  • New Digital Platform Provides Strategic Partners with Dedicated Accounts, Streamlined Booking and Exclusive Preferred Partner Pricing
  • Launch Transforms Flyte’s Growing Network of Partnerships Across Hospitality, Sports, Entertainment, and Luxury Lifestyle into a Scalable B2B Distribution Channel
  • Flyte Continues to Modernize Private Aviation, Replacing Legacy Booking Processes with Tech-Driven Accessibility, Distribution, and Operational Efficiency

NEW YORK, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Flyte Aviation, Inc. (NYSE American: VJET) (“Flyte” or the “Company”), a technology-enabled private aviation company, today announced it has launched its proprietary Flyte Partner Portal (https://www.flyflyte.com/partners), a new digital platform designed to provide its growing network of strategic partners with dedicated accounts, streamlined access to private aviation, and exclusive preferred partner pricing.

The launch represents an important milestone in Flyte’s technology and distribution strategy by establishing a dedicated business-to-business (B2B) channel that enables partner organizations to access and book Flyte’s private aviation services through a centralized digital platform.

Throughout 2026, Flyte has developed formal relationships with numerous organizations across hospitality, sports, entertainment, and luxury lifestyle. The new Partner Portal leverages these relationships.

The Company believes its Partner Portal demonstrates its ongoing commitment to disrupt and modernize an industry historically reliant on manual booking processes, fragmented technology, pre-paid memberships, and traditional distribution methods. By developing proprietary digital infrastructure for both consumers and businesses, Flyte is building a more connected aviation platform designed around accessibility, simplicity, and operational efficiency.

“The launch of our Partner Portal represents a major milestone in Flyte’s evolution,” said David Jenkins, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Flyte Aviation. “Over the past six months, we have established relationships with exceptional organizations across several industries. We anticipated an opportunity to take those partnerships beyond traditional marketing relationships and create a tech-driven platform that makes Flyte directly accessible to our partner organizations.

“As the quality of the commercial travel experience declines while its prices rapidly rise, Flyte offers dissatisfied fliers an increasingly compelling alternative,” Mr. Jenkins added. “Establishing a scalable B2B distribution channel is fundamental to tapping into that dissatisfaction and capturing market share with our superior offering.”

Transforming Strategic Partnerships into a Scalable Distribution Network

Flyte continues to establish relationships with recognized organizations across hospitality, sports, entertainment and culture. Recently these include the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers with its 12.5 million US fans, The Maidstone, the Hamptons International Film Festival, GSE Worldwide, and others.

These relationships are strengthening Flyte’s brand recognition while introducing its private aviation services to customers and organizations across a range of industries.

Key features of the Flyte Partner Portal include:

  • Dedicated Partner Accounts: Individual, branded portal access for participating organizations.
  • Preferred Partner Pricing: Direct access to exclusive pricing available only through Flyte’s strategic partnerships.
  • Streamlined Digital Booking: A simplified process for accessing and booking Flyte’s private aviation services.
  • Scalable B2B Distribution: Technology infrastructure designed to support an expanding network of organizations and their private aviation needs.

Flyte is confident the Partner Portal creates a more meaningful and lasting connection between the Company and its strategic partners by making private aviation readily accessible within their existing customer, member, and organizational relationships.

Modernizing an Industry Built on Legacy Processes

For decades, private aviation has operated through a largely traditional model, with customers, brokers and businesses often relying on phone calls, emails, manual quoting and disconnected systems to arrange travel.

Flyte recognized that model is overdue for disruption. Its approach is centered on making technology an integral part of the private aviation experience, rather than an additional layer placed on top.

“Private aviation has been far too dependent on manual processes for far too long,” Jenkins continued. “Consumers today can access virtually every premium service through sophisticated digital platforms, yet private aviation still operates through many of the same processes it has relied on for decades. The industry needs to embrace a new generation of technology, and that is exactly what we at Flyte are building.”

The launch of the Partner Portal establishes a dedicated, highly scalable B2B distribution channel that complements Flyte’s growing direct-to-consumer platform and established aviation sales relationships. As its partner network expands, the Company expects this model will facilitate additional flight volume, customer acquisition, repeat bookings, and higher rates of aircraft utilization.

Proprietary Technology Driving Strong Growth

Following the late-May launch of its direct-to-consumer booking platform, Flyte has added more than 13,000 registered accounts, bringing its total platform user base to more than 20,000.

The Company earlier this month reported record preliminary third quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $2.1 million, representing 110% quarter-over-quarter growth, with direct-to-consumer revenue surpassing $500,000 during the quarter.

Building the Next Generation of Private Aviation

Flyte believes the future of private aviation will be shaped not only by aircraft availability and service quality, but also by how easily customers and organizations can access it. The Company is building an aviation platform that combines the privacy, comfort and convenience of private flying with the technology, accessibility and transparency consumers increasingly expect.

About Flyte Aviation

Flyte Aviation, Inc. (NYSE American: VJET) is a technology-enabled private aviation company focused on modernizing how consumers access private air travel. Through its Flyte brand, the Company operates a growing fleet of Cirrus Vision Jets and is building a scalable aviation platform designed to connect customers, aircraft, operators, and aviation services.

Flyte’s simple value proposition: privacy, comfort, reliability, and convenience – at a highly competitive price.

Through its direct-to-consumer booking platform, standardized pricing on select routes, strategic partnerships, and FAA-certified Part 135 operating subsidiary, Ponderosa Air, LLC, Flyte is focused on delivering what it believes is a faster, safer and more convenient private aviation experience while expanding its technology, customer network, and geographic footprint. Non-GAAP Financial Measures

To supplement our financial statements presented in accordance with GAAP, we have presented adjusted operating income (loss), EBITDA, adjusted EBITDA, and adjusted earnings per share, which are not presented in accordance with GAAP.

  • Adjusted operating income (loss) is defined as income (loss) from operations as adjusted for amortization of intangible assets, stock-based compensation, and other one-time charges or gains.
  • EBITDA is defined as income (loss) from operations as adjusted for depreciation and amortization.
  • Adjusted EBITDA is defined as income (loss) from operations as adjusted for depreciation and amortization, stock-based compensation, and other one-time charges or gains.
  • Adjusted earnings per share (adjusted EPS) is defined as net income (loss) attributable to common stockholders as adjusted for the amortization of intangible assets, stock-based compensation, and other one-time charges or gains net of tax impact divided by the diluted weighted average number of common shares outstanding less the shares expected to be received for the capped call transaction related to Stride’s convertible senior notes.

Adjusted operating income (loss), adjusted EBITDA, and adjusted EPS exclude stock-based compensation, which consists of expenses for restricted stock, restricted stock units, and performance stock units.

Management believes that the presentation of these non-GAAP financial measures provides useful information to investors relating to our financial performance. Adjusted operating income (loss), adjusted EBITDA and adjusted EPS remove stock-based compensation, which is a non-cash charge that varies based on market volatility and the terms and conditions of the awards. EBITDA and adjusted EBITDA remove depreciation and amortization, which can vary depending upon accounting methods and the book value of assets. Adjusted operating income (loss), adjusted EBITDA and adjusted earnings per share remove one-time charges or gains which are not related to core operating activities and are not indicative of our ongoing operating performance. Additionally, adjusted EPS includes the impact from shares expected to be received by the Company to offset potential dilution from the convertible senior notes. EBITDA and adjusted EBITDA provide a measure of corporate performance exclusive of capital structure and the method by which assets were acquired.

Management uses these non-GAAP financial measures:

  • as additional measures of operating performance because they assist in comparing the Company’s performance on a consistent basis; and
  • in presentations to the members of the Company’s Board of Directors to enable the Board to review the same measures used by management to compare the Company’s current operating results with corresponding prior periods.

Other companies may define these non-GAAP financial measures differently and, as a result, these non-GAAP financial measures may not be directly comparable to similar non-GAAP financial measures used by other companies. Although these non-GAAP financial measures are used to assess the performance of the business, the use of non-GAAP financial measures is limited as they include and/or do not include certain items included and/or not included in the most directly comparable GAAP financial measure.

These non-GAAP financial measures should be considered in addition to, and not as a substitute for, revenues, income (loss) from operations, net income (loss) and diluted net income (loss) per share or other related financial information prepared in accordance with GAAP. Adjusted EBITDA is not intended to be a measure of liquidity. You are cautioned not to place undue reliance on these non-GAAP financial measures.

Reconciliations of these non-GAAP financial measures to the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures are provided below.

Company Remains Listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market Under Symbol SHFS

DENVER, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — SHF Holdings, Inc., d/b/a Safe Harbor Financial (the “Company” or “Safe Harbor”) (NASDAQ: SHFS), a fintech platform serving the banking, lending and financial services needs of the regulated cannabis and hemp industries, today announced that it received written notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Company is eligible for an additional 180-calendar-day period, or until April 19, 2027, to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).

The Company was previously notified on April 22, 2026 that it no longer satisfied the minimum $1.00 bid price per share requirement and was provided an initial 180-day compliance period through October 19, 2026 to regain compliance. Nasdaq granted the additional compliance period based on the Company meeting the continued listing requirements for market value of publicly held shares and all other applicable requirements for initial listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, with the exception of the minimum bid price requirement. The Company also provided written notice to Nasdaq of its intention to cure the deficiency during the second compliance period by effecting a reverse stock split, if necessary.

This notification has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company’s common stock, which will continue to trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “SHFS.” If the closing bid price of the Company’s shares is at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days at any point during the second compliance period, Nasdaq will provide written confirmation that the Company has regained compliance and the matter will be closed.

The Company will continue to monitor the closing bid price of its common stock and intends to evaluate all available options to regain compliance before the April 19, 2027 deadline.

“We are committed to meeting Nasdaq’s listing requirements and are exploring multiple strategies to regain compliance,” said Terrance Mendez, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Safe Harbor. “At the same time, the operational and financial progress we have made over the past year is real. Our deposit base has grown to levels not seen since April 2024, as measured by the trailing 14-day average balance, our lending business is growing, our platform is broader and the regulatory backdrop for cannabis banking is the most favorable it has ever been.”

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Onity Group Inc. (NYSE: ONIT) (“Onity” or the “Company”) today issued the following statement in conjunction with an action the Company filed in federal court seeking judicial clarification of a New York mortgage servicing regulation governing optional expedited payment fees. The complaint asks the court to determine whether the regulation provides the fair notice and objective standards required by the U.S. Constitution.

Statement from Onity Group

“Today, we filed a declaratory judgment action in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York seeking clarity on how a New York mortgage servicing regulation applies to optional expedited payment fees. The regulation permits fees if they are “reasonably related to the cost of rendering that service,” but in the nearly seven years since it was adopted, that phrase has not been defined in the rulemaking record, published guidance, or in response to our questions.

These fees are entirely optional—no customer is ever required to pay them. Customers can pay in several ways at no cost, while those choosing a faster option receive advance disclosure of the fee, notice of free alternatives, and are asked to consent before being charged. We have voluntarily reduced these fees and eliminated them for online and automated phone payments.

Throughout this process we have cooperated fully with the State and remain prepared to meet any clearly defined standard. Because that standard remains undefined, we believe a court is the appropriate place to resolve the issue. We remain committed to complying with the law, engaging constructively with our regulators, and treating our customers fairly.”
