Frøya, 28 October 2026 – Reference is made to the Company’s announcements of 1, 25 and 26 October 2026 regarding the waiver agreement with its lenders.
The lenders have agreed to further extend the waiver period until 16:00 CET on Thursday, 29 October 2026.
The Company remains in dialogue with its lenders and relevant stakeholders regarding its financing position and will provide a further update when appropriate.
