(TEI) has completed the purchase of the assets of M-Square Associates, P.C., a structural engineering firm based in Albany, Georgia, expanding its capabilities and strengthening its position as a multidisciplinary engineering provider. The transaction adds structural engineering to TEI’s existing services in civil, environmental, water resources, and program management. Together, the combined team brings more than 50 years of experienc
