HARRISON, Ark.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) and Arvest Bank will celebrate the grand opening of Harrison Estates Senior Housing, the first affordable senior housing development in the area in more than a decade.
