Reason for Recall

The affected batteries were manufactured prior to the finalization of UL certification. As such, these batteries are not officially recognized by UL Solutions as certified. While no immediate safety issues have been reported, Mokwheel is proactively issuing a free replacement to ensure compliance and customer peace of mind.

Customers who purchased a Scoria or Basalt-ST model within the specified time frames are encouraged to check their battery’s serial number. If the number falls within the listed ranges above, the battery is eligible for a free replacement.

The complaint alleges, among other things, that Airbnb improperly excluded certain shareholder proposals from its 2025 definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 25, 2025 (the “Proxy Statement”).

Airbnb disputes the characterizations and claims in the complaint, but nevertheless is attaching a copy of it, with Exhibits A and B, which include the text of the two proposals. As we informed the shareholders, we do not have a record of previous receipt of the shareholder proposals, and thus, were unable to include either proposal in our Proxy Statement for shareholder review. We have offered to work with the shareholders to make sure their proposals are considered for inclusion at our 2026 shareholder meeting.
