RAD101 PET demonstrated 93% concordance with MRI across all evaluable lesions, meeting the trial’s primary endpoint

Meeting with FDA planned on October 1st to align on RAD101Phase 3 pivotal trial protocol

Brain Metastases Imaging has ~$600 million total addressable market, and there are no currently approved PET products

SYDNEY, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Radiopharm Theranostics (ASX: RAD, Nasdaq: RADX, “Radiopharm” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative oncology radiopharmaceuticals for areas of high unmet medical need, today announced that positive data from an interim analysis of the Company’s Phase 2b imaging clinical trial (NCT06777433) of 18F-RAD101 (RAD101) in participants with suspected recurrent brain metastases from solid tumors has been selected for a late-breaking oral presentation at the  31st Annual Meeting of the Society of Neuro-Oncology (SNO26), taking place from November 12-15, 2026 in Philadelphia.

RAD101 is Radiopharm’s novel imaging small molecule targeting fatty acid synthase (FASN) radiolabelled with Fluorine-18 for the diagnosis of suspected recurrent brain metastases from solid tumors of different origins. The data from these findings will be used to support the initiation of a pivotal multi-center, global Phase 3 imaging trial.

“Having these data selected for a late-breaking oral presentation at SNO26 is a meaningful recognition of the potential clinical importance of RAD101,” said Riccardo Canevari, CEO and Managing Director of Radiopharm Theranostics. “The neuro-oncology community understands better than anyone the challenges associated with distinguishing active brain metastases from treatment effects using current imaging approaches. Knowing whether metastatic disease is present can fundamentally alter a patient’s treatment path and prognosis. We believe these data underscore RAD101’s potential to address a significant unmet need by helping physicians make more informed decisions and potentially changing the course of disease management for patients with suspected recurrent brain metastases.”

Previously reported results from the Phase 2b imaging trial of RAD101 for all assessed lesions showed 93% concordance between MRI and PET imaging of brain metastases in this patient population with suspected recurrence. The results showed substantial and selective tumor uptake of RAD101. Images confirm metabolic activity in PET compared to equivocal MRI findings. Additionally, 14 patients with evaluable six-month follow-up and/or biopsy data show preliminary 86% sensitivity, representing a strong positive trend (a secondary objective). Sensitivity measures an imaging test’s ability to correctly identify patients with disease.

In the U.S. alone, there are more than 300,000 patients diagnosed annually with cerebral metastases. The incidence of Intracranial Metastatic Disease (IMD) continues to increase, in part, due to improvements in systemic therapy resulting in a more durable control of the tumors outside of the central nervous system. Contrast-enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (CE-MRI) is the preferred method for imaging IMD, but has limitations, particularly in follow-up surveillance scans to optimise patient care.1

RAD101 has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Fast Track Designation to distinguish between recurrent disease and treatment effect of brain metastases originating from solid tumors of different origin including leptomeningeal disease. The company also recently announced a partnership with Siemens Healthineers, who will manufacture and distribute doses of 18F-labeled RAD101 to support Radiopharm’s upcoming Phase 3 pivotal trial in the U.S.

About the Phase 2b Clinical Trial of RAD101

The U.S. multi-center, open-label, single arm Phase 2b clinical trial is assessing the diagnostic
performance of 18F-RAD101 in 30 evaluable individuals with suspected recurrent brain metastases from solid tumors of different origins. The primary objective of the study is concordance between 18F-RAD101 PET-positive lesions and those equivocal lesions seen in conventional imaging (MRI with gadolinium) in participants with known brain metastases and suspected relapse after stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS). Secondary endpoints are sensitivity and specificity of RAD101 in identifying tumor recurrence versus radiation-associated changes in previously SRS-treated brain metastases.

About RAD101

RAD101 is the Company’s novel imaging small molecule that selectively binds to fatty acid synthase (FASN), a multi-enzyme protein that catalyses de-novo fatty acid synthesis and is overexpressed in cerebral metastasis from solid tumors. Targeting FASN activity may allow for the more accurate detection of cancer cells in the CNS, representing a clinically relevant method for the imaging of brain metastases. Positive data from the Imperial College of London’s Phase 2a imaging trial of 18F-RAD101 in patients with brain metastases (both SRS pre-treated and treatment naïve patients) showed significant tumor uptake that was independent from the tumor of origin. The study further indicated that PET-MRI may potentially represent a non-invasive prediction of overall-survival, warranting larger studies.

New Satellites Extend Inter-Satellite Link Architecture Across Satellogic’s Fleet and Add Capacity to the Company’s Sovereign Space Systems Program

PARIS, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Satellogic Inc. (NASDAQ: SATL), the infrastructure company for Persistent Global Intelligence (PGI), today announced that two new NewSat Mark VI satellites equipped with inter-satellite link (ISL) technology and one additional NewSat Mark V satellite will launch in October 2026.

The two Mark VI satellites extend Satellogic’s ISL architecture across a growing share of its fleet, allowing satellites to share information directly with one another in orbit. A detected change or object of interest on one satellite can inform the tasking of another without every decision passing through the ground first, shortening the data-to-decision timeline and ensuring the constellation operates as a connected, coordinated system.

The Mark V satellite adds capacity to Satellogic’s sovereign Space Systems program, which gives allied governments a pathway from commercial access to dedicated, sovereign-controlled capability. The launch builds on a body of proof points that includes Portugal’s purchase of a sovereign satellite, the company’s execution of the first commercial in-orbit transfer of a satellite, Tata’s operation of dedicated capacity for India, and HEO Australia’s first-of-its-kind sovereign capability.

“Launching these additional satellites builds out our Persistent Global Intelligence infrastructure with inter-satellite links that increasingly allow our satellites to work together as one coordinated system,” said Emiliano Kargieman, Chief Executive Officer of Satellogic. “The Mark V launch is a direct response to the growing demand we’re seeing from governments who want to own their intelligence capability. Our PGI infrastructure stack is optimized around the knowledge that mission assurance comes from compressing the time between something changing on the ground and the right decision-maker knowing about it.”

These new satellites reinforce how the company’s architecture is designed to operate as a coordinated stack. ISL-equipped Mark VI satellites carry detection into action faster, by allowing the constellation to communicate and retask itself in orbit. The Mark V satellite ensures that the same architecture is available to sovereign customers who need dedicated, controlled capacity rather than shared commercial access.

“With ISL, a detection on one satellite can inform the tasking of another without requiring every decision to pass through the ground first,” said Alan Kharsansky, Chief Technology Officer of Satellogic. “That’s the shift from operating independent satellites to running a connected network, one where the constellation itself prioritizes what matters and directs higher-resolution assets where they’re needed.”

This is one of a few releases Satellogic is putting out this week at World Space Business Week. The company also confirmed an expanded Slingshot III agreement with Innovative Defense Technologies and the U.S. Office of Naval Research and an update on the rendezvous and proximity operations (RPO) mission with HEO, in which Continuum-1, a Satellogic-built satellite never designed for close-approach work, was flown, on repurposed software and a modest fuel reserve, into a controlled orbit around an inactive rocket body.

About Satellogic

Open-label Phase 2 trial evaluating ebribafusp for the treatment of IgA nephropathy, lupus nephritis and C3 glomerulopathy

Initial data is expected in 2027

WALTHAM, Mass., Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Akebia Therapeutics®, Inc. (Nasdaq: AKBA), a biopharmaceutical company with the purpose to better the lives of people impacted by kidney disease, today announced that the first patient has been dosed in its Phase 2 basket trial evaluating ebribafusp for the treatment of rare complement-mediated kidney diseases, including IgA nephropathy (IgAN), lupus nephritis (LN), and C3 glomerulopathy (C3G). Ebribafusp is an investigational, next-generation anti-C3d factor H fusion protein designed to inhibit complement activation in tissues without inhibiting the complement system in the blood. The Phase 2 basket trial is open-label, and Akebia expects to report initial data in 2027.

“Dosing the first patient in this basket trial is an important milestone for the ebribafusp program and, more importantly, for patients living with rare kidney diseases,” said Dr. Steven Burke, Chief R&D and Medical Officer at Akebia. “Ebribafusp is designed to inhibit complement activation directly in kidney tissue without suppressing the complement system in the blood. If successful, we believe this differentiated approach has the potential to provide patients with a long-term treatment option while reducing the infection risk associated with systemic complement inhibition and could have applicability across multiple rare kidney diseases.”

The Phase 2 basket trial is designed to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of ebribafusp and is expected to enroll up to 30 patients with IgAN, LN or C3G. Patients will receive ebribafusp dosed once-weekly subcutaneously for 26 weeks in the main study followed by a long-term extension study for responders. The primary endpoint is the incidence of adverse events, and secondary endpoints include change in proteinuria measured by urine protein creatinine ratio (UPCR), kidney function measured by estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), and pharmacokinetics. The trial will also measure blood and urine complement biomarkers to assess the extent that ebribafusp reduces complement activity in kidney tissue without inhibiting the complement system in the blood.

Additional information about the trial is available at ClinicalTrials.gov under identifier NCT06419205.

About Ebribafusp
Ebribafusp (previously referred to as AKB-097 and ADX-097), an anti-C3d factor H fusion protein, is an investigational, next-generation complement inhibitor. The presence of C3d in glomeruli is a hallmark of numerous complement-mediated kidney diseases. Ebribafusp is designed to target the sites of complement activation in tissues to inactivate the alternative pathway C3 convertase. Ebribafusp is being studied with the goal of targeting local, uncontrolled complement activity and inflammation at the site of kidney injury.

In November 2025, Akebia acquired the global rights to ebribafusp from Q32 Bio, Inc. (Q32 Bio). In nonclinical studies conducted by Q32 Bio, ebribafusp distributed to affected tissues and organs and demonstrated durable tissue pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties. In a completed Phase 1 clinical trial in healthy volunteers conducted by Q32 Bio, ebribafusp was observed to be generally well-tolerated and demonstrated minimal anti-drug antibodies.

  • Autoimmune diseases are characterized by high unmet medical need with most current treatments only addressing symptoms. Evaxion will apply AI-Immunology™ to target underlying pathologies
  • The unique capabilities of AI-Immunology™ could potentially help develop new treatments with higher efficacy and less side effects than current treatments
  • Initial experimental data will be presented at the Protein & Antibody Engineering Summit (PEGS) Europe taking place in Lisbon, Portugal, on November 18, 2026

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, September 14, 2026 – Evaxion A/S (NASDAQ: EVAX) (“Evaxion”), a clinical-stage TechBio company developing novel vaccines with its pioneering AI- Immunology™ platform, has begun the application of the platform in autoimmune diseases thereby expanding the company’s therapeutic focus and achieving another company milestone for 2026.

We are now conducting experimental testing of two novel AI-Immunology™ -based treatment concepts for autoimmune diseases. Both concepts could potentially offer higher efficacy and less side effects than currently available treatments as AI-Immunology™ has unique capabilities in addressing underlying disease pathologies with very high specificity.

AI-Immunology™ enables development of several novel therapeutic concepts focusing on disease modification. This carries substantial opportunities as autoimmune diseases are characterized by high unmet medical need with few treatment approaches focused on the underlying disease and offer significant partnership potential across all stages of drug development.

“We are very excited to apply AI-Immunology™ in a new disease area and validate these novel concepts, which could potentially target underlying disease biology rather than just symptoms. Autoimmune diseases can be severely debilitating and even lethal placing a massive burden on patients, relatives and society. With AI-Immunology™ we have unique opportunities to potentially improve treatment options in this area,” says Birgitte Rønø, CSO and COO of Evaxion.

Testing two different concepts
Specifically, Evaxion is now testing a tolerogenic vaccine concept and an autoantibody binder concept. Data from the ongoing experiments will be presented at the Protein & Antibody Engineering Summit (PEGS) Europe taking place in Lisbon, Portugal, on November 18, 2026.

The tolerogenic approach involves vaccination with T-cell epitopes and co-delivery of immune modulators that direct the immune system to tolerance. AI-Immunology™ has unique capabilities in finding and prioritizing the best epitopes.

The autoantibody binder concept utilizes an antigen construct that captures autoantibodies, which are the main pathogenic drivers in many autoimmune diseases. Autoantibodies bind to 1 normal tissue causing tissue damage and/or blocking of key physiological functions. Thus, clearing of these autoantibodies is expected to treat the diseases.

Definitions

Assets under administration (AUA): AUA reflects the aggregate fair value of assets held by users within the platform, including those held by third-party partners for execution or custody services, categorized as follows:

  • Crypto: Includes all cryptoassets held in etoro digital wallets, Zengo and Bit2C.
  • Equities: Includes stocks, ETFs, assets managed under the Spaceship program and ISA products.
  • Cash: Includes customers’ uninvested cash (e.g., cash balances, eMoney balances, in-process cashouts), as well as cash used for margin or posted as collateral for leveraged positions.

Funded Accounts: Funded Accounts are users who have successfully completed the onboarding requirements, activated their account, deposited funds, executed at least one trade, and maintain a positive account balance. For Zengo and Bit2C users, Funded Accounts are defined as users with a positive account balance. Funded Accounts represent the most advanced stage of our user acquisition funnel and are the primary source of commission-generating activity.

Interest Earning Assets: Interest Earning Assets are the average monthly balances of users’ cash balances, corporate cash, users’ total leveraged positions and stakeable cryptoassets.

Total Money Transfers: Total money transfers are the cumulative value across the respective period of user deposits, withdrawals, and cross-currency trade funding via etoro Money IBAN.

Trades: Trades represent the total number of orders that were placed by users and executed during the applicable period. Trades include self-directed and copy trades, and each trade reflects either the opening or closing of a position by a user.

Invested amount per trade: The total invested amount divided by the total number of trades. For reporting purposes, we present this measure separately for capital markets/ECC (equities, commodities, and currencies) and for cryptoassets, in order to highlight trends across the two categories, given their unique characteristics.
