Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements dated 8 and 12 December 2025, 1 April 2026 and 30 May 2026 concerning the legal proceedings against DNB Bank ASA, Danske Bank AS NUF and Swedbank AB (publ).
Borgarting Court of Appeal has now handed down its judgment, and the Company did not prevail in its claim that the restructuring agreement had not been breached when the Company refinanced debt owed to lenders who, pursuant to the agreement, elected settlement on 30 December 2024.
Havila Shipping disagrees with the judgment and will appeal the case to the Supreme Court of Norway. The deadline for filing an appeal is 19 November 2026.
