Recognition honors Kaltura’s Agentic Avatars for turning static content into real-time, guided conversations, resulting in substantial improvements in audience

New York, New York, Sept. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kaltura (Nasdaq: KLTR), the Agentic Digital Experience company, today announced that it has won Best Interactive Content Platform in the 2026 Digiday Technology Awards for the Kaltura Agentic Avatars. The Digiday Technology Awards recognize companies embracing AI and automation tools to enhance personalized experiences, enable precise targeting and drive performance across platforms and channels.

Kaltura’s Agentic Avatars turns an organization’s own video and knowledge into live, conversational, agentic experiences that do more than answer a question. It builds the experience around the answer, assembling video clips, text, charts, and event details into a layout shaped by the conversation and by what it already knows about the person, grounded in verified, on-brand knowledge and available across languages, around the clock.

The results are measurable. Across Kaltura deployments, Agentic Avatars have driven substantial increases in both audience engagement and the number of sales-qualified leads, while lowering live support costs by handling first-line guidance and escalating only the conversations that need a human.

“The way people engage with information is changing faster than it has in decades. Static pages and endless search are giving way to intelligent, conversational experiences that understand what someone needs and respond in the moment,” said Ron Yekutiel, Co-Founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kaltura. “Agentic Avatars are how enterprises make that shift, turning their knowledge into experiences that see, listen, guide, and act on behalf of the people they serve. We believe the future of digital experience is agentic, and being named Best Interactive Content Platform by Digiday tells us the market agrees .”

The recognition follows a year of continued expansion of Kaltura’s AI portfolio, including its Avatar Video Production Studio, Avatar-Powered Roleplay for enterprise learning and training, and advances in real-time emotional intelligence for Agentic Avatars. Kaltura and PathFactory, a Kaltura company, have also received recent recognition from Gartner, Forrester, IDC, ISG Research, Frost & Sullivan and Aragon Research across conversational AI, enterprise video, virtual events and related digital experience markets.

Study advances development of Lantheus’ investigational GRPR-targeted PET imaging program for prostate cancer

BEDFORD, Mass., Sept. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Lantheus Holdings, Inc. (“Lantheus” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: LNTH), the leading radiopharmaceutical-focused company committed to enabling clinicians to Find, Fight and Follow disease to deliver better patient outcomes, today announced that the first patient has been dosed in SPARROW NCT07831824, a Phase 2/3 registrational trial evaluating LNTH-2401 (68Ga-DOTA-RM2). LNTH-2401 is an investigational gallium-68-labeled positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agent that targets the gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR), a biomarker that is highly expressed in many prostate cancers.

SPARROW is an open-label, non-randomized, multicenter Phase 2/3 study that includes an initial Phase 2 dose optimization period followed by a Phase 3 diagnostic performance period. The Phase 3 co-primary endpoints are sensitivity and specificity of LNTH-2401 PET/CT imaging compared with histopathology. The Phase 3 portion of the trial is expected to enroll approximately 400 participants and will evaluate diagnostic performance, safety and tolerability.

“Accurate characterization of disease remains critically important in prostate cancer, particularly as treatment decisions become increasingly personalized,” said Harshad R. Kulkarni, MD, Chief Medical Advisor at BAMF Health and a principal investigator in the SPARROW study. “We are pleased to have dosed the first patient at BAMF Health, where our integrated molecular imaging, radiopharmacy and clinical trials infrastructure supports the evaluation of emerging radiopharmaceutical technologies. GRPR represents a promising and biologically distinct target in prostate cancer, and SPARROW will help define the role GRPR-targeted PET may play in disease detection and characterization.”

GRPR is highly expressed in many primary prostate cancers and has a biologic expression pattern distinct from PSMA. Emerging research suggests GRPR-targeted imaging may provide additional insight in certain tumors that are not optimally characterized using PSMA-directed approaches alone.1

“Dosing the first patient in SPARROW represents a significant step forward for our pipeline and underscores our commitment to advancing innovative radiopharmaceuticals across the prostate cancer care continuum,” said Ludger Dinkelborg, Head of Research and Development at Lantheus. “As the leader in prostate cancer PSMA PET imaging, LNTH-2401 has the potential to expand our understanding of prostate cancer biology through a complementary imaging target. This program reflects our broader strategy to build a focused pipeline of differentiated radiodiagnostics that may support more informed clinical decision-making.”

About SPARROW
SPARROW is an open-label, non-randomized, multicenter Phase 2/3 clinical trial evaluating investigational 68Ga-LNTH-2401 PET/CT imaging in prostate cancer. The study consists of a Phase 2 dose optimization period followed by a Phase 3 diagnostic performance period.

During Phase 2, up to 12 imaging-evaluable participants with newly diagnosed or biochemically recurrent prostate cancer will receive 68Ga-LNTH-2401 PET/CT imaging to determine the optimal administered activity and imaging time window. Phase 2 will also assess biodistribution, radiation dosimetry, image quality, safety and tolerability. Data from participants with GRPR-positive lesions are expected to support selection of the administered activity and imaging time window for Phase 3.

During Phase 3, approximately 400 participants with newly diagnosed prostate cancer who are at least high risk or have suspected metastatic disease and are eligible for radical prostatectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection will undergo 68Ga-LNTH-2401 PET/CT imaging using the optimized imaging parameters selected during Phase 2.

The Phase 3 co-primary endpoints are participant-level sensitivity and specificity of 68Ga-LNTH-2401 PET/CT imaging compared with histopathology. Secondary diagnostic performance assessments include positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), regional detection performance, comparative summaries versus conventional imaging and/or PSMA PET imaging where applicable, and assessment of inter-reader and intra-reader agreement. Safety and tolerability will also be evaluated.

(NYSE and NYSE Texas: CRK) (“Comstock” or the “Company”) announced today that in conjunction with the Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, Comstock and SOCAR entered into a Framework Agreement memorializing the previously announced strategic partnership and SOCAR’s $1.65 billion investment in the Haynesville Shale, North America’s premier natural gas basin with close proximity to the Gulf of America’s LNG export facilities. The Framework Agreement memorializes both parties’ mutual commitment to negotiate and execute a definitive purchase and sale agreement consistent with the previously announced letter of intent related to the $1.65 billion strategic partnership. The definitive purchase and sale agreement is anticipated to be signed no later than October 31, 2026, and the transaction is expected to be closed by the end of 2026.

To maximize the value of the Haynesville shale assets, Comstock and SOCAR will work together to explore opportunities for SOCAR to market natural gas produced from the Haynesville Shale assets attributable to Comstock’s interest for sale as LNG in international markets outside the United States. Initial data expected in the first half of 2027

LEXINGTON, Mass., Sept. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Keros Therapeutics, Inc. (“Keros”) (Nasdaq: KROS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing novel therapeutics to treat a wide range of patients with disorders that are linked to dysfunctional signaling of the transforming growth factor-beta (“TGF-ß”) family of proteins, today announced that the first patient was dosed in the Phase 2 clinical trial of rinvatercept in patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (“DMD”).

“Dosing the first patient in our Phase 2 clinical trial of rinvatercept represents an important step in advancing our neuromuscular development strategy, and reflects the progress of our team as we continue to advance Keros’ clinical pipeline,” said Jasbir S. Seehra, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of Keros. “Rinvatercept is designed to modulate key regulators of muscle and bone biology, and we look forward to generating clinical data to inform its potential to treat patients with DMD.”

“DMD, despite advances in treatment, continues to place a significant burden on patients and their families, and the need for additional options remains high,” said Gina O’Grady, B.H.B., MBChB, Ph.D., pediatric neurologist at Starship Children’s Hospital. “Rinvatercept’s mechanism established in preclinical studies provides a compelling rationale for clinical evaluation in DMD. This trial represents an important opportunity to assess its potential impact across both ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients with DMD.”

About the Rinvatercept Phase 2 Clinical Trial (NCT07704099)

The rinvatercept Phase 2 clinical trial is an open-label, multi-cohort basket clinical trial in patients with DMD. The primary objective of this trial is to assess the safety and tolerability of rinvatercept in late-ambulatory and early non-ambulatory patients with DMD. The key secondary objectives of this trial are to evaluate pharmacokinetics, anti-drug antibodies, body composition and comprehensive functional improvements (skeletal muscle, motor, cardiac and pulmonary).

About Rinvatercept

Rinvatercept is a novel ligand trap comprised of a modified ligand-binding domain derived from activin receptor type IIA and activin receptor type IIB that is fused to the portion of the human antibody known as the Fc domain. Rinvatercept is designed to act as a ligand trap and inhibit the biological effects of myostatin and activin A, which are negative regulators of muscle and bone mass and strength, to improve skeletal muscle regeneration, increase muscle size and strength, inhibit and reduce fibrosis, inhibit inflammation, reduce fat accumulation and improve bone health through bone anabolic mechanisms. We are developing rinvatercept for the treatment of DMD and for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (“ALS”).

About Keros Therapeutics, Inc.

Keros is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing novel therapeutics to treat a wide range of patients with disorders that are linked to dysfunctional signaling of the TGF-ß family of proteins. Keros is a leader in understanding the role of the TGF-ß family of proteins, which are master regulators of the growth, repair and maintenance of a number of tissues, including skeletal muscle, bone, adipose, heart tissue and blood. By leveraging this understanding, Keros has discovered and is developing protein therapeutics that have the potential to provide meaningful and potentially disease-modifying benefit to patients. Keros’ lead product candidate, rinvatercept, is being developed for the treatment of DMD and for the treatment of ALS. Keros’ most advanced product candidate, elritercept, is being developed for the treatment of cytopenias, including anemia and thrombocytopenia, in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes and in patients with myelofibrosis.

Continued purchases and organic accumulation drive approximately 10% growth in SOL holdings since the Company’s August 12 Earnings Update

Quarter-to-date, SOL has outperformed the Nasdaq-100 by 72%, and DFDV has outperformed SOL by 1.4x over that same period

CHAD brings Digital Credit 2.0 to income investors: a 13% annual dividend rate supported by a productive SOL treasury

BOCA RATON, FL, Sept. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — DeFi Development Corp. (Nasdaq: DFDV) (the “Company” or “DeFi Dev Corp.”), the first U.S. public company with a treasury strategy built to accumulate and compound Solana (“SOL”), today announced that it has added approximately 47,706 SOL to its treasury since September 21, 2026, bringing total holdings to approximately 2,538,010 SOL and SOL equivalents worth $309M.

The latest increase represents approximately 2% growth week over week, and brings total SOL and SOL equivalents growth to approximately 10% since the Company’s Q2 earnings report on August 12. With the recently established $300 million CHAD ATM providing an additional source of growth capital, the Company believes its SOL accumulation flywheel is continuing to gain momentum.

“We are building our SOL treasury week by week, and those gains are adding up,” said Joseph Onorati, Chief Executive Officer of DeFi Development Corp. “Our SOL and SOL equivalents grew another 2% last week. Since our Q2 earnings update, we have added over 226,000 SOL, expanding our treasury 10% in just six weeks. With tokenization and agentic AI opening new opportunities for Solana, we intend to keep accumulating and put those holdings to work.”

Building for Tokenization and Agentic AI

DFDV believes tokenization and agentic AI represent significant potential drivers of demand for crypto, with Solana well positioned to support financial activity that requires fast settlement, low transaction costs, and around-the-clock availability.

“Tokenization brings stocks, funds, and other financial assets onchain. Agentic AI introduces software that can transact, make payments, and manage resources on its own,” continued Onorati. “Both need financial infrastructure that operates at lightning speed. We believe Solana will become a core part of that infrastructure, and we intend to keep building our position as that opportunity develops.”

From June 30, 2026 through September 25, 2026, SOL gained approximately 73%, outperforming the Nasdaq-100 by approximately 72 percentage points. DFDV shares gained approximately 105% over the same period, delivering approximately 1.4 times SOL’s percentage return.

“This quarter’s performance has been strong, but our investment thesis in Solana extends much further,” said Onorati. “We see a future with trillions of dollars of assets, payments, and economic activity moving onchain, and we believe Solana will capture a meaningful share of that opportunity. Our objective is to accumulate as much SOL as we can ahead of that adoption, put it to work, and compound our holdings as the network grows.”

CHAD: Bringing Digital Credit 2.0 to More Investors
Alongside continued SOL accumulation, DFDV continued expanding its efforts to build awareness, market access, and liquidity for CHAD, its Nasdaq-listed variable-rate preferred stock. CHAD currently carries a 13% annual dividend rate on its $10 stated amount, equivalent to $1.30 per share annually at the current rate, with dividends paid each business day when declared.

The Company views CHAD as Digital Credit 2.0: preferred equity supported by a productive treasury. Through staking and validator operations, DFDV’s SOL holdings generate recurring rewards and fees, providing an organic source of income to support dividend obligations. Additional SOL deployed into these operations can expand the treasury’s earning capacity, connecting continued accumulation with the economics supporting CHAD.

“Digital Credit 2.0 starts with a simple idea: the assets supporting the preferred should themselves be productive,” said Joseph Onorati, Chief Executive Officer of DeFi Development Corp. “Our SOL treasury earns additional SOL through staking and validator operations. That gives CHAD an income-generating foundation and gives us the opportunity to grow that earning power as we accumulate more.”

“CHAD brings that story to income investors through a 13% annual dividend rate and payments each business day when declared,” continued Onorati. “We want to make CHAD a widely recognized name in digital credit. Expanding investor access, demonstrating dividend coverage, and supporting trading toward its $10 stated amount are priorities for us.”
