Integration delivers continuous sensitive data classification in Collibra’s Data Catalog, giving governance, privacy, and security teams added context without manual tagging

MIAMI, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Varonis Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNS), the data and AI security leader, today announced an integration that brings sensitive data context directly into the Collibra Enterprise AI Control Plane. Teams can see continuously synced Varonis sensitivity labels in the Collibra data catalog to instantly tell whether data is safe for AI.

Successful AI initiatives depend on trusted data that teams can find, understand, and use safely. Varonis identifies and classifies sensitive and regulated information across the data estate. Collibra tracks where data comes from and how people use it, so organizations can govern what powers their analytics and AI.

Together, Varonis and Collibra help organizations gain a clear and current view of what’s safe to use for analytics, data science, and agent development.

With the integration, teams can:

  • Check sensitivity before using data for AI: Teams see sensitivity labels while evaluating information for training, analytics, and other projects.
  • Flag regulated information: Collibra workflows highlight regulated data like personally identifiable information (PII), protected health information (PHI), and financial records.
  • Work from one shared picture: Governance, privacy, and security teams now see the same view of what’s sensitive.

“Trustworthy AI starts with trustworthy data,” said Rob Sobers, CMO at Varonis. “With hundreds of connectors across SaaS applications, cloud platforms, and databases, Varonis gives Collibra customers deep visibility into data sensitivity so their teams can make smarter, faster decisions about which data to use for AI.”

The integration is available now for joint customers on the Collibra Marketplace.

First in a planned network of specialty pharmacy partnerships provides medication coordination and preferred pricing for OB/GYNs and their patients

ATLANTA, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Femasys Inc. (NASDAQ: FEMY), a leading biomedical innovator developing transformative fertility and non-surgical permanent birth control solutions designed to improve the standard of care, expand access, and reduce costs for women worldwide, announced today an agreement with SandsRx Pharmacy, marking the first in a planned network of specialty pharmacy partnerships supporting the launch of FemaSeed and Femasys’ comprehensive fertility portfolio to OB/GYN practices. The partnership complements a portfolio spanning diagnostics for women and men, sperm preparation and in-office fertility treatment by providing specialized pharmacy support, coordinated medication access and preferred pricing. For patients undergoing FemaSeed treatment, fertility medications may be prescribed to support ovulation and improve the likelihood of pregnancy.

“FemaSeed is creating a new opportunity for OB/GYNs to provide first-line fertility treatment in their own practices, bringing care historically performed primarily by infertility specialists into a familiar setting,” said Kathy Lee-Sepsick, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Femasys. “FemaSeed places sperm directly where conception occurs, and managing ovulation and treatment timing is essential to supporting pregnancy outcomes. Partnerships with specialty pharmacies such as SandsRx bring valuable medication expertise, education and coordination to practices introducing this treatment. These resources help support successful integration of FemaSeed and our broader fertility portfolio into OB/GYN care.”

“We are excited to expand our fertility pharmacy support to OB/GYN practices through Femasys’ FemaSeed treatment solution,” said Mike Sands, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SandsRx Pharmacy. “We have supported the fertility community through reproductive centers, and this partnership allows us to reach patients earlier in their fertility journey through their OB/GYN. By providing medication expertise, education and personalized support, we can help these practices integrate FemaSeed and guide patients through treatment with greater confidence.”

About FemaSeed Fertility Portfolio
The Femasys Fertility Portfolio is designed to support a more complete fertility care pathway, beginning with diagnostic evaluation for both women and men through FemVue, which uses ultrasound to assess fallopian tube patency, and SpermVue, an at-home male fertility screening option that can help identify potential barriers to conception earlier. New Tenable OPEN for AI program enables customers to use preferred AI models, agents and tools to improve visibility, insight and action

COLUMBIA, Md., Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Tenable® Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TENB), the exposure management company, today announced the expansion of its open technology and partner ecosystem to accelerate integrated security workflows across the entire tech stack. Tenable OPEN for AI delivers validated, ready-to-use AI workflows, enabling organizations to use Tenable’s deep exposure intelligence with their preferred AI models, agents and tools. Tenable OPEN for AI launch partners include BeyondTrust, Cohesity, Command Zero, Corelight, Infoblox, Recorded Future, Securonix, SentinelOne, Setyl, Snyk, Sparkle In and Splunk.

As part of the Tenable Open Partner Exchange Network (OPEN), the company’s technology partner program, Tenable OPEN for AI connects the security stack and helps security teams use AI to investigate risk, prioritize exposures and take action faster.

“Tenable is the only exposure management provider offering a truly unrestricted, vendor-agnostic ecosystem of validated AI use cases, based on customer demand,” said Eric Doerr, chief product officer, Tenable. “By supporting both standardized MCP connectors and direct APIs, Tenable OPEN for AI provides security teams complete freedom to integrate their AI tools of choice and build custom, agentic workflows without artificial restrictions or forcing reliance on a single proprietary platform.”

By connecting the Tenable Hexa AI MCP Server with partner MCP servers via the AI tools customers already use, customers can interact with datasets across vendors simultaneously, unlocking cross-platform visibility and action, without custom software development. Each use case is available in two forms: as a documented workflow that security teams can replicate with the AI tool of their choice through the Tenable Hexa AI MCP Server, or as a ready-to-use skill on the CyberAgents Exchange, the vendor-agnostic AI agent marketplace powered by Tenable.

Featured OPEN for AI use cases available today include:

  • Cross-Platform Security Triage (SentinelOne): Engineered for security teams to investigate alerts, vulnerable assets and misconfigurations in natural language, from a single AI chat window.
  • Network Threat & Blast Radius Mapping (Corelight): Designed to combine Corelight network telemetry with live Tenable asset context to rapidly triage active network threats and prioritize investigations and remediation based on the potential blast radius of exposed assets.
  • Code-to-Runtime Risk Correlation (Snyk): Joins Snyk developer-first application security findings with Tenable runtime exposure data to quickly confirm whether code-level vulnerabilities are deployed in production.
  • Identity-Enriched Exposure Triage (BeyondTrust): Combines BeyondTrust privileged account, session, and entitlement data with Tenable findings to risk-rank assets based on complete identity context.

OPEN for AI Partner Supporting Quotes

“The ability to unite disjointed data across both endpoints and enterprise risk exposure and take coordinated, automated action transforms security teams,” said Melissa K. Smith, SVP Global Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives at SentinelOne. “Our partnership with Tenable OPEN for AI enables customers to see SentinelOne’s endpoint analysis and Tenable exposure intelligence side by side. Together, we’re delivering a cross-platform triage engine that prioritizes risk based on context-rich, real-world insights without requiring complex custom integrations.”

“Every SOC analyst knows the question that follows an alert: is this asset actually vulnerable?” said Robert Rossetti, Partner Engineer at Splunk. “Tenable OPEN for AI answers it inside the investigation. Analysts can, for example, ask questions in plain language and get Splunk alerts back with Tenable vulnerability context attached, so they can confirm whether a critical asset is under active attack and respond faster.”

“As AI assistants take on more of the day-to-day work of security operations, they need ground-truth network context to produce answers teams can act on,” said Matt Landry, Senior Vice President of Product Management, Infoblox. “By combining Infoblox network identity data with Tenable exposure intelligence through an open protocol, security teams can understand both what a device is and how exposed it is. This on-demand, correlated view gives AI-driven workflows a network source of truth for prioritizing the right assets and moving from signal to action faster.”

“Every exposure finding raises the same follow-up question: is anyone taking advantage of it?” said Dov Yoran, co-founder and CEO of Command Zero. “With Tenable OPEN for AI, a priority exposure finding from Tenable feeds directly into a Command Zero investigation, where it provides critical context and helps analysts prioritize response. Every step is recorded and reviewable, and the approved verdict goes back to Tenable so exposure and investigation teams eliminate the need to pivot between platforms.”

Tenable OPEN for AI use cases are available now at: tenable.com/partners/technology/ai

Investment builds on successful joint deployments to accelerate product development and expand into new defence markets

LONDON, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Arqit Quantum Inc. (NASDAQ: ARQQ), a global leader in quantum-safe encryption helping safeguard sensitive information from current and future cyber threats, today announced a strategic investment in Sirius Computer, Inc., a technology provider of secure computing and networking solutions for defence, intelligence and critical national infrastructure. This will accelerate the development and delivery of quantum-safe communications for defence, government and national security users.

The investment builds on an existing partnership that combines Sirius’s secure networking technology with Arqit’s Sovereign Key Platform (SKP) and NetworkSecure™ adaptors to deliver Crux, a software-based connectivity platform. The companies’ joint offering protects sensitive communications across devices and networks, helping defence users share information securely in deployed environments, and when operating alongside allied forces.

The software-based offering is designed to run on commercial devices and work alongside existing infrastructure, enabling users to extend secure communications without replacing their underlying networks. Applications include mobile devices, cloud and network systems, autonomous platforms such as Uncrewed Autonomous Vehicles (UAVs) and their associated control systems.

The strategic investment will support the continued development of Crux and Sirius’s broader software and hardware technologies, deeper integration with Arqit’s encryption solutions, and the creation of new joint products and services. The companies have been selected as part of a winning bidding consortium to provide secure networking services to NATO. The companies will also expand their joint go-to-market activities, pursuing opportunities across NATO member countries and other allied nations, including the UK Ministry of Defence and US Department of Defense.

Paul Feenan, General Manager for Defence & Government at Arqit, said: “Defence organisations face a difficult balance between getting critical information to the people and platforms that need it, while keeping it out of adversaries’ hands. When forces operate alongside allies, that challenge extends across national boundaries and different technologies. Security needs to support that cooperation without adding complexity for personnel on the ground. It also needs to protect information whose sensitivity will outlast the operation itself. Investing in Sirius will help us build on our existing partnership to make quantum-safe communications easier to deploy and extend to more defence users.”

Jason Van der Schyff, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sirius, said: “We’ve built Sirius around the belief that secure communications shouldn’t depend on complex, expensive infrastructure that is difficult to deploy and maintain. Our partnership with Arqit has already demonstrated what’s possible when advanced encryption enhances lightweight, adaptable networking technology. This investment is a significant vote of confidence in our team and our technology, and gives us the resources to accelerate development, expand our capabilities and bring these solutions to more defence and government customers around the world.”

New offering completes four-product deployable surveillance portfolio, extending AI-powered monitoring to locations with limited power and connectivity infrastructure

Unified cloud-native platform enables customers to manage permanent and deployable surveillance systems through a single dashboard

PALO ALTO, Calif., Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cloudastructure, Inc. (“Cloudastructure” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CSAI), a leader in cloud-native AI surveillance and remote guarding, today announced the launch of its fully configurable Powered Enclosure, expanding the Company’s ability to deliver AI-powered security across locations with varying power, connectivity and infrastructure requirements. The launch completes Cloudastructure’s four-form-factor deployable surveillance portfolio, enabling customers to tailor camera configurations, power sources and mounting options to individual sites while managing all deployments through a single cloud-native platform.

The Powered Enclosure supports up to four PoE+ cameras in any combination of dome, pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ), bullet and license plate recognition models, with flexible power options including solar, generator and utility power. Each configuration features a 48V 50Ah lithium iron phosphate battery with an integrated heater, operates in temperatures ranging from -4°F to 122°F, and is designed with Starlink satellite connectivity as its primary networking solution, with 5G cellular, 4G LTE backup, and Wi-Fi bridge options to accommodate different deployment environments. The system houses its electronics and battery in separate weatherproof enclosures for thermal management and simplified servicing, and can be mounted to a pole, building or standalone structure without requiring trenching or permanent wiring.

“One of the biggest limitations in traditional surveillance has been the infrastructure required to deploy it,” said James McCormick, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Cloudastructure. “Security needs don’t disappear simply because a location lacks reliable power, network connectivity or permanent infrastructure. By expanding our deployable surveillance portfolio, we’re making it easier for customers to extend the same AI-powered security capabilities they rely on at established facilities into locations that have historically been difficult or costly to protect.”

McCormick continued, “We believe the future of enterprise security lies in unified, cloud-native platforms that can adapt to a broad range of operating environments. Whether a customer is securing a logistics facility, construction site or critical infrastructure asset, our goal is to deliver consistent security capabilities through a single platform, without the complexity of managing multiple disconnected systems. This flexibility creates meaningful opportunities to expand our presence within existing customer relationships while addressing new markets and applications.”

“Every security deployment presents a different set of operational challenges, particularly in environments where power, connectivity and physical infrastructure are limited,” said Ed Burnett, Chief Security and Operations Officer of Cloudastructure. “We designed the Powered Enclosure to address those challenges directly, giving customers the flexibility to configure security around the requirements of each location rather than the limitations of a fixed system. Combined with our AI-powered surveillance and human-in-the-loop remote guarding capabilities, this creates a practical, scalable solution for delivering proactive security across a broader range of environments.”

The Powered Enclosure joins Cloudastructure’s Solar Powered Enclosure, The Stand and Mobile Surveillance Trailer, completing a four-form-factor portfolio that operates on the same cloud-native platform as the Company’s permanent installations. Customers can manage AI-powered surveillance, searchable event histories, seamless remote guarding capabilities, and video storage across fixed and deployable locations through a single dashboard. For enterprise operators managing diverse properties, from corporate campuses and parking facilities to remote industrial sites, this eliminates the need to maintain separate surveillance platforms for different operating environments.

Configuration flexibility matters most where infrastructure is partial rather than absent, such as a parking lot with power at a light pole but no network, or a solar site spanning acreage no cable run can economically cover. Target applications include:

  • Truck parking and logistics: Verisk CargoNet estimated cargo theft losses across the United States and Canada at nearly $725 million in 2025, a 60% increase from 2024, as confirmed cargo thefts rose 18% to 2,646 with an average loss of $273,990 per incident.
  • Critical infrastructure and renewables: copper theft can take assets offline at a cost far exceeding the value of the metal. AT&T alone reported more than 10,400 copper theft incidents across its network in 2025, with estimated losses of approximately $82 million.
  • Construction and industrial: sites where equipment arrives before power and network connectivity, and where security requirements move as the project progresses.

The Powered Enclosure is offered on contract-free, month-to-month pricing with unlimited 24/7 support. The platform is camera-agnostic, and optional remote guarding layers onto AI surveillance, with trained agents who verify detections and respond live over two-way audio before escalating to authorities.

About Cloudastructure

Headquartered in Palo Alto, California, Cloudastructure’s patented, advanced, award-winning security platform utilizes a scalable cloud-based architecture that features cloud video surveillance with proprietary, state-of-the-art AI/ML analytics, and a seamless remote guarding solution. The combination enables enterprise businesses to achieve proactive, end-to-end security, and pairs that platform with an attractive value proposition that requires no proprietary cameras and offers contract-free, month-to-month pricing and unlimited 24/7 support. With Cloudastructure, companies can achieve unparalleled situational awareness in real time and thereby stop crime as it is happening rather than review it afterwards, an approach that has produced a 98% threat deterrence rate and approximately 99% customer retention. CEO Commentary

Kent Steinwert, Farmers & Merchants Bancorp’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “We are very pleased with the Company’s financial performance in the third quarter of 2026 highlighted by another record quarter with net income of $25.1 million and a return on average assets of 1.75% and return on average equity of 14.74%. We achieved these impressive results while continuing to maintain a strong liquidity position and balance sheet at quarter-end with $172.0 million in cash, $1.5 billion in investment securities of which $862.5 million were available-for-sale, no borrowings and access to $2.1 billion in borrowing capacity. Capital levels continued to strengthen and were significantly above the regulatory thresholds for “well-capitalized” banks at quarter-end. We experienced solid loan growth of $40.5 million during the quarter compared to the second quarter of 2026 and loan growth of $136.0 million when compared to September 30, 2025. Deposits increased $85.0 million compared to September 30, 2025 as we continued our focus on growing deposits with both our longstanding established client relationships while developing new client relationships. We had no brokered deposits as of September 30, 2026 compared to $80 million as of June 30, 2026 and zero as of September 30, 2025. Overall credit quality remained resilient during the third quarter of 2026. Our Company remains in excellent financial condition at quarter-end and should be well positioned to navigate the challenges ahead as we have for the past 110 years.”

Earnings

Net interest income for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 was $58.3 million compared with $55.4 million in the same quarter in 2025 and $57.4 million in the second quarter of 2026. Net interest income for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 was $172.6 million, an increase of $10.2 million, or 6.25%, when compared with $162.4 million for the same period in 2025. The Company’s net interest margin (tax equivalent basis) increased to 4.23% for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 compared with 4.14% for the same period in 2025. Loan yields increased 4 basis points to 6.10%, and the cost of average total deposits decreased 5 basis points to 1.19% for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 compared to the same period in 2025. The primary driver for the increase in the net interest margin related to the 38 basis point increase in the yield on the investment securities portfolio to 3.72% during the nine months ended September 30, 2026, compared to 3.34% for the same period in 2025. In addition, the average balance of the investment securities portfolio increased $310.8 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, compared to the nine months ended September 30, 2025. Non-interest income was $6.3 million for the third quarter of 2026. Non-interest expense was $35.8 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, up $6.9 million from $28.9 million compared to the quarter ended September 30, 2025, primarily due to an increase in salaries and employee benefits, consulting and professional fees. As a result, the efficiency ratio for the third quarter of 2026 was 55.49%, up from 46.48% in the third quarter of 2025. Income tax expense was $2.2 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, down $6.8 million compared to the quarter ended September 30, 2025. This is primarily attributable to a $5.0 million benefit recognized during the third quarter of 2026 from the reversal of amounts associated with items previously treated as non-deductible for income tax purposes.

Balance Sheet

Total assets at quarter-end were $5.7 billion, up from $5.6 billion as of September 30, 2025. Total cash and cash equivalents were $172.0 million, down slightly from $172.6 million as of September 30, 2025. Total loans and leases outstanding were $3.7 billion, an increase of $136.0 million from September 30, 2025.
