NEW YORK & LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Starr announced today that Duncan Ellis will join the company as executive vice president, client engagement, effective October 2, 2026. In this role, Ellis will lead client engagement efforts across Starr, focused on deepening the firm’s relationships with its clients and partners and leveraging the breadth of Starr’s capabilities across its lines of business. He will report to Steve Blakey, president and chief executive officer of Starr Insurance Holdings.
