SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, Sept. 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Immutep Limited (ASX: IMM; NASDAQ: IMMP) (“Immutep” or “the Company”), a late-stage immunotherapy company targeting cancer and autoimmune diseases, today announces that it received an A$856,669 cash rebate from the Australian Federal Government’s R&D tax incentive program. The cash rebate was provided in respect of expenditure incurred on eligible R&D activities conducted in the 2025 fiscal year.

This follows approval from AusIndustry of Immutep’s application for an Advance overseas finding. Due to the Advance overseas finding, certain of Immutep’s overseas research and development activities were eligible for the R&D Tax Incentive, in addition to its eligible Australian activities.

In addition, Immutep is eligible for Germany’s R&D tax incentive program (Forschungszulage) in respect of qualifying internal R&D personnel costs of its German subsidiary, Immutep GmbH. Having received its first payment under this program in Q4 FY26, Immutep may receive further Forschungszulage payments in future years in respect of eligible R&D activities. Any such payments remain subject to the statutory application, assessment and review process, and their amount and timing are uncertain.

Company Completes Post-Acquisition Integration and Shared Services Implementation, Reduces Headcount and Third-Party Contractor Spend

SEATTLE, Sept. 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Banzai International, Inc. (NASDAQ: PARA) (d/b/a “Parabolic” or the “Company”), a leading AI-powered agentic applications technology company, today announced it has completed actions that are expected to result in approximately $9.3 million in annualized cost savings following the integration of ConnectAndSell and implementation of its new business unit operating model.

ConnectAndSell Integration and Cost Synergies

Having completed its post-closing integration of ConnectAndSell, the Company identified opportunities to reduce costs within the business and has taken action to achieve synergies, including a headcount reduction of approximately 12 positions and reduced use of third-party contractors, together representing approximately $3.1 million in estimated annualized savings. These savings are the result of management’s actions to remove duplicate functions and optimize operations, resulting in cost efficiencies that will be fully recognized, on a run rate basis, by the end of FY2026.

New Operating Model and Business Unit Realignment

Under the Company’s new business unit operating model, business unit leaders are now solely focused on customers, service delivery, go-to-market activities, and, ultimately, revenue growth. In connection with this realignment, the Company implemented efficiencies across business units that are expected to result in annualized savings of $6.2 million. The shared services model consolidates administrative functions that are now cost efficient and scalable.

“We are building on the momentum we’ve gained thus far in 2026 and delivering on our cost reduction commitments,” said Joe Davy, Founder and CEO of Parabolic. “Having added substantial revenue via ConnectAndSell, our next objective is absolute financial optimization. These additional cost actions ensure that we convert top-line growth directly into improved operating results and accelerate positive cash generation.”

Financial and Strategic Impact

  • ConnectAndSell Integration Synergies: Headcount reduction of 12 positions and reduced third-party contractor spend are expected to contribute $3.1 million in annualized savings. These actions are consistent with the post-closing synergies the Company identified when announcing the acquisition.
  • Business Unit Realignment: Operating expense savings of approximately $1.4 million annually by reducing full-time and contractor positions across the Company’s CreateStudio and Banzai business units.
  • General and Administrative Cost Reduction: Optimized administrative functions and reduced corporate expenses, contributing an estimated $4.8 million in annualized run-rate savings.
  • Total Estimated Annualized Run-Rate Savings: Approximately $9.3 million in combined annualized savings across the initiatives described above.
  • Path to Profitability: The Company expects these combined initiatives to meaningfully contribute to its previously stated profitability and cash flow objectives for FY2026 and FY2027.

(NASDAQ: CYCU)

MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cycurion, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYCU), a leading provider of cybersecurity, information technology, and public safety solutions, today announced that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer L. Kevin Kelly participated in a featured interview with SmallCapVoice.com, Inc., where he discussed the Company’s recent operational milestones, including its largest contract award to date, the acquisition of Digital Ally’s Video Solutions business, expansion within the public safety sector, and Cycurion’s long-term growth strategy.

During the interview, Kelly highlighted Cycurion’s previously announced $54.6 million, 10-year contract award, the largest in the Company’s history, secured through a leading global consulting firm. The contract supports the modernization and secure operation of a major state Health and Human Services system and is expected to generate more than $5 million in annual revenue, with work scheduled to commence in November 2026.

Kelly noted that this landmark award underscores Cycurion’s growing industry reputation, deep cybersecurity expertise, and long-standing client relationships, further validating the Company’s ability to deliver mission-critical security solutions at scale.

The full interview is available here: https://youtu.be/wZBAElMDjF8

“We believe this contract validates both the quality of our people and the evolution of Cycurion’s strategic positioning in the market,” said Kelly. “As we continue moving toward larger, higher-value opportunities, we are seeing increased demand for our specialized cyber capabilities and a growing recognition of the value we bring to major enterprises and government engagements.”

Kelly also discussed Cycurion’s acquisition of Digital Ally’s Video Solutions business, which adds an established public safety technology portfolio, approximately $5.5 million in annual revenue, more than $1.2 million in EBITDA, an installed customer base of over 800 law enforcement agencies, and a portfolio of intellectual property assets. Upon the closing, Cycurion’s pro forma gross revenue run rate stands at approximately $30 million.

“The Digital Ally acquisition is an important step in expanding our public safety ecosystem,” Kelly said. “The transaction adds recurring revenue, attractive margins, valuable technology assets, and significant cross-selling opportunities. By combining advanced public safety technologies with Cycurion’s cybersecurity expertise, we believe we can deliver differentiated solutions that address the evolving needs of law enforcement, emergency services, transportation, and critical infrastructure clients.”

The interview also explored Cycurion’s expanding public safety footprint, including recent municipal and state-level engagements. According to Kelly, public safety continues to serve as a strategic foundation for the Company’s broader expansion into federal government and commercial cybersecurity markets.

“Public safety remains a critical growth area for Cycurion,” Kelly added. “These engagements provide long-term relationships, recurring revenue opportunities, and a platform to introduce additional cybersecurity and technology solutions. At the same time, we are continuing to pursue larger federal opportunities while building new commercial offerings designed to accelerate growth and improve margins.”

Kelly further discussed Cycurion’s strategic vision, including plans to expand its offensive cybersecurity capabilities through new technologies designed to identify vulnerabilities before organizations are breached.

“As cyber threats continue to evolve, organizations are looking beyond traditional defensive solutions,” Kelly said. “We are investing in next-generation capabilities that help customers identify and address vulnerabilities proactively. We believe this approach positions Cycurion to capitalize on emerging opportunities across both government and commercial sectors.”

Looking ahead, Kelly reiterated management’s focus on profitable growth, operational execution, and increasing shareholder value.

“We have made significant progress strengthening the Company’s financial foundation, reducing debt, improving margins, securing long-term contract visibility, and expanding our technology portfolio,” Kelly concluded. “Our team remains focused on execution, and we believe the initiatives currently underway position Cycurion for continued growth as we work toward our long-term objectives.”

WEST CHESTER, Pa., Sept. 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Verrica Pharmaceuticals Inc. (“Verrica” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: VRCA), a therapeutics company developing and commercializing medications for the treatment of dermatological diseases, including skin cancers, today announced that it will present posters on a new analysis of Phase 3 trials of YCANTH® (VP-102) and an encore presentation of data from a Phase 2 trial of VP-315. Verrica will present at the Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference (October 8–11, Wynn Las Vegas, Las Vegas, NV) and at the 2026 PeDRA Annual Conference (October 15–17, Alexandria, VA).

“We remain highly encouraged by the continued generation of clinical evidence supporting our dermatology portfolio,” said Jayson Rieger, PhD, MBA, President and Chief Executive Officer of Verrica. “These new pooled data from the CAMP-1 and CAMP-2 Phase 3 trials reinforce VP-102’s profile as the new standard of care for molluscum contagiosum, showing that patients may achieve complete clearance of their molluscum lesions approximately four times faster than with vehicle, regardless of how long patients have had the disease. In addition, three times as many patients treated with YCANTH achieved complete clearance versus vehicle at each time point measured during the two trials, which reflects the consistent and durable treatment effects of YCANTH. We believe this new analysis provides physicians further confidence to treat patients with YCANTH as soon as a diagnosis is made, rather than defaulting to a ‘watch and wait’ approach typically employed by healthcare professionals before an FDA-approved option existed for patients.”

“We continue to analyze the YCANTH data to help us better understand its ability to reduce the impact of disease upon patients, and accelerate their return to normal activities,” added Noah L. Rosenberg, M.D., Chief Medical Officer of Verrica. “This data, demonstrating more rapid complete clearance with YCANTH, independent of disease duration, gives clinicians a clear, data-driven rationale for early intervention rather than watchful waiting.”

About the Posters:

VP-102 Achieved Complete Clearance Approximately 4 Times Faster Than Vehicle, Regardless of Disease Duration

The Company will present results from a post-hoc pooled analysis of two completed Phase 3 trials of YCANTH for the treatment of molluscum contagiosum (molluscum), evaluating time to first complete clearance and the impact of disease duration on treatment response.

Key new findings include:

  • Subjects treated with VP-102 achieved complete clearance at an approximately 4-fold faster rate than vehicle (HR=4.06; 95% CI, 2.94–5.74), with treatment-effect estimates ranging from 4.05 to 4.19 across sensitivity analyses.
  • Kaplan-Meier cumulative complete clearance by Day 84 was 60.1% with VP-102 versus 19.9% with vehicle.

Potential Abscopal Effect of VP-315 in Untreated Basal Cell Carcinoma Tumors

Verrica will present an encore poster, previously presented at the 2026 Society for Investigative Dermatology (SID) Annual Meeting, describing an exploratory analysis of potential abscopal-like effects of VP-315, the Company’s investigational oncolytic peptide immunotherapy, in patients with basal cell carcinoma (BCC). The analysis examined untreated, non-target lesions (NTLs) in subjects from Part 2 of a Phase 2 multicenter study following intratumoral treatment with VP-315 of separate target lesions.

About VP-315 (ruxotemitide)

VP-315 is a potential first-in-class oncolytic chemotherapeutic peptide immunotherapy administered directly into a tumor to induce immunogenic cell death and thereby unleashing a broad spectrum of tumor antigens for T cell responses, which may offer a non-surgical option for patients suffering from skin cancer. The technology is based on pioneering research in “host defense peptides” – nature’s first line of defense towards foreign pathogens. Verrica holds an exclusive worldwide license to develop and commercialize VP-315 for certain dermatologic oncology indications, including non-metastatic melanoma and non-metastatic merkel cell carcinoma, and intends to focus initially on basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas as the lead indications for development. VP-315 has demonstrated positive tumor-specific immune cell responses in multi-indication Phase 1/2 oncology trials.

Financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2025 (“1H 2025”) and 1H 2026, unless otherwise stated, reflect the inclusion of HTL Marketing Pte. Ltd. (“HTL Marketing”) because of the acquisition of 100% of equity interests in HTL Marketing completed on May 19, 2025.

1H 2026 Performance

In 1H 2026, the Company delivered strong net revenue of US$198.3 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 10%, driven by a US$18.3 million increase in export sales. By region, net revenue from North American and Europe markets saw 27% and 12% growth respectively compared to 1H 2025, while Asia Pacific market experienced a slight decline by 4%. Retail sales continued to support the revenue growth with a 57% year-on-year increase, attributable to the expansion of the retail stores and retail sales growth in South Korea.

Gross profit rose 14% from US$49.8 million in 1H 2025 to US$57.0 million in 1H 2026, with margins expanding by 1.1 percentage points. The continuous growth was primarily attributable to a favorable shift in sales mix, along with the better sales performance in both Europe and North America. Operating expenses increased by US$6.5 million due to higher selling expenses along with larger sales volumes and increased freight and logistics costs.

Income from operations reached US$9.7 million in 1H 2026, rising by 7% from US$9.0 million in 1H 2025. In the meantime, net income decreased from US$10.0 million in 1H 2025 to US$6.1 million in 1H 2026, primarily resulting from a net foreign exchange loss of US$2.2 million during the reporting period, compared with a foreign exchange gain of US$4.3 million in the same period last year. Excluding foreign exchange gain (loss), net income would have increased by 22% from US$6.5 million in 1H 2025 to US$7.9 million in 1H 2026. Earnings per share stood at US$0.07 in 1H 2026.

Financial Position

Cash outflows from operating activities improved with a reduction from US$11.3 million in 1H 2025 to US$8.3 million in 1H 2026, representing a year-on-year decrease of 26%. Net cash used in investing activities amounted to US$2.0 million, and net cash provided by financing activities amounted to US$1.5 million during the reporting period.

As of June 30, 2026, the Company maintained a healthy liquidity position, as cash and cash equivalents totalled US$17.9 million after US$5.8 million dividend payments and short-term borrowings reduced to US$7.3 million as of June 30, 2026 from US$10.4 million as of December 31, 2025. Net current assets were US$18.3 million, underscoring the Company’s positive working capital profile.

Outlook

HomesToLife expects to maintain stable sales growth for the remainder of FY2026, in line with its earlier guidance of US$400 million to US$420 million for the full year. Building on its growing export business and diversified revenue base, the Company will remain focused on enhancing operational efficiency, prudent cost management, and working capital optimization to support sustainable long-term growth.

The Company will also continue to closely monitor external factors that may affect operating performance, including foreign exchange movements, logistics costs, raw material prices, and broader macroeconomic as well as geopolitical developments. While foreign exchange movements affected reported net income during the reporting period, the Company continues to actively manage its foreign-exchange exposure through natural hedges and risk-management measures while maintaining its geographically diversified operations, helping to mitigate the impact of currency volatility and support resilient business performance.

“The first half of 2026 demonstrated the strength of our business fundamentals and the benefits of our diversified global strategy,” said Ms. Phua Mei Ming, Chief Executive Officer of HomesToLife. “While we remain mindful of ongoing market uncertainties, we are optimistic about the opportunities ahead. We will continue to proactively manage risks, invest in product innovation, and strengthen our presence across key markets.”

The Company remains in progress with its proposed secondary listing (“Proposed Secondary Listing”) on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST”). The Proposed Secondary Listing remains subject to regulatory review and approval, and if approved, the fulfilment of certain conditions and other applicable listing requirements.

HONG KONG, Sept. 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — DarkIris Inc. (Nasdaq: DKI) (the “Company” or “DarkIris”), an innovative technology provider in the digital media and entertainment sector, today provided a business update highlighting recent progress in the development and global deployment of its flagship AI video production platform, Cine3.AI, as well as the Company’s North American expansion and interactive entertainment initiatives.

Advancing Cine3.AI for the “Cinema 3.0” Era

Following continued system development and optimization of its multimodal production workflows, DarkIris is advancing preparations for the global rollout of Cine3.AI, its professional AI-powered film production platform. The platform is currently undergoing pre-launch compliance review, testing and operational preparations ahead of its planned international launch.

DKI-1

DarkIris believes the global film and entertainment industry is entering what the Company refers to as the “Cinema 3.0” era, characterized by the increasing integration of generative AI technologies into professional content production workflows.

Cine3.AI integrates capabilities including high-fidelity visual generation, character consistency management and dynamic motion generation. The platform is designed for professional filmmakers, multi-channel network (“MCN”) operators and content production teams, providing tools that support multiple stages of the production process, including pre-visualization, shot rendering and post-production assistance.

DKI-2

Building on the Cine3.AI platform, DarkIris also intends to expand its participation across the film production value chain through AI-assisted production, co-production, and technology services for film, advertising, and other content projects.

Establishment of U.S. Subsidiary to Support North American Expansion

To further expand its presence in key entertainment markets and pursue growing commercial opportunities, DarkIris has established DarkIris US Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary in the United States.

The subsidiary is expected to serve as the Company’s operating hub in North America, with an initial focus on:

  • supporting the global commercialization of Cine3.AI and engagement with enterprise customers;
  • pursuing opportunities involving the acquisition and licensing of film and digital intellectual property (“IP”); and
  • providing AI-enabled production, co-production, and technology services for film, advertising, and other content projects in North America and international markets.

The U.S. subsidiary is expected to play a key role in DarkIris’ broader strategy to develop localized commercial capabilities in key entertainment markets worldwide.

Global Talent Initiative Reinforcing the Dual-Hub Model of Singapore and U.S. Operations

To support the commercialization of Cine3.AI and the Company’s international expansion, DarkIris has also initiated a global talent recruitment program centered on its strategic operations in Singapore and the United States.

The initial recruitment initiative will focus on senior positions in corporate administration, business development, IP operations and cross-border compliance. Through the development of localized business and operating teams, the Company intends to strengthen its engagement with film studios, advertising companies and digital entertainment participants across North America and the Asia-Pacific region.

Expanding into Interactive Entertainment Through “Quantum Project X”

In addition to its AI-powered film production technology, DarkIris is extending its digital entertainment ecosystem into interactive entertainment.

The Company is developing “Quantum Project X,” a historical strategy game.

Leveraging DarkIris’ internally developed AI visual production pipeline, Quantum Project X represents an extension of the Company’s core AI technology assets into interactive entertainment. The project is designed to explore opportunities to develop and commercialize IPs across both film and gaming formats.

DKI-3

DarkIris currently expects to complete development of Quantum Project X for open beta testing (“OBT”) and commence testing in Q2 2027. The timeline remains subject to the development process, testing results and other operational considerations.

Management Commentary

Mr. Zhifang Hong, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of DarkIris, commented: “As we continue to build the technology foundation for ‘Cinema 3.0’ era, DarkIris is entering a new stage of development. By combining the core capabilities of Cine3.AI with localized production and commercial capabilities in North America, supported by our talent strategy across Singapore and the United States, we believe we are well positioned to pursue emerging opportunities across media and digital entertainment.”
