, following up on promising grab sample results from historic veins in the vicinity of the Manhattan vein and Golden Star Mine, where historical workings date back to the first half of the twentieth century. This work will help us assess the potential to identify additional zones of gold mineralisation beyond the immediate Foley Mine area.”

Canada Sells 51% More Units in Two Days Than During Last Year’s Four-Day Event
U.S. Units Up 25% for a Third Straight Record, With Zero Sugar Leading in Both Countries

MONTRÉAL, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — GURU Organic Energy Corp. (TSX: GURU) (“GURU” or the “Company”), Canada’s leading organic energy drink brand1, today announced record results on Amazon in both Canada and the United States during Amazon’s October Prime Big Deal Days event, held on October 6 and 7, 2026.

In just two days, GURU sold 51% more units on Amazon.ca than during last year’s entire four-day event, making this the Company’s largest Prime Big Deal Days ever in Canada2. In the United States, units sold rose 25% over last year’s two-day event, marking GURU’s third consecutive record Prime Big Deal Days on Amazon.com.

GURU_Image_EN

A RECORD DAY IN CANADA
October 6 was the best day in GURU’s history on Amazon.ca, for both dollar sales and units sold. The Company sold about 50% more units that day than on its previous best day, and more than twice as many as on the opening day of last year’s event.

Third-party data shows GURU also gained ground in the category. According to Stackline estimates, GURU was the #2 energy drink brand by sales on Amazon.ca during the week of the event and grew its share of category sales compared with the same week last year. Stackline also ranked the GURU Zero Variety Pack as the top-selling energy drink product of any brand on Amazon.ca3.

A THIRD STRAIGHT RECORD IN THE UNITED STATES
On Amazon.com, October 6 was GURU’s second-best sales day ever, behind only the opening day of Amazon’s Prime Day event in June 2026. Over the past two years, GURU’s U.S. unit sales during Prime Big Deal Days have grown nearly 70%.

ZERO SUGAR LEADS THE WAY
GURU’s Zero Sugar line, the focus of the Company’s innovation over the past year, led the event. Zero Sugar products made up nearly half of GURU’s units sold on Amazon.ca and about four in ten on Amazon.com, with the GURU Zero Variety Pack as the Company’s top seller in both countries. In the United States, Zero Sugar accounted for most of the year-over-year unit growth. The three Sorbet-inspired flavors launched since last year’s event (GURU Zero Dragon Fruit Cherry Sorbet, Orange Raspberry Sorbet, and Tropical Sorbet) all added new volume in both markets.

“Prime Big Deal Days is where shoppers vote with their carts, and this year they chose GURU in record numbers. In Canada, we sold more in two days than we did in four last year, and in the U.S. we posted a third straight record. Just as important is where that growth came from: our Zero Sugar line, the focus of our innovation this year, led the way in both countries. We head into the holiday season with real momentum,” commented Tyler Ricks, Executive Chair at GURU.

LOOKING AHEAD
GURU now turns to Black Friday and Cyber Monday on Amazon and on guruenergy.com. Last year, that period delivered record Amazon results for the Company in both markets.
