NEW YORK, Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), operator of regulated markets for trading 12,000 U.S. and international securities, today announced Pecoy Copper Corp. (TSX-V: PCU; OTCQX: PCUUF), a Canadian exploration and development company, has qualified to trade on the OTCQX® Best Market. Pecoy Copper Corp. upgraded to OTCQX from the OTCQB® Venture Market.

Pecoy Copper is a Canadian exploration and development company advancing one of Peru’s largest undeveloped copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry deposits. Positioned within the prolific southern Peru copper belt, Pecoy Copper is focused on delivering a world-class copper exploration and development project that supports the global demand for critical minerals and battery metals essential to the clean energy transition.

The OTCQX Market is designed for established, investor-focused U.S. and international companies. To qualify for OTCQX, companies must meet high financial standards, follow best practice corporate governance, and demonstrate compliance with applicable securities laws. Graduating to the OTCQX Market marks an important milestone for companies, enabling them to demonstrate their qualifications and build visibility among U.S. investors.

“Graduating to the OTCQX Best Market is an important milestone for Pecoy Copper as we continue to broaden our visibility and improve access for U.S. investors. This achievement reflects the progress we have made as a public company and our commitment to maintaining strong disclosure, governance and investor engagement standards. As we advance one of Peru’s largest undeveloped copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry projects, we believe OTCQX provides an important platform to support greater market awareness and participation in Pecoy’s growth story,” said Vincent Metcalfe, CEO and President of Pecoy Copper.

About Pecoy Copper Corp.

Pecoy Copper is advancing the Pecoy Copper-Gold-Molybdenum-Silver Project and the Tororume Project, which together cover approximately 19,800 hectares in southern Peru’s Arequipa region.

Prior to the Company’s 2026 drill program, less than 49,000 metres of historical drilling had been completed at Pecoy, defining a broad and continuous mineralized system with potential for expansion along strike and at depth. The project benefits from its favourable elevation of approximately 1,650 metres above sea level, providing year-round access and reduced operating complexity compared to many high-altitude Andean deposits.

Strategically located near the Pacific coast, Pecoy enjoys excellent infrastructure, with close proximity to highways, power lines, and water sources, and good access to the deep-water ports of Matarani (approximately 240 km southwest) and Ilo. This infrastructure advantage positions Pecoy Copper to advance the project efficiently from exploration toward future development within one of the world’s most established and mining-friendly jurisdictions.

The Company’s common shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PCU, on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol D5E and on the OTCQB under the symbol PCUUF.

The information in this press release contains forward-looking statements that involve risks and uncertainties. When used in this document, the words “believes,” “plans,” “expects,” “anticipates,” “forecasts,” “intends,” “continue,” “may,” “will,” “could,” “should,” “future,” “potential,” “estimate” or the negative of such terms and similar expressions as they relate to HighPeak Energy, Inc. The forward-looking statements are based on the Company’s current expectations, assumptions, estimates and projections about the Company and the industry in which the Company operates. Although the Company believes that the expectations and assumptions reflected in the forward-looking statements are reasonable as and when made, they involve risks and uncertainties that are difficult to predict and, in many cases, beyond the Company’s control. For example, the Company’s review of strategic alternatives may not result in a sale of the Company, a recommendation that a transaction occur or result in a completed transaction, and any transaction that occurs may not increase shareholder value, in each case as a result of such risks and uncertainties.

These risks and uncertainties include, among other things, the results of the strategic review being undertaken by the Company’s Board and the interest of prospective counterparties, the Company’s ability to realize the results contemplated by its 2026 guidance, volatility of commodity prices, political instability or armed conflicts in crude or natural gas producing regions such as the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine and conflicts in the Middle East, product supply and demand, the impact of a widespread outbreak of an illness, such as the coronavirus disease pandemic, on global and U.S. economic activity, competition, OPEC+ policy decisions, potential new trade policies, such as tariffs, could adversely affect the Company’s operations, business and profitability, inflationary pressures on costs of oilfield goods, services and personnel, the ability to obtain environmental and other permits and the timing thereof, other government regulation or action, the ability to obtain approvals from third parties and negotiate agreements with third parties on mutually acceptable terms, litigation, the costs and results of drilling and operations, availability of equipment, services, resources and personnel required to perform the Company’s drilling and operating activities, access to and availability of transportation, processing, fractionation, refining and storage facilities, HighPeak Energy’s ability to replace reserves, implement its business plans or complete its development activities as scheduled, access to and cost of capital, the financial strength of counterparties to any credit facility and derivative contracts entered into by HighPeak Energy, if any, and purchasers of HighPeak Energy’s oil, natural gas liquids and natural gas production, uncertainties about estimates of reserves, identification of drilling locations and the ability to add proved reserves in the future, the assumptions underlying forecasts, including forecasts of production, expenses, cash flow from sales of oil and gas and tax rates, quality of technical data, environmental and weather risks, including the possible impacts of climate change, cybersecurity risks and acts of war or terrorism. These and other risks are described in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K, Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, and Current Reports on Form 8-K and other filings with the SEC. The Company undertakes no duty to publicly update these statements except as required by law.

Reserve engineering is a process of estimating underground accumulations of hydrocarbons that cannot be measured in an exact way. The accuracy of any reserve estimate depends on the quality of available data, the interpretation of such data and price and cost assumptions made by reserve engineers. Reserves estimates included herein may not be indicative of the level of reserves or PV-10 value of oil and natural gas production in the future. In addition, the results of drilling, testing and production activities may justify revisions of estimates that were made previously. If significant, such revisions could impact HighPeak’s strategy and change the schedule of any further production and development drilling. Accordingly, reserve estimates may differ significantly from the quantities of oil and natural gas that are ultimately recovered.

Matternet Becomes First Publicly Traded Pure-Play Drone Delivery Company

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Matternet, Inc. (OTCQB:MTTN) (“Matternet” or the “Company”), a leading autonomous aerial logistics technology company and the only FAA Type-Certified drone delivery platform, today announced that its common stock has qualified to trade on the OTCQB Venture Market (“OTCQB”) and will commence trading today under the ticker symbol “MTTN”.

The OTCQB quotation is expected to broaden Matternet’s visibility and access to the capital markets as the Company prepares to launch its next-generation drone delivery platform and expand commercial operations across food, retail, healthcare and industrial logistics.

“As we enter the era of physical AI, we believe 2026 is an inflection point for drone delivery in the United States,” said Andreas Raptopoulos, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Matternet. “In the next few years, we believe drone delivery will become part of the infrastructure we all rely on to receive everyday goods. Now that our shares are trading, we can bring public investors into that opportunity as we build what we believe will become an essential layer of transportation infrastructure.”

The commencement of OTCQB trading builds on Matternet’s recently announced oversubscribed private placement and a series of significant corporate milestones, including launching drone delivery operations for the UK’s National Health Service; entering into a strategic partnership with SoftBank Robotics America to scale drone delivery networks; appointing Sanjay Shah and Sanjay Kotte to its Board of Directors, bringing leadership experience from companies including Starbucks, Tesla, Amazon and DoorDash; and expanding its network of FAA Part 135 operating partners to support the continued scale-up of its commercial drone delivery operations across the United States.

Mr. Raptopoulos added, “Drone delivery creates a fundamentally better way to move small, time-sensitive goods. Instead of sending a two-ton vehicle through traffic to deliver a meal or a small retail item, a small electric autonomous aircraft can move it directly through the air in minutes. Over the next few years, we believe drone delivery will touch virtually every industry that depends on — or can benefit from — instant logistics, from food and retail to healthcare and high-value B2B applications.”

About Matternet
Matternet is a leading developer of commercial drone delivery systems for urban and suburban environments. The Company builds the Matternet M2 drone, the Matternet Station, and the Matternet Software Platform and operates its technology directly for customers or in partnership with logistics organizations such as UPS. Matternet has achieved many industry firsts, including being the first company authorized for commercial Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) drone delivery operations over cities in Switzerland, the first to launch routine revenue-generating drone delivery operations in the U.S., and the first to achieve standard Type Certification and Production Certification from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Matternet is partnered with UPS Flight Forward, Ameriflight and Beeline UAS for operations under Part 135. Matternet has operated commercially for more than a decade, beginning with humanitarian drone delivery missions in 2014, launching B2B healthcare operations in Europe in 2017 and the U.S. in 2019, and expanding into B2C drone delivery operations in Silicon Valley in 2024. To date, Matternet’s technology has enabled more than 60,000 commercial flights across dense urban and suburban environments in the U.S. and Europe.

Additional information about Matternet, including SEC filings and investor materials, is available at investor.matternet.com.

Forward-Looking Statements
This press release contains forward-looking statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, which are subject to the “safe harbor” created by those sections based on management’s beliefs and assumptions and on information currently available to management and are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause results to be materially different than expectations. Forward-looking statements relate to, among other things, the Company’s intent to scale its drone delivery system, expand commercial availability across restaurant, retail, and healthcare markets, and advance its next-generation autonomous delivery platform, as well as other plans, objectives, expectations, business strategy, growth opportunities, market opportunity, commercial expansion, regulatory developments, financing plans, use of proceeds, public listing plans, and future operating performance.

Important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those expressed or implied include, among others, risks related to the Company’s ability to scale commercial operations, obtain and maintain regulatory approvals, manufacture and deploy its technology at scale, secure customer contracts and strategic partnerships, access capital, compete effectively, and execute its business plan, as well as other factors detailed from time to time in the reports the Company files with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). Copies of reports filed with the SEC are posted on the Company’s website and are available without charge. These forward-looking statements are not guarantees of future performance and speak only as of the date hereof, and, except as required by law, the Company disclaims any obligation to update these forward-looking statements to reflect future events or circumstances.

CN Police Officers Engage with Communities Across the United States to Raise Awareness and Save Lives

HOMEWOOD, Ill., Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CN (TSX: CNR) (NYSE: CNI) today launched its annual See Tracks? Think Train® Week campaign to raise awareness about the risks of unsafe behaviour around railway tracks and property.

From September 21-27, CN Police and CN employees will partner with cities, towns, and Indigenous communities across North America to highlight the dangers of trespassing and ignoring signals at crossings—actions that can have devastating consequences.

“Rail safety isn’t just about big moments; it’s about the small safe choices we make every day. Each time you respect the signs and signals around tracks and railway property, you’re helping to keep your community stronger and safer. Rail safety is a shared responsibility, and together we all play a role in protecting lives.”

  • Shawn Will, Chief of Police and Chief Security Officer, CN

The statistics are striking: North America sees over 2,000 crossing accidents and 1,000 trespassing incidents annually. In the US alone, 2025 recorded 2,274 such incidents, resulting in 285 fatalities and 766 serious injuries. These numbers underscore the critical need for continued education and awareness.

Rail Safety is a Shared Responsibility
CN works hand-in-hand with communities across its network to promote safe practices around railways. In 2025, more than 403 municipalities across North America formally recognized See Tracks? Think Train® Week through resolutions and proclamations. For over two decades, CN has championed this cause, but it is a shared responsibility.

By raising awareness and educating the public about the risks of trespassing and unsafe behaviour, we can help prevent tragedies and protect lives. CN invites all community partners to join us in spreading the message: rail safety matters, and together, we can make a difference.

About CN Police
Every year, CN Police Services respond to hundreds of incidents along CN’s network, which spans eight Canadian provinces and 16 U.S. states. In addition to protecting CN property, CNPS officers deliver rail safety presentations to schools, trucking agencies, bus operators and community organizations. iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo launch with Anterix 900 MHz connectivity, extending dedicated private wireless to one of the world’s most widely used device platforms

WOODLAND PARK, N.J., Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Anterix (NASDAQ: ATEX), the market leader in enabling mission-critical private wireless broadband networks, today announced that the new iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo are the first iPhone models to operate on dedicated private LTE networks using Anterix 900 MHz spectrum.

The new models bring iPhone connectivity to dedicated private wireless networks operating on band 106 licensed 900 MHz spectrum, giving critical infrastructure operators another device for field communications, operational applications, video, situational awareness and other mission-critical activities.

“When we started down this path, private wireless was a very different market,” said Carlos L’Abbate, Chief Technology and Engineering Officer of Anterix. “Today, an iPhone, which is used every day by millions of people, can now operate on the same private 900 MHz network infrastructure that supports mission-critical operations. It is another clear sign that dedicated private wireless networks are becoming mainstream communications platforms.”

Private wireless networks connect the people, equipment and applications that critical infrastructure operators rely on every day. With iPhone now supported on Anterix 900 MHz Band 106 networks, operators can incorporate a widely used mobile device into the same dedicated network infrastructure supporting specialized devices and operational systems across their environments.

MONTREAL, Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CN (TSX: CNR) (NYSE: CNI) today launched its annual Rail Safety Week campaign to raise awareness about the risks of unsafe behaviour around railway tracks and property.

From September 21-27, CN Police Services and CN employees will be engaging with communities across North America to mark Rail Safety Week and reinforce a simple but critical message: safety around railway tracks and crossings is a shared responsibility. Together they will work to raise awareness about the dangers of trespassing on railway property and ignoring signals at crossings. These unsafe behaviors can have devastating consequences, but they are also preventable when we all do our part.

“Every crossing and every set of tracks deserves your full attention. The vast majority of rail incidents are preventable, that’s why every safe choice we make around trains and tracks can save lives. Rail safety is a shared responsibility, and together we can protect our families, friends and communities.”

  – Shawn Will, Chief of Police and Chief Security Officer, CN

The statistics are striking: North America sees over 2,000 crossing accidents and 1,000 trespassing incidents annually. In Canada alone, 2025 recorded 252 such incidents, resulting in 69 fatalities and 60 serious injuries. These numbers underscore the critical need for continued education and awareness.

Rail Safety is a Shared Responsibility
CN is committed to doing its part to keep its network and the communities it travels through safe. That means investing in safe railway operations, working closely with communities and first responders, and supporting education and enforcement efforts that help reduce unsafe behaviour around tracks and crossings.

But rail safety extends beyond the railway. Drivers, pedestrians, cyclists and community partners all have a role to play. Staying off railway tracks and property, obeying crossing signals and never attempting to beat a train are simple choices that can save lives.

For more than two decades, CN has worked with communities to champion rail safety. In 2025, more than 403 municipalities across North America formally recognized Rail Safety Week through resolutions and proclamations. This year, we are once again asking our community partners to help amplify this important message and encourage safe behaviour around railways.

Firm, contracted power for up to 207 MW gives New Era control of Phase 1 power

Companion development framework establishes a pathway for future expansion of the site

MIDLAND, Texas, Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — New Era Energy & Digital, Inc. (Nasdaq: NUAI) (“New Era” or the “Company”), a developer of next-generation digital infrastructure and integrated power assets, today announced that its subsidiary, TCDC PowerCo LLC, has entered into a 20-year power purchase agreement with Luminant ET Services Company LLC (“Luminant”), an affiliate of Vistra Corp. (“Vistra”, NYSE: VST), under which Luminant has agreed to supply a minimum of 200 MW and up to 207 MW of power for Phase 1 of New Era’s Texas Critical Data Center (“TCDC”) project.

Under the PPA, Luminant will supply power from Vistra’s 1,180 MW natural gas-fired generating facility in Odessa, Texas, which is located immediately adjacent to the TCDC site. The PPA has an initial 20-year term, with automatic one-year renewal periods thereafter. The firm, contracted power is expected to be available to TCDC in Q3 of 2027.

“Having firm, contracted power for Phase 1 in New Era’s name is an incredible milestone which we believe materially reduces Phase 1 development risk at TCDC,” said Charlie Nelson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of New Era. “We said last month that holding this power ourselves is what would turn TCDC from a site with a power plan into permitted powered land. That is what this agreement is intended to do. With the land secured, construction permits in hand, Phase 1 power contracted for 20 years, and room to expand to multiple phases, we believe this is an attractive opportunity to any quality tenant currently in the market.”

“Combining this PPA with a long-term partnership with Vistra is something of which we are particularly proud. We believe aligning our interests will expedite development timelines and give potential tenants confidence in our project.”

Development Framework Agreement Expands Relationship Beyond Phase 1

Concurrently with the PPA, affiliates of New Era and Vistra entered into a development framework agreement that establishes a pathway for advancing future power development at TCDC and other New Era projects. Following commencement of power delivery, Vistra will receive a 5% non-voting interest in the portion of the data center project to which Vistra provides power under the PPA. The Shared Goals: Navigating Alzheimer’s Agitation survey finds that Alzheimer’s disease agitation is often only recognized after daily life is significantly disrupted

Ninety-seven percent of care partners reported that agitation negatively impacted their loved one’s quality of life, and three in four wish they had recognized symptoms sooner

Results from the survey were recently presented at Psych Congress 2026 in New Orleans, Louisiana

Survey conducted by The Harris Poll and in collaboration with CaringKind

NEW YORK, Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Axsome Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: AXSM), a biopharmaceutical company leading a new era in the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) disorders, today, in connection with World Alzheimer’s Day, announced results of the Shared Goals: Navigating Alzheimer’s Agitation survey that highlight the profound impact that symptoms of agitation can have on people with Alzheimer’s disease and their family care partners.

The Shared Goals survey of 751 adults who currently provide care to a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease was conducted online by The Harris Poll, with input from CaringKind, a leading expert on Alzheimer’s and dementia caregiving with over 40 years of experience, and sponsored by Axsome. It is among the largest and most recent surveys of care partners of people living with Alzheimer’s disease agitation. The Shared Goals survey results were presented at Psych Congress 2026 in New Orleans, Louisiana, on September 17 and 18, 2026.

“These survey findings give important insights into why there is such a delay in recognition of symptoms of agitation. Because the behaviors doing the most damage can be mistaken for personality changes or disease progression, they often go unaddressed until daily life is significantly disrupted,” said Brent P. Forester, M.D., psychiatrist-in-chief and chair of the Department of Psychiatry at Tufts Medical Center and director of Behavioral Health for Tufts Medicine. “Recognizing these behaviors early and discussing them with a healthcare provider allows families and clinicians to set shared goals for care and discuss treatment options, which may help them manage agitation before it becomes too overwhelming to them.”

Care partners surveyed reported that agitation negatively affected their loved one’s overall quality of life (97%), ability to care for themselves (96%), community engagement (95%) and maintaining relationships with family and friends (89%). While 85% of care partners reported being highly involved in treatment decisions, recognition often comes too late, with 76% wishing they had recognized symptoms of agitation sooner and 53% regretting not talking to their loved one’s healthcare provider sooner about their agitation symptoms.

The survey also revealed that the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease that are most detrimental to a loved one’s overall quality of life are nonaggressive symptoms of agitation, such as complaining, negativism, frequent unwarranted requests for help (76%); repetitive sentences or questions, inappropriate laughter or crying (75%); repetitive mannerisms (67%); and pacing or aimless wandering (56%).

Care partners also expressed a desire for resources to help manage their loved ones’ symptoms of agitation: 89% wished they had an easier way to track their loved one’s symptoms of agitation over time, and 81% expressed interest in a way to easily and discreetly share information about such symptoms with their loved ones’ doctor. Care partners also described unmet needs in managing agitation, with nearly half (47%) worried if they are making the right medication decisions for their loved ones. Further, 93% of care partners said they wish there was a medication that reduced their loved one’s symptoms of agitation without adding negative side effects.
