XAG’s New P150 Max Agricultural Drone Sets a Higher Bar for Autonomous Operation

HANOVER, Germany, Nov. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — To meet the needs of large-scale and demanding field conditions, XAG has recently launched the P150 Max, a robust and fully autonomous agricultural drone engineered to balance reliability, safety and operating efficiency. With increased payload capacity,  a modular design, and upgraded flight control, the P150 Max marks XAG’s latest step toward practical, field-ready automation as farmers face rising labor shortages and cost pressure.

Backed by 18 years of development, XAG holds the world’s largest portfolio of agricultural drone patents, with the P Series proven across tens of millions of hectares and totaling over 9.3 million flight hours since 2022. This extensive field experience forms the foundation of the new P150 Max, set to reduce operational costs, maintain safety, and support more sustainable farming.

The P150 Max is a multitasker capable of spraying, spreading, field mapping, and logistics by switching between modular task systems within minutes. With an 80‑kilogram payload capacity and a maximum flight speed of 20 meters per second, it covers more ground per flight, reduces the number of takeoffs and landings, and navigates flexibly over uneven terrain and in areas difficult for large machinery to access.

At spraying time, the RevoSpray 5 System uses an 80‑liter smart liquid tank and dual centrifugal nozzles to deliver 32 liters per minute. When equipped with the four‑nozzle upgrade kit, the flow rate increases to 46 liters per minute, providing thorough coverage even in dense orchards. Droplet sizes can be adjusted between 60 and 500 microns for different applications, improving accuracy and reducing waste.

For spreading operations such as seeding, fertilizing, or powder application, the RevoCast 5 System dispenses up to 300 kilograms per minute from a 115‑liter smart granule container. Its vertical waving broadcast mechanism ensures even distribution and resists wind drift, ensuring uniform coverage across wide or irregular fields.

The built‑in RealTerra Field Mapping System enhances operational clarity by surveying up to 20 hectares per flight. It captures high‑definition imagery that is processed instantly into detailed field maps. With onboard AI detecting boundaries and obstacles, operators can plan precise routes and conduct safer autonomous missions.

When fitted with the RevoSling Module, the P150 Max becomes a transport platform capable of carrying up to 80 kilograms of farm inputs, tools, or produce across rough or flooded ground. It keeps supplies moving between plots when roads are hard to access.

At its core, the SuperX 5 Ultra Intelligent Control System enables autonomous flight with centimeter‑level precision. Supported by 4D Imaging Radar and a wide‑angle FPV camera, the drone identifies irrigation pivots, power poles, and overhead lines to maintain safe and stable performance.

Operators can plan and manage missions through the XAG One App on a smartphone or the SRC 5 Remote Controller, which automatically generates optimal routes based on field shape and terrain. Centimeter-level positioning is maintained even in areas with weak or no network signal, enabled by the XRTK 7 Mobile Station.

The Smart SuperCharge Battery is designed to support long hours of fieldwork. Using the Parallel Charging Kit, it can be recharged in as little as seven minutes, minimizing downtime and supporting continuous operations throughout the day.

Launched after years of testing and refinement, the XAG P150 Max combines a durable structure, intelligent control, and superior terrain adaptability to deliver reliable performance under diverse conditions. It is now available for preorder through XAG’s distributor network in selected countries and regions, with deliveries expected to begin next year.

  • WORLD HYDROGEN EXPO 2025 will take place from Wednesday, December 4 to Sunday, December 7 at KINTEX.
  • The event will showcase a full program, including H2 MEET, the world’s largest hydrogen exhibition, and the WHE 2025 Conference featuring global industry leaders.
  • The scale and stature of the event will be given greater international weight through coordination with the Hydrogen Council CEO Summit, a global coalition of hydrogen companies.

SEOUL, South Korea, Nov. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The WORLD HYDROGEN EXPO 2025 (“WHE 2025”), set to become the world’s largest hydrogen industry exhibition, will be held for four days from Wednesday, December 4, to Sunday, December 7, at KINTEX in Seoul, Korea.

The WHE 2025 Organizing Committee (the “Committee”) announced that it is integrating South Korea’s leading hydrogen industry exhibition, H2 MEET, held annually since 2020, with the nation’s largest hydrogen international conference, which took place last year on Hydrogen Day (November 2), under the unified global name World Hydrogen Expo, beginning this year.

  • Co-Chairmen of the Organizing Committee: Kang Nam-hoon, Chairman of the Korea Automobile & Mobility Association, and Kim Jae-hong, Chairman of the Korea Hydrogen Alliance.

As WHE 2025 launches as an integrated platform encompassing both an exhibition and a conference, the Committee aims to establish the foundation for South Korea’s emergence as a global hydrogen hub by providing a forum where global hydrogen industry companies and key leaders gather to share and discuss the importance of developing the hydrogen economy and strengthening global cooperation.

H2 MEET, which will be held from December 4 to 7 (four days) in KINTEX Exhibition Center 2 (Halls 7 and 8), is the flagship exhibition for the hydrogen industry, featuring companies, institutions, and organizations across the hydrogen production, storage/transport, and utilization sectors, and has been held annually since its first edition in 2020. Last year, the event was recognized as a world-class exhibition, drawing more than 320 companies from 24 countries and over 30,000 visitors. This year, the exhibition will extend through the weekend, giving general visitors a rare opportunity to experience hydrogen technologies firsthand.

From December 4 to 5 (two days), the newly reorganized WHE 2025 Conference, which updates the existing hydrogen conference, will be conducted across three distinct sessions.

The Leadership Address session will feature high-level government officials from key countries, including South Korea, Japan, Germany, the United States, Australia, and Malaysia, who will share global policy priorities as they present their national strategies for the transition to clean hydrogen.

In the Hydrogen Deep Dive session, world-leading companies and industry experts will deliver in-depth presentations and discussions on key issues such as the hydrogen supply chain, technology commercialization, international standards and outline practical solutions.

The Country Day session will consist of technical seminars hosted by the national pavilions of participating countries, focusing on each country’s hydrogen industry policies and technology trends.

Freedom Holding Corp Publishes 2025 Sustainability Report on ESG Initiatives

Freedom Holding Corp Publishes 2025 Sustainability Report on ESG Initiatives.

NEW YORK, Nov. 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC), an international investment and technology company, has published its annual Sustainability Report for the 2025 financial year, showcasing the company’s substantial contributions to social, educational, sports, and environmental projects across the countries where it operates. The total volume of external ESG-oriented investments amounted to 27.87 billion tenge (USD 57.6 million), underscoring the consistency of the company’s sustainability efforts.

“Sustainability for us is not a stand-alone program but a philosophy that guides how we grow, invest, and support the communities around us. Each project – whether in education, technology, sports, culture, or environmental protection – reflects our long-term commitment to building a stronger and more resilient region. Empowering young people, fostering innovation, and improving quality of life are not just priorities; they are responsibilities we embrace as part of our mission,” said Timur Turlov, CEO of Freedom Holding Corp.

The report summarizes key achievements over the year, highlights progress in implementing the long-term strategy and demonstrates how the company continues to improve ESG management and develop internal social programs.

Key Investment Areas

Education and Technology
One of Freedom Holding’s main priorities remains the development of modern education and technological infrastructure. As part of these efforts, 1.32 billion tenge (USD 2.73 million) was allocated for the construction and equipping of a new artificial intelligence facility at SDU University, now a center for research in fintech, AI, and digital technologies.

Complementing this initiative, 62.77 million tenge (USD 0.13 million) was allocated to the Freedom Fintech Bootcamp program, which trains specialists in Data Science and Machine Learning. Another major contribution to the country’s technological development was the allocation of 1.86 billion tenge (USD 3.84 million) for hosting the ICPC World Finals 2024 in Kazakhstan – the world’s largest competitive programming event.

Sports and Healthy Lifestyles
Alongside the development of educational projects, Freedom Holding Corp. continues to strengthen Kazakhstan’s position in international sports. During the reporting period, support was provided for both the chess movement and youth football – two priority areas that have long been at the center of the company’s attention.

Expanding its sports infrastructure footprint, Freedom invested 1.28 billion tenge (USD 2.64 million) in the construction of the Freedom Yelimay football complex in Semey, designed for year-round training. In addition, 795 million tenge (USD 1.64 million) was allocated for the construction of a sports complex for people with disabilities in Oral – an important project for increasing sports inclusivity.

Social and Infrastructure Projects
The report also highlights initiatives aimed at supporting regions and developing socially significant infrastructure. A total of 2.9 billion tenge (USD 5.99 million) was allocated to assist victims of the floods in western Kazakhstan, including the restoration of vital facilities and construction of protective dams. Continuing its work in the cultural sphere, Freedom Holding allocated 336 million tenge (USD 0.69 million) for the reconstruction of the Abai State Opera and Ballet Theatre. These initiatives complemented dozens of other projects related to supporting children, modernizing libraries, cultural events, and expanding public access to the internet.

Environmental Projects
Environmental initiatives also played a major role. Freedom Holding Corp. intensified its involvement in international climate events, including the construction of the Kazakhstan Pavilion at COP29, for which 149.91 million tenge (USD 0.31 million) was allocated. In addition, the company signed agreements with the Ministry of Ecology on biodiversity conservation and the restoration of the Turan tiger population.

The company’s environmental work also includes long-term initiatives – from supporting the restoration of the Aral Sea ecosystem to developing green energy, where 200 million tenge (USD 0.41 million) was dedicated to promoting sustainable technologies. These efforts were further complemented by the launch of Freedom Fandomats – a national system for collecting plastic and aluminum.

Team Development: Youth, Growth, and Balance
Freedom Holding also saw significant internal progress. Freedom reports that 95% of its employees are based in Kazakhstan, and the number of specialists under the age of 30 has grown by 56%. In addition, the company achieved an almost perfect gender balance.

Strategic Achievements
The report also highlights major strategic achievements. These include the opening of the UN Regional Office for the Sustainable Development Goals in Central Asia, located in Almaty – an accomplishment made possible in part thanks to the initiating role of Freedom Holding Corp. In addition, the company’s participation in COP29 resulted in the signing of two significant ESG agreements related to natural resource preservation and the development of a carbon certification system in Kazakhstan.

These achievements are accompanied by the strengthening of Freedom’s technological ecosystem: the launch of the Freedom SuperApp, expansion of its telecommunications business, and entry into new markets.

The Brotherhood Sister Sol Accelerates Growth and Community Impact of Its Composting Initiative with $283,333 City Council Grant

NEW YORK, Nov. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The Brotherhood Sister Sol, BroSis, a nationally recognized, black-led and founded nonprofit focused on empowering youth and communities through education, organizing, and training, announces the receipt of a $283,333 grant from the NYC Council Empowering Black Communities initiative.

The NYC Council Empowering Black Communities initiative seeks to address systemic disparities impacting Black communities by fostering measurable improvements in the areas of health, economic equity, and civic engagement. With this funding, the City will have invested $583,333 to date, supporting over 50 Community Composting sites.

The vision of BroSis’ 1,000 Composting Systems in NYC Initiative is to create a network of community-led Composting Sites actively involved in protecting their communities from environmental harms that affect their food resources and health, and setting the pathway to empowerment for hundreds of NYC communities.

Through active intergenerational civic engagement, community composting has significant environmental, economic, and social benefits, ultimately improving health outcomes.

At the center of this initiative is a patented composting technology co-developed by BroSis staff – the Hotbox Composting System – which enables efficient and rapid composting of organic waste. This technology drastically reduces the time and space compared to traditional composting – empowering local communities to reduce waste while creating nutrient-rich soil for urban gardens and green spaces.

“This investment from the NYC Council’s ‘Empowering Black Communities’ initiative is so important – it affirms that solutions come from youth and community,” said Khary Lazarre White, Executive Director and Co-Founder of The Brotherhood Sister Sol. “These composting boxes will be installed citywide, and we are so proud that our youth and staff are the change agents driving this environmental and sustainability work. We are deeply appreciative of the funding from the City Council.”

“Through education and organizing programs, Brotherhood Sister Sol empowers our youth and local communities to create a more resilient and equitable future,” said New York City Council Speaker Adrienne Adams. “The Council is proud to allocate nearly $284,000 to this critical organization through our new Empowering Black Communities Initiative, which is designed to help address systemic disparities in health, economic, and civic engagement. This investment will help support their neighborhood-led composting initiative in community gardens, which is vital to advancing our city’s zero waste goals and creating a safer and healthier city. I look forward to our continued partnership with Brotherhood Sister Sol to support their important work.”

“The Brotherhood Sister Sol continues to have a big impact on our community through empowering youth to tackle the challenges of climate change and environmental justice right in their own neighborhood. This investment through the Empowering Black Communities Initiative is a big part of our efforts to bring back community composting while strengthening civic engagement and improving public health. I’m proud to support BroSis as they expand this initiative and as we all continue to work together to make our communities greener,” said New York City Council Member Shaun Abreu.

“True civic engagement goes beyond casting a vote; it’s about coming together to build healthier, more sustainable, and more economically vibrant communities. The Brotherhood Sister Sol’s composting initiative is a pure example of how the City and community can work hand in hand to create lasting impact.” Council Member Althea Stevens, Co-Chair of the NYC B.L.A.C.K Subcommittee, emphasizes. “When we invest in our neighborhoods, in our people, our environment, and our collective well-being, we create a cycle of empowerment that uplifts us all. This is how we turn advocacy into action and ensure that our communities not only survive but thrive.”

“The Brotherhood Sister Sol continues to demonstrate what’s possible when we invest in Black-led, community-rooted organizations that understand the needs and aspirations of their neighborhoods,” said Council Member Crystal Hudson, co-chair of the New York City Council’s Black, Latino, and Asian Caucus. “Their composting initiative is a powerful example of environmental justice in action. It helps build healthier communities and equip New Yorkers with the tools to care for their communities. I’m proud the Council, through our Empowering Black Communities initiative, can help support this work and ensure BroSis has the resources to expand its impact. With this funding, we’re doubling down on a vision of environmental justice that is community-led and rooted in care for both our people and our planet.”

“I’m proud to support The Brotherhood Sister Sol as they deepen their powerful work to build healthier, more resilient, and more environmentally just communities. This investment isn’t just about composting technology; it’s about giving Black communities the tools, resources, and infrastructure we deserve to protect our environment, strengthen our food systems, and create real pathways to empowerment. BroSis has always led with vision and purpose, and with this investment, we are helping scale a model that brings together intergenerational engagement, local leadership, and innovative solutions. I look forward to seeing how these community composting sites continue to transform neighborhoods across our city,” said New York City Council Member and Education Committee Chair Rita Joseph.

“Brotherhood Sister Sol doesn’t just make compost, they make the next generation of composters, teaching young New Yorkers about the value of helping the planet and fighting rats. I want to thank the City Council for allocating these funds, which will allow BroSis to serve more community gardens across the City and keep even more of the rat food out of the black bags and out of landfills,” said Javier Lojan, Acting Commissioner, NYC Sanitation.

“New York City is committed to programs that empower young people and promote healthy communities, and this investment accomplishes both. Thank you to the Brotherhood Sister Sol for launching an initiative that allows young people the opportunity to be change agents in their communities. We look forward to the success of the 1,000 Composting Systems in NYC initiative,” said ACS Commissioner Jess Dannhauser.

Children’s Museum of Brownsville Unveils $1 Million in New STEM Exhibits Celebrating SpaceX’s Boca Chica to Mars Exhibit and the Aviation Legacy of Amelia Earhart

BROWNSVILLE, Texas, Nov. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The Children’s Museum of Brownsville (CMB) announces the grand opening of its newest permanent exhibits, SpaceX Boca Chica to Mars and Adventures in the Sky: Amelia’s Journey. The official unveiling will take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the museum, and media representatives are invited to attend.

The Children’s Museum of Brownsville (CMB) proudly announces the unveiling of two extraordinary new exhibits representing more than $1 million in investment toward advancing informal STEM education and innovation in South Texas: SpaceX’s Boca Chica to Mars exhibit and Adventures in the Sky: Amelia’s Journey. Together, these landmark additions celebrate Brownsville’s unique ties to both aviation history and the future of space exploration, offering visitors immersive, hands-on experiences designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young minds.

The Boca Chica to Mars exhibit is an interactive experience that brings the excitement of modern space exploration to life. Developed in collaboration with families of Starbase and our partners at SpaceX, this exhibit invites visitors to step into the world of rocket science and imaginative play as we plan our interplanetary travel to Mars. Reflecting Brownsville’s growing role as a gateway to the stars, this exhibit connects local pride with global ambition, showcasing how play and learning intersect to shape the scientists and engineers of tomorrow.

“This exhibit represents the hard work and dedication of our community together to inspire young people of the Rio Grande Valley,” said Jenna Petrzelka, Starbase City Commissioner. “Designed to spark curiosity about aerospace, the exhibit is a place where our kids and families can see themselves as part of humanity’s journey to space. With Starship launches just miles away, it’s a tangible place to explore the future taking shape right here at home.”

Adventures in the Sky: Amelia’s Journey exhibit pays tribute to the pioneering aviator’s deep connection to Brownsville, where she obtained her commercial pilot’s license. Designed as an expansive multi-level climbing structure, the exhibit encourages children to explore, imagine, and challenge themselves as they learn about the courage, determination, and curiosity that defined Earhart’s legacy. This exhibit stands as a vibrant symbol of Brownsville’s aviation heritage and its continued commitment to empowering future generations through discovery. The project was made possible through the generous support of community partners and foundations, including Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation and the Moody Foundation. “The Amelia Earhart Exhibit embodies what BCIC strives for every day, projects that elevate Brownsville’s quality of life by inspiring curiosity, creativity, and a shared sense of pride in our community,” said Cori Pena, BCIC President and CEO.

“These new exhibits are more than just play spaces; they are experiences that encourage exploration, inspire confidence, and open doors to the possibilities of science and discovery,” said Felipe Pena, Executive Director. “Through these new exhibits, we’re connecting Brownsville’s remarkable history with its exciting future, creating opportunities for every child to dream, learn, and reach for their future.” With the addition of these two groundbreaking exhibits, the Children’s Museum of Brownsville continues its mission to provide exceptional informal education experiences that engage families and strengthen the region’s role as a hub for innovation, exploration, and lifelong learning.

Members of the media are invited to cover the event. Interview availability, photography, and video opportunities will be provided following the ceremony.

Drawing on its work with Nevada families, Gastelum Attorneys offers the following perspective on why these partnerships matter:

  • Family transitions often intersect with caregiving challenges. Families navigating divorce or custody matters may also be balancing long-term care for children or adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Community support systems reduce pressure on caregivers. Organizations like Opportunity Village and FEAT provide consistency and structure that improve family stability during major life changes.
  • Raising awareness is itself a community service. Many families are unaware of available programs until they are introduced through community partners or local professionals.
  • Legal clarity supports long-term planning. Understanding guardianship, support options, and planning considerations can reduce stress for caregivers and promote better outcomes for families over time.

These insights reflect Gastelum Attorneys’ direct experience working with clients who rely on a network of community resources—making these partnerships meaningful extensions of the firm’s mission.

Ziegler Closes $80,000,000 Financing for Brazos Presbyterian Homes

CHICAGO, Nov. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Ziegler, a specialty investment bank, is pleased to announce the successful closing of an $80,000,000 tax-exempt fixed rate bond issue (the “Series 2025 Bonds”) for Brazos Presbyterian Homes (BPH). The Series 2025 Bonds were issued through the New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Authority and are rated ‘BB+’ (Stable) by Fitch.

BPH is nationally recognized for its scale and impact, ranking 129th among the nation’s largest multi-site nonprofit senior living providers in the LeadingAge Ziegler 200. The Obligated Group owns and operates three continuing care retirement communities in the State of Texas.

  • Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor, which opened in 1963, is located on an approximately seven-acre campus between Meyerland and West University, two established neighborhoods in Houston, Texas.
  • The Hallmark was acquired by BPH in 1972 and is located on approximately 5 acres in the heart of the high-end shopping, dining, and living district known as the Galleria neighborhood of Houston.
  • Longhorn Village opened in 2009 and was acquired by BPH in 2018. Longhorn Village is located on approximately 55 acres within the planned development known as “Steiner Ranch” in the gently rolling hills on the edge of the central Texas Hill Country in the City of Austin.

The proceeds of the Series 2025 Bonds will be used, together with other available funds, to (i) finance various capital expenditures at BPH’s retirement communities; (ii) refund portions of outstanding indebtedness to reduce interest expense and eliminate bank renewal risk; (iii) establish a debt service reserve fund; and (iv) pay associated costs of issuance for the Series 2025 Bonds.

Deidre Kinsey, Chief Executive Officer of BPH commented, “Brazos Presbyterian Homes is thrilled with the successful completion of another financing expertly led by Ziegler and Brandon Powell. Their strategic guidance, responsiveness, and deep sector expertise have positioned us for continued growth and long-term financial stability.”

Brandon Powell, Managing Director, Ziegler Senior Living Finance added, “Our long-standing relationship with BPH reflects a true strategic partnership rather than a typical financing arrangement. The decision to upsize this bond issue from $55 million to $80 million after the POS was released underscores both BPH’s strong financial position and our team’s ability to deliver creative, competitive financing solutions.”

Ziegler is the nation’s leading underwriter of financings for not-for-profit senior living providers.
